Ordered a fishing rod on 3/17, still no rod. Same experience as the post below..."on backorder, shipment expected tomorrow". Emails, live support, call...still no rod.

We ordered a new trolling motor on March 25 figuring 4 weeks was ample time for it to arrive before the fishing season opens. 4 weeks and a dozen emails later, we still don't have a trolling motor and they haven't contacted us for nearly 3 weeks. Our last conversation was that the motor was on "backorder" and was expected in within the week. That would have put it on our doorstep more than a week ago.

I decided to buy from BaitnHook because they had really low prices. I bought a Quantum Energy PT baitcast reel, and it took them 3 and a half weeks to get it to me. I finally got it and was so excited, but it ended up being the Saltwater edition. I was really disappointed that they sent me the wrong reel after weeks. The reel they sent me was more expensive, so I decided to just keep it and give it to my father as a gift.  
 
If you want some cheap prices, go to these guys, but don't be surprised if you can't get a hold of them or it takes a month to get your product.

They advertized the Garmin GPS as brand new. I got it in a generic white box which was partially torn. The padding inside the box was newspaper. The apartment number wasn't even on the box. USPS had to find it's mine out of 60 appartments in our building. After I got it, nothing looked right. So I called Garmin to ask if this item had been registered before with them. They said it was registered 6 months ago. So it was a refurb unit. So I emailed BaitnHook. They said they will refund me the money and also the shipping back cost. After I sent it back, I got the money but not the money I sent on shipping. Can't trust these guys.

Amazing service, I am disabled and can't commute to stores and my son was coming back from overseas from the army. I ordered a fishing reel from boatersworld and was never shipped in time, I called baitnhook up and they actually drove to my house to deliver the reel 30 mins away from their store the same day. They are not just a business but a great service to the community.

Order a Penn Slammer on April 21. I received my order on April 23. I received my order in time for my fishing tournament. Great customer service.

Ordered 2 Abu-Garcia Soron STX reels on 2/09/2009 Reels arrived 2/14. Best price I could find was here. Skeptical to order from but everything was great. They even have Live Support which I used before ordering. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Found the best price for a Shimano Curado 300e.  
It took a week and half to get the reel, but I can't complain because their shipping is free. Yes, I will do business again with BaitnHook.

Great guys, ordered 4 reels and rods, the one reel didn't come out yet and was on hold but they shipped the other 3 and just gave me a call yesterday they the new quantum reel is in, there are no shops around me that have it. Great prices, great service, and best of all great guys. Wish I had more money so I can expand on my fishing reels
