Part of order was inadvertently omitted, but Overstock was quick to make good on the deal, and then some. They went out of their way to please the customer.  
I do not like the inconvenience of having to use their online system to contact them, but this would not keep me away.

I was very pleased with the lot of cordless telephones I received from your site! It appears that all I needed to do to make it perfect was to find a couple of working base units. Other than that I was receiving what for all intentions were brand new in the box units that needed to find a home of there own. TY very much!
