This is the most disappointing purchase that our company has made in recent memory from an online retail store. Our order was placed two weeks ago and for a product that we were supposed to allow 3 to 5 business days to ship, it has yet to be shipped out.
We placed the order with a company fairly close to our own headquarters in the hopes that the item would arrive as quickly as possible to allow us to finish an important project. Due to delays that customer service is unable to explain to us, our project has been held up one week (and counting) already and it looks like we will have to wait until the 3rd week for this item to ship. Considering next week is the Thanksgiving holiday, more delays seem to be on the horizon.
