I have ordered a Keyboard from this website mentioned as "Like New" but some of the keys are not working. I contacted them and it seems they just pay for the keyboard if I post it back! The cost of shipment would be the same as the price so practically I get nothing! They have no contact number and poor customer service. I have purchased several items online but I don't recommend this website at all.

I purchased an expensive laptop from this retailer. All seemed well. The PC arrived quickly, FedEx shipping was nice. I open the product up and was quite happy. Plugged it in and the operating system (Vista) tells me that the battery is bad and cannot be fixed -- it must be replaced. I contact the OverstockDealz and am told that I can return the product at my own expense for a refund minus their shipping charge.
Adding insult to injury, they do not offer to replace it, but only to refund minus their shipping charge. Nevermind the questionable practice of not offering a replacement and the fact that the problem was obvious to anyone who turned on the machine, BUT when I consider purchasing another, they deny the offer.
This is ludicrous. If they correct this and send me a working machine with a working battery, I will consider updating this review to reflect that fact. Otherwise, I cannot see doing business with them or recommending anyone else does either. This review was modified by its author, MickT, on

My worst online experience yet. Either sent me the wrong item or used false/misleading advertising to sell product. Still have yet to resolve the issue as they are being difficult to communicate with. Also, I find it curious how all the positive reviews for this site are not just positive, they're gushing. I smell carp.

AVOID THIS SELLER AT ALL COSTS!
Told me my product had shipped and then two days later tell me that my product was not in stock and that they must cancel my order. When I ordered the number of products in stock was 6. I have repeatedly tried to contact them through email and have not been contacted back, my credit card has not been refunded, and there is no phone number on the website to call.
THIS IS A TERRIBLE STORE. BUY FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE

So I get an email yesterday saying my product was shipped and that I should leave positive feedback for them. I started to think that maybe they actually did ship it, then my credit card finally got credited back (so i didnt get completely ripped off). Meaning they did not ship my product, I email them back to tell them that they in fact did not ship my product. I finally get a response from customer service telling me that they shipped my product and they gave me the link to the FedEx tracking number. According to FedEx, nothing has been shipped. THEY DIDN'T EVEN KNOW THEY CANCELED MY ORDER. THIS COMPANY HAS NO CLUE HOW TO OPERATE A BUSINESS. This review was modified by its author, nygiants519, on

Horrible experience. I had bought a "VONAGE V-Phone VoIP 256MB USB Flash Drive Phone Adapter". When I received the device I found that the MAC address was already registered on Vonage, rendering the device useless to me. I was under the impression (by the way it was advertised) that is was a new device. Their response was: "The product was listed as "New/Opened box" which means that it is still in retail condition but may have been opened for store demonstration purposes or even returned by a customer after purchase. If the mac address is registered, that would lead me to believe that the product was probably a return. I am sorry if you are dissappointed by our return policy." A RETURNED device?? First, that is false advertising. Second, what 'store demonstration'? They are an internet company. haha too funny for words. Then it might be a "returned item". Well, don't they TEST the device before selling it again? Bottom line is, they expect me to pay to return shipping for THEIR mistake. I just called my Credit Card company to stop payment.
I will NEVER shop at this site again. I have a mind to e-mail the Attorney General in the state they are incorporated.

This item was listed as excellent physical shape and working order. When received it has numerous scratches across the top and then when played it XXXXXXXXXXXX25 across the screen all the time. I called GPX customer support who game me to a technician. I followed all of his instructions and he said that the unit was damaged and apparently never tested. I sent it back to the place to receive refund which it states 7 days and I insured with delivery confirmation (which I paid for) and still not refund and all I get is an automated reply telling me how to send the unit back.. Also if credited, they will not refund $16.00 shipping charge. Why not? They got the unit back??? I am so upset as this was a gift and now I am out looking for something again and I don;t have the money to pay for it.

Your item **** GPX PDL805 8.5 IN PORTABLE DVD PLAYER *IN BOX* was delivered at 10:45 AM on December 17, 2007 in NASHVILLE, TN 37204. Please issue credit in the amount of $73.99. Thank you. Please relist as damaged, as it is quite evident that no one tested this DVD player as indicated by the GPX technician that assisted my call I have sent 7 emails.
PLEASE ISSUE REFUND FOR $73.99 RMA # S47656, The RMA number was listed 2 places on the outside as well as on the inside packing slip. Please issue refund, as I am tired of contacting you about this matter. You guys give EBAY a bad name.

I don't recommend this merchant. They sent me used merchandise with missing manuals and parts. If I wanted to buy used I would of bought from eBay or a pawn shop. Maybe this is an online pawn shop. Who knows? Steer clear of these jokers.

I bought a radio shack scanner (270190224653 ebay #)that was listed on ebay as functional, when we got it it was not working at all, seller ignores our emails and refund or replacement requests, will not answer the phone, just sends an email saying sorry to late. Warning avoid this seller at all costs, I was burned for $300.00 check out the sellers long list of negative feedback before you buy!!!
Seller has you use his checkout system instead of paypal so they can avoid you filing a complaint and freezing there account on paypal till they fix the problem!
Very unhappy in California

This store is a scam. I would avoid this place. They take your credit card info and order then sit on it for a while, then they cancel the order for no reason. I placed an order for an item they had plenty of. I received the confirmation e-mail which said everything was "Okay". Then 1 week later I receive an e-mail saying they canceled my order. They gave no real explanation other than it could be one of 2 things, they were out of stock or they didn't get confirmation from me. They had stock on their web site and I got confirmation from them.

My phone was defective, they will let you send back, but don't refund your shipping and you have to pay shipping to send it back. So I am out $20.00 for a product they should not have even had for sale!!! This review was modified by its author, floridagirl, on

Overall, a BAD experience. Purchased a memory stick with adaptor. Price was great, shipping fast, but product package had very obviously been opened prior to shipping and the adaptor was missing.
