I purchased and xbox 360 which was sold as clearly as NEW/OPEN BOX not used. I tested the product when i first received it and it worked for a couple of months then broke. I called Micorsoft and they told me the product was registered to another person. After finaly convincing Microsoft that I purchased the xbox as new they agreed to fix it and sent me a shipping label. My xbox was returned UNFIXED. MICROSOFT SERVICE SAID MY XBOX HAD BEEN TAMPERED WITH. THIS WAS IN NOW WAY A "NEW/OPEN BOX" THIS WAS CLEARLY A VERY USED CONSOLE. BUYER BEWARE THIS ITEM WAS MISREPRESENTED.

Buyers beware! I purchased a refurbished item which I would have thought meant was broken at one time but repaired and in good working condition. Well it was not. I spent several days trying everything imaginable trying to get this item to work. Now I am out the cost of shipping item to and from OverStock's facilities.

I ordered a Datel LAN adapter that was supposedly "new/open box". It's supposed to come with a 5' patch cable. The adapter arrived, but without the cable. How about new/open box - minus cable? Got no response from customer service. I am happy, after reading all of the negative reviews, that the adapter works! I can live without the cable, but it's deceptive and poor business practice.

COMPELETELY DISGUSTED. BID ON PSP BATTERIES AND WAS ACCEPTED. RECEIVED TWO NOTICES, AFTER INQUIRY THAT THE "ITEM IS SHIPPING VIA FEDEX TODAY." TWICE THIS HAPPENED.  
 
GOT THIS NOT TODAY FROM CONSUMERDEPOT.COM (BE SURE TO READ ALL OF THE REVIEWS, AS THEY ARE OBVIOUSLY THE SAME COMPANY).  
Please be advised that we have Cancelled your order and voided your  
Payment Authorization. There would be one of the following two reason:  
 
1. We are currently out of stock on the item you ordered. If you would  
like to check back with us in the future, our inventory changes everyday.  
 
2. We did not receive a reply to the email which we sent notifying you  
about a problem with your Order.  
 
 
THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME ABOUT AN ISSUE WITH THE ORDER AND OBVIOUSLY DID NOT LIVE UP TO THE DEAL THAT THEY ACCEPTED.

AVOID. (over)Charges $36 for shipping then ships xbox missing parts and covered with dust. Will not send replacements. You have to return the whole thing to get overcharged on shipping AGAIN. Store policies are designed to rip off customers.

I was a tad skeptical when ordering with this company, both due to the spelling of "deals" with a "z", and to the sketchy reviews on the parent company, ConsumerDepot. However, they had the best deal on the internet for the electronic device I wanted (A 30GB Black Zune), and let me offer my own price.  
 
They quickly accepted the price I offered, and I bought it. The device was purchased on Friday, shipped out, and arrived on Monday. Shipping was very fast, and the device was packaged well. Shipping charges seemed a little bit high, but "haggling" helped bring the pain of the shipping costs down a bit.  
 
It seems to me that whatever problems this company (or its parent company) have had in the past, seem to be fixed / fixing themselves. My experiences with OverstockDealz has been nothing but pleasant, and I'm very happy with my purchase. I certainly will be buying from them in the future.

Item arrived DOA. Returned it with USPS confirmation. They have had it for over two weeks and seem to care less about resolving the issue. I've written repeative emails to their customer service dept. and have gotten absolutly, no help at all. This is my worse internet expirience, ever! Probably calling Visa tomorrow and filing a dispute. I was really hoping to get a working replacement, but they don't seem too interested? Just found out the Tenn. Attorney Generals office has a pending law suit against this company. That's just great!

My worst online experience yet. Either sent me the wrong item or used false/misleading advertising to sell product. Still have yet to resolve the issue as they are being difficult to communicate with. Also, I find it curious how all the positive reviews for this site are not just positive, they're gushing. I smell carp.

AVOID THIS SELLER AT ALL COSTS!  
 
Told me my product had shipped and then two days later tell me that my product was not in stock and that they must cancel my order. When I ordered the number of products in stock was 6. I have repeatedly tried to contact them through email and have not been contacted back, my credit card has not been refunded, and there is no phone number on the website to call.  
 
THIS IS A TERRIBLE STORE. BUY FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE  
 
*Update*  
So I get an email yesterday saying my product was shipped and that I should leave positive feedback for them. I started to think that maybe they actually did ship it, then my credit card finally got credited back (so i didnt get completely ripped off). Meaning they did not ship my product, I email them back to tell them that they in fact did not ship my product. I finally get a response from customer service telling me that they shipped my product and they gave me the link to the FedEx tracking number. According to FedEx, nothing has been shipped. THEY DIDN'T EVEN KNOW THEY CANCELED MY ORDER. THIS COMPANY HAS NO CLUE HOW TO OPERATE A BUSINESS.

Horrible experience. I had bought a "VONAGE V-Phone VoIP 256MB USB Flash Drive Phone Adapter". When I received the device I found that the MAC address was already registered on Vonage, rendering the device useless to me. I was under the impression (by the way it was advertised) that is was a new device. Their response was: "The product was listed as "New/Opened box" which means that it is still in retail condition but may have been opened for store demonstration purposes or even returned by a customer after purchase. If the mac address is registered, that would lead me to believe that the product was probably a return. I am sorry if you are dissappointed by our return policy." A RETURNED device?? First, that is false advertising. Second, what 'store demonstration'? They are an internet company. haha too funny for words. Then it might be a "returned item". Well, don't they TEST the device before selling it again? Bottom line is, they expect me to pay to return shipping for THEIR mistake. I just called my Credit Card company to stop payment.  
 
I will NEVER shop at this site again. I have a mind to e-mail the Attorney General in the state they are incorporated.

This item was listed as excellent physical shape and working order. When received it has numerous scratches across the top and then when played it XXXXXXXXXXXX25 across the screen all the time. I called GPX customer support who game me to a technician. I followed all of his instructions and he said that the unit was damaged and apparently never tested. I sent it back to the place to receive refund which it states 7 days and I insured with delivery confirmation (which I paid for) and still not refund and all I get is an automated reply telling me how to send the unit back.. Also if credited, they will not refund $16.00 shipping charge. Why not? They got the unit back??? I am so upset as this was a gift and now I am out looking for something again and I don;t have the money to pay for it.

I don't recommend this merchant. They sent me used merchandise with missing manuals and parts. If I wanted to buy used I would of bought from eBay or a pawn shop. Maybe this is an online pawn shop. Who knows? Steer clear of these jokers.

I bought a radio shack scanner (270190224653 ebay #)that was listed on ebay as functional, when we got it it was not working at all, seller ignores our emails and refund or replacement requests, will not answer the phone, just sends an email saying sorry to late. Warning avoid this seller at all costs, I was burned for $300.00 check out the sellers long list of negative feedback before you buy!!!  
Seller has you use his checkout system instead of paypal so they can avoid you filing a complaint and freezing there account on paypal till they fix the problem!

This store is a scam. I would avoid this place. They take your credit card info and order then sit on it for a while, then they cancel the order for no reason. I placed an order for an item they had plenty of. I received the confirmation e-mail which said everything was "Okay". Then 1 week later I receive an e-mail saying they canceled my order. They gave no real explanation other than it could be one of 2 things, they were out of stock or they didn't get confirmation from me. They had stock on their web site and I got confirmation from them.
