Bought 3x NDSL4RSDIII (R4 DS III V3).  
Delivered without operating system CD.  
Whatever OS I tried (1,21; 1,22; 3.02; 3.07) impossible to have those bloo.. R4 III Revolution working.  
No support from site. No way to raise a claim.  
NEVER AGAIN "SupercardNDS.com" or "Union4workshop.com" !!!

I'm waiting since 29 of April for my order...  
The parcel is maybe lost or send back to the seller... Certainly on the responsability of the french postal...  
 
But I'm still waiting, I have no information, and I'm not sure that the seller is doing the best to manage the problem...

I Hate this service!  
I have waited and waited and still not gotten my R4 and 2GB microSD card!  
 
I orderd a R4 from http://www.r4ds-ds.com and it got here in 5 days with the free shipping!!!  
 
Service was awful, never got a response!

understand that I never received the order No. 141159, and the tracking number is invalid so I think you've never sent !!!!!  
and you do not answer my email?

En faite ils m'ont répondu mais ils ne font rien ,  
je pense ne jamais revoir ni argent ni colis,internautes passez votre chemin ,site pas sérieux,fausse notation positive et oui c'est pas ebay !!en plus beaucoup de contrefaçon dans les linker R4,vérifiez bien votre objet a l'arrivée

produced always not arrive

this store is pathetic. their customer service is horrible. i ordered back in dec 24th and it is now feb 8th n i have yet to receive my item. i have emailed them countless of times to follow up on my package and yet nothing. they take your money and dont give you your item. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!

Commande effectuée le 26/12/2008, expédiée le 01/01/2009, toujours rien recu à ce jour (31/01/2009). J'ai recu une photo du colis, j'ai contacté le site par mail pour leur demander ou en était mon colis, ils m'ont juste demander de vérifier l'adresse d'expédition (qui était bonne bien sur !). J'ai mailé les douanes francaises, ils n'ont pas vu mon colis. J'ai mailé la poste de Hong Kong, la poste de France, la poste internationnale : personne n'est capable de me dire ou est mon colis. Cela fait pourtant un mois qu'il a quitté Hong Kong. Je suis extremement décu !!

I ordered a m3 card with the memory stick.  
I orderd this card as a present for my nephew for Xmas and only opened the package to load games onto the card on 26th Dec as I was travelling down the country to give him his present. To my dismay the card never worked. However as i was traveling and it was the xmas period, i was unable to return it until the end of the month  
I emailed the company first about the problem and then i returned the M3 card by registered post. I emailed them again afterwards and I got a reply to give them the tracking number of the package so they could trace it.  
I was able to track the package via our postal system and it has reached them on 6th Jan.  
I emailed them on 13th and 14th Jan and I still have got no reply to my mails.  
I am very unhappy with the service.  
The only point of contact is the email address and it seems no-one is responding.  
I can only keep emailing them. Will update again if i get a response from them!!!  
I have a good few friends who want to order this card but I will now be telling them to not use this site.  
Jan 15th:  
I emailed both supercardnds and Union4workshop again but still got no reply  
I then raised a claim with PAYPAL as i used this to pay for the card. As part of their porcess, they email them to get a response.  
Jan 16th: I eventually got a reply from SupercardNDS to say that they have exchanged the item and in the mail they show a screenprint of the posted package. i am not able to track this item which has just been posted today. I will update again as to when i get the item. It usually takes between 7 - 14 working days  
Jan 17th: I emailed them today as to when i was going to be refunded for the postage for returning the item (as stated on their website). I had already emailed them about this before but got no reply  
Jan 19th: I got a reply from them to say thet they had refunded me the postage via my paypal account.  
I am now just waiting for the package to arrive

J'ai commandé 3 Rn4 le 20 novembre et en date du 19 décembre je n'ai toujours rien reçu. La seule information que j'ai est que le colis est parti le 26 novembre. A date, je n'arrive pas à obtenir d'information auprès du fournisseur ou d'hong kong post. Je suis vraiment déçue, les enfants n'auront pas de cadeau cette année à Noêl. Je ne tenterai plus jamais !!!

I ordered 2 R4 DS cartridges, the arrived no problem, but 1 of them doesn't work, it just stays at the loading screen. Have tried to email the company to ask for either a replacement or refund, but they don't answer your emails, seems once they have your money, they forget about you!Not impressed, wont use again or recommend them to anyone

Colis parti de hong-kong avec un numéro de code postal erroné, mis à part le suivi sur son départ le paquet est dans la nature !!!!...........comment faire une réclamation en français ?

mon colis est parti de hong kong depuis le 6 novembre 2008 et je ne l'ai toujours pas reçu.  
que dois je faire pour le recuperer  
nous sommes aujourd'hui le 9 decembre 2008 et toujours pas de nouvelles de mon colis

Ordered on October 3rd and still nothing. emails have gone unanswered, cannot do anything with Hong Kong post unless SupercardNDS get in touch with them.  
 
At this present moment in time, my parcel is somewhere on this planet and until SuperCardNDS answer my email and get in touch with Hong Kong post, I'm afraid that I will never receive it, let alone know where it is.  
 
First time I have ordered from this site, and up to press I am not satisfied with their customer service. Will email them again today and see if I get an answer.
