New egg is one of the better places to buy technology parts online, I just have one semi-major gripe.  
 
Newegg does NOT allow ANY negative feedback on a lot of products. I have left around 10 reviews on products I was disappointed in and NONE of them were posted. Same deal with my friends.  
 
If you think about it, Newegg just wants to sell more stuff. How does a negative review help them? Other than the sketchy profit-motivated censorship, I would recommend Newegg. Just research the product ELSEWHERE.

Specially happy about the great support system (live chat and everything), the customer service agent (Peter) perfectly carried out and answered all my questions and requests. Great site! This is the second time I have puechased from Egghead. I could not ask for a more honest company. The shipping was fast, and the products were just what I expected. I bought all the material needed to build my own computer:  
case, motherboard, processor, memory, cd-rom, and cd/dvd burner.

I Ordered my NEC Dual layer dvd Drive last week, and it arrived in record time. I took it out of the box, and removed my old NEC (which I purchased from New Egg earlier this year) I swapped it out and XP picked it up and now I just burned a perfect dvd copy!
