Overstock.com is a GREAT place to buy. They have low prices, AWESOME customer service, and fast delivery. I wish I would have tried them out sooner than I did. I have found some STEALS on their site. I have never been treated better by customer service representatives than when shopping here.  
 
I had some coupon codes I made a mistake on and didn't enter them at time of checkout... I contacted their live chat and the representative was VERY helpful, friendly, and took care of the problem within 3 minutes. He said he would take care of it, and I would be credited for the coupon within 24 hours because the order hadn't even processed yet. I got an email within 10 minutes saying the order had gone through and he adjusted the price for me. Their service can't be beat. I would recommnend them to anyone.

I order a Nokia 6263 cell phone from Overstock.com because of the good price. I was a little leery because I had no firsthand knowledge about the company and did not see any sort of tech support phone number. The phone arrived within their 10 day delivery time frame, but the bluetooth function was intermittent. I called customer support where the took my information and complaint. I received a call from a technically minded representative the next day. After asking a few simple questions he issued a RMA with free return shipping and said I could wait to return the defective phone until the replacement arrived. This is a company I will recommend and will return for future purchasing. Very few companies would go this extra mile for a first time customer. A great company IMO.

I've bought a lot of different items from overstock and have always been more than satisfied. They have never failed to exceed my expectations, whether it is fast delivery, or first class customer service in handling a problem. I am a Club O member and would recommend it to anyone.

Bought the Logitech Pure-Fi Elite speakers, refurbished, from them on January 10th. The order shipped out on the 11th and arrived on the 13th! This was with their normal $2.95 shipping. Description claimed refurbished, but the product looked brand new and came with a full, two-year warranty. They also had the best price anywhere by $50. I'd gladly buy from them again!

Ordered an LG L-1932TQ-BF LCD monitor, factory refurbished on Dec 20th, received on Dec 28 via UPS, great communication, great packaging, and great value. Monitor appeared as brand new. Great online shopping experience.

Overstock went ahead and shipped the items and offered me a refund as well.

With Bing cashback, they had the best price around. Quick shipping. Nikon lens arrived promptly, as described, and in perfect condition with four year warranty extension card.

Two things prompted me to order from Overstock.com: (1) a link to an ultralight sleeping bag at a great price and (2) Bing cashback at 12%.  
 
I've placed three orders now (two delivered, one just placed this morning). The first two orders have arrived very timely, NIB, with quality items from each order (including an ALPS Mountaineering ultralight bivvy tent).  
 
Order process, shipping, and receipt of the items has been so flawless, I am sure I'll be ordering more from overstock.com (particularly if Bing cashback keeps going). Current $1 shipping promotion is also nice.

The jacket I ordered came as the wrong size. They didn't have any in the correct size, so they offered to return it. The online chat process was fast and easy, and I had a return number in minutes. They emailed me a prepaid UPS shipping label, and I had it out the next day. I have'nt received my credit yet, but I'm not too worried about it yet. I'm bummed I didn't get the right product, but Overstock handled the situation perfectly. I have ordered other things from them in the past and will definitely order from them again.

I ordered a refurbished DVD recorder. It was like new with a full 30 day Return/Refund policy.  
Fast shipping, very good customer service.

After looking at thousands of paintings I finally found the one that graces the wall behind my supper table "Lone Rider 1" , Overstock.com did it again, delivered safe and sound (never mind delivered for $1, yea, one dollar).  
One satisfied customer... again.

I was looking for a second baby seat and Overstock.com was the lowest price by far. Ordered it on a Tuesday and received it on Thursday. They're charge for shipping: $2.95! Great experience, and will definitely purchase from them again.

Everything went smooth with my order and my items arrived within a week. One item shipped UPS, the other went through USPS. The 3rd item was backordered for 3 days but arrived quickly once shipped and I appeciate how it didn't hold up my entire order.  
 
Price wise they were very good. For the same exact end table I saw in another large retailers magazine, Overstock had for half the price. The shipping was only $2 even though I ordered two endtables which were quite heavy--good deal!  
 
I plan on purchasing two 45lb dumbbells from here shortly for the same reason--cheap shipping. Anywhere else would charge a TON to ship 90lbs. The original price excluding shipping is even a bit cheaper so its a no-brainer.

Overstock.com is sometimes expensive, but overall the quality of the items offered is high. Sometimes things do happen, but their zCustomer Care representatives are always helpful and do whatever possible to keep their customer happy. Definitely a merchant to re-visit.
