I have ordered online with Walmart at least a half dozen times. The item always arrives when stated and if I decided to return it for any reason, I just take it to the store...no mailing to be hassled with.

This is my 2nd order from Walmart.com using the free shipping option "Site-to-Store". I like this option because I can pick it up when I want (after getting the email that it's ready for pick up). I don't have to make sure I'm home to get it, sign for it, or just have it just left by the door for anyone to steal. The down side is shipping can sometimes be a little slower. If I was in a really big hurry I might choose another option. But I'm used to ordering items with 7-10 day shipping so it's not a big deal for me.  
 
When I went to pick up my item, I had to wait a short time for someone to process & get the order from the back but not enough to get upset over. The associate helped me get a heavy item into my car which I really appreciated.  
 
The best thing is you can get some really great deals on end of season stuff that's no longer in the store & don't have to pay hefty shipping charges.

I decided on the Garmin eTrex Vista HCx for my handheld GPS, they had the best price, and had it at my door within 4 business days.  
 
If unsatisfied I can return it hassle-free and sans-shipping costs since my local store is just over a mile down the road.  
 
My only complaint, was the packing / shipping box was a bit larger and light on filler so the product was able to shift quite a bit - luckily the retail box was sturdy enough to take abuse.

I purchased a Canon EOS Digital Rebel XSi 12.2 MP with 2 lenses. Fast shipping and a great camera!  
My second online order from them, no problems with either one. Very Happy!

I ordered two Nintendo DS games from Walmart.com because they had a good two for $30 deal at the time. I received the items as expected.

This is the first time Ihave used WalMart SiteToStore. You order on their web site and the item is shipped to the store you select for pickup. No shipping charges. Shipping was fast. If you have a problem, you can return the item to your local store.

I ordered some jackets from Walmart.com on Black Friday, and amazingly, I got an email saying that it shipped the same day. I received them a week and a half later (via UPS Ground). The items are a great deal for the price. If I ever wanted to save on shipping (which is only a mere $0.97), I can always choose Site-to-Store and just pick it up at my local Wal-Mart.

Two recent orders from WalMart - both delivered on time and in good condition. One was a Garmin nuvi which had very out-of-date maps and locations - I was able to return it to my local store with very little trouble and got all my money back except 97 cents shipping.

I ordered a spyderco knife from Walmart.com, and frankly I didn't experience any problem or delay. I paid with paypal and registered on the Walmart website. I received an email immediately to confirm the purchase, then another one to track my purchase. The estimated date of arrival and price remained accurarte throughout. No complaint. Straightforward online business. The product arrived on time, as had been announced in the email I received from Walmart (it said I would get it between Tuesday and Friday, and I received it on Wednesday). The item was well packaged and protected, and included information on returns and exchanges. I would shop again with Walmart.

I really liked shopping with walmart.com. They tell me exactly when to expect the package (as in giving me the date, rather than just a generic "5-7 days" like most companies say) and kept me updated as to the status.  
I live in a small town, so walmart.com is a great place to get the stuff my local walmart store doesn't carry.

Ordered a large game room item at an extremely discounted price and even lower shipping. Walmart honored the price and shipped it out UPS which arrived quickly.

This is one of nine online photo orders. 7 were sent to Walmart stores all across the country and 2 were processed at my Walmart. Very inexpensive & saved me a ton of shipping (you know how heavy photos can get). Smooth transactions and no problems. Pictures were of quality and cost expected.

Ordered a Blue ray movie on line for store pickup.Got it at a cheep price and no problems picking it up at closest store.

In looking for a high-end 2.1-channel powered speaker system for my PC, Walmart.com had one of the lowest prices. I was skeptical about ordering online because of the low ResellerRatings.com score. I have to say, the ordering, shipping, tracking and update experience was excellent! I ordered on a Sunday and my new toys arrived on Thursday, and that was after a one-day delay for Bill-me-Later confirmation.

I found everything I needed and the staff were all very polite and friendly. I just love shopping at this store.
