I ordered a m3 card with the memory stick.
I orderd this card as a present for my nephew for Xmas and only opened the package to load games onto the card on 26th Dec as I was travelling down the country to give him his present. To my dismay the card never worked. However as i was traveling and it was the xmas period, i was unable to return it until the end of the month
I emailed the company first about the problem and then i returned the M3 card by registered post. I emailed them again afterwards and I got a reply to give them the tracking number of the package so they could trace it.
I was able to track the package via our postal system and it has reached them on 6th Jan.
I emailed them on 13th and 14th Jan and I still have got no reply to my mails.
I am very unhappy with the service.
The only point of contact is the email address and it seems no-one is responding.
I can only keep emailing them. Will update again if i get a response from them!!!
I have a good few friends who want to order this card but I will now be telling them to not use this site.
Jan 15th:
I emailed both supercardnds and Union4workshop again but still got no reply
I then raised a claim with PAYPAL as i used this to pay for the card. As part of their porcess, they email them to get a response.
Jan 16th: I eventually got a reply from SupercardNDS to say that they have exchanged the item and in the mail they show a screenprint of the posted package. i am not able to track this item which has just been posted today. I will update again as to when i get the item. It usually takes between 7 - 14 working days
Jan 17th: I emailed them today as to when i was going to be refunded for the postage for returning the item (as stated on their website). I had already emailed them about this before but got no reply
Jan 19th: I got a reply from them to say thet they had refunded me the postage via my paypal account.
I am now just waiting for the package to arrive
