I ordered a hard drive at the lowest price I could find and can't believe how fast it arrived - only 2 biz days! I'm very happy with my purchase experience here and would buy again.

Ordered a Fujitsu 540 RPM hard drive of 20.3 Gigs.  
Got the package real quick = only 3 days - Yea! However the drive is NOT a Fujitsu but is a Seagate 20 Gig! Also the drive was rattling around inside a cardboard box & had NO padding or shock absorbing material at all. (This box is 8" by 10" by 3 " - although the walls are double thickness of cardboard.) When I WANT a SEAGATE drive I will SPECIFY a "Seagate". If you've ordered and paid for a Buick, do you expect to find the dealer has substituted an Oldsmobile when you arrive to pick up your new car? NO WAY BABY!

I ordered a mother board it was a no boot no post  
I took me awhile to get an rma number after i sent it back i never got a replacement board.  
Numerous e-mails went unanswered.  
I would never buy from them again

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY BILLING INFORMATION! Briefly, I ordered 2 30GB IBM hard disk drives at $55 each. I then got a call that they were out of stock on that item. Returning the call, I said I wasn't interested in something else and to cancel the order. Ten days later 1 hard drive arrived with a packing slip marked "upgrade to 45GB". Checking my credit card and UPS I found I had been billed for both drives 8 days earlier and the one drive had been mailed the day after. I called again and recieved a promise of another drive. A week later the second drive arrived. Ready to install them I opened them and found, not new IBM/Hitachi's but 4 year old IBM Deathstars. Neither was in new condition, both were scratched and the second had a broken cable connector. Going ahead with the install, the first drive was DOA and would not even take a partition and the second had bad sectors and I could use only with the 32GB clip jumper setting.  
I normally think business practices like these have their own rewards, but I also think other buyers should have fair warning.

Terrible customer service. They answer the phone as if it was a house number. Poorly labeled descriptions on products.

I just love this company. Prices are great and if you have a question they answer the phone! I bought some refurbed systems and got more than I expected. I am so happy with this company I will refer friends to them.

Ordered an OEM (VisionTek) GeForce 2 GTS 64M as an upgrade for an older system for the very reasonable price of $49 and free shipping. I emailed the company to confirm this was a new rather than refurbished part, and I received an email response stating it was new by the next day. I ordered it, received a tracking number and it was delivered just 2 days later - great! It was indeed a new part and they even threw in a disk with the latest NVIDIA drivers, a nice touch for an OEM part.

I bought an LG CD-RW that failed after several weeks. The price was amazing and the RMA was completed in 24 hours. I'm not kidding. They're in Jersey and I'm in NE PA. But still...quite fantastic! No wonder their rating is at the max.

This site had what I needed at the best price. The cusomter service representative I talked to was very helpful. I ordered an Intel slot 1 OEM processor. I received it as promise and it had a great heatsink fan already attached. I will buy again and add to my favorites.
