Ce site est très sérieux et vraiment pas cher, (pour le même article, il m'est arrivé de le voir 2 à 3 fois plus cher sur d'autres sites !!!) De plus il est arrivé rapidement et en très bon état, et les frais de livraison gratuits, alors ca c'est le pied !!! Bon je vous en dis pas plus, mis a part que ce site est super et que je conseille a tous d'y aller acheter leurs accessoir... super site ,j'ai plusieurs fois commandé et je n'ai jamais eu de problème,livraison gratuite et produit moins cher que sur d'autres sites pour la meme qualité.je recommande a 100%

Bought 3x NDSL4RSDIII (R4 DS III V3).
Delivered without operating system CD.
Whatever OS I tried (1,21; 1,22; 3.02; 3.07) impossible to have those bloo.. R4 III Revolution working.
No support from site. No way to raise a claim.
NEVER AGAIN "SupercardNDS.com" or "Union4workshop.com" !!!

As OS firmware installation CD does not provide from our supplier, we do not state it will be included with the package.
By the way, you can download and use the latest kernel files at http://www.r4iii.com/download.html

Hi,
I ordered 2 linkers R4 which I received last week. However, one of the two doesn't work. I've tried with two different microSD and I'm sure it's the R4 that has got a problem.
What do I have to do now?
I sent an email to info@supercardnds.com but I got a Delivery Status Notification (failure).
I hope it's only temporary and that I'll get an answer soon. I had already purchased from this store and was really satisfied.

I bought a R4 card with the EMS shipping and I wonder if the time to deliver begins at the order date or at the reception of the mail containing the picture of the package ?

Acheté un R4i SDHC sur ce site. Super service de qualité. prix excellent, emballage nickel. frais de ports gratuits. 2 semaines environ de pour recevoir ma commande qui fonctionne parfaitement. Tout fonctionne comme prévu. Je recommande chaudement ce site !

I'm waiting since 29 of April for my order...
The parcel is maybe lost or send back to the seller... Certainly on the responsability of the french postal...
But I'm still waiting, I have no information, and I'm not sure that the seller is doing the best to manage the problem...

As advised the parcel was arranged and departed on 4/29, HK Post advised that it was departed to France but no further information from Chronopost.
Though parel tracking enquiry has been carried out on 5/29, it normally takes over 2 months for Chronopost to get back to us.
We are so sorry for this but we really have no way to be pro-active by pushing Chronopost unless they contact us themselves.
Since we fully understand the time loss and all the inconveniences caused to you, while hating to keep you waiting, we absorb the loss and arrange to you today.
Tracking number and parcel image will be advised to you by email tomorrow.
It normally takes 10 - 14 working days after departing from HK.
Hopefully, Chronopost does its job well this time and well arrange the delivery to you.
Please be sure to have someone sign for the package as we use registered air mail for all overseas parcel.

Hello,
I have just received my R4 DS III but it doesn't work ... I have searched for hours on the web to find a solution but anyway, the screen always show "loading" and never boot the game (or kernel). I'm afraid the card could be a fake.
Can you help me please ?

Perfect, I have received my command after 5 days as promised.
I were afraid after reading a lot of problem but at this time, 1 command = 1 received so that's enough for me to try a new order.

I am satisfied with their product and customer service. They sent a email with tracking number and parcel's image for confirmation on delivery. The delivery service is on time. Customer service is good as I sent several enquiry before placing a order. I will recommend this store to all of my friends! :D
