Hi,
I have bought in the Dx for some times and what I have to say of this store he is that they are fast, trustworthy and honest.
For two times I had problems with products with defect or broken for the post office and els they had quickly made the replacement of the same ones.
I live in the Brazil, of the other side of the world, and exactly thus I have the confidence to buy with the DX therefore my experience and of my friends it is that they make of everything so that its customers are satisfied.
I wait that they continue fast thus, considerate and serious.

Everything was delivered to my house perfectly. They sent it in diferent packeges, so the products they had in stock arrived earlier =)

The Dealextreme have a good prices and the customs services its very very good. I buyed a brazalet bluetooth but the conector of charger its flat (i knew) and in Spain its round. I writted a email to DealExtreme customs services "can you change me the Flat charger for Round charger?" and they respond me very fast "I gift for you one adaptator Flat to Round". It's the best international shop in the world. Thanks

Placed an order for a portable speaker on 7/27/09. By 9/4/09, I had still not received it. I asked for a refund, which they said they would give me in 7 days. I ordered three items from DealExtreme on September 5th, 2009 and paid extra for expedited shipping. I received a notification on September 14th that my items were shipped on September 11th. The tracking number that DealExtreme provided was incorrect, and my attempts to contact them and receive a correct tracking number have been ignored. Despite the fact that the site estimates a 3-5 day delivery once an item has been shipped via EMS, I do not yet have my package and have no idea where it may be. I received a second shipping notification on September 21st, this time with no tracking number. So now I have no idea where my EMS package is, whether or not they have split the order into 2 or more shipments, or how much longer I will have to wait for my items. All the information regarding time on DealExtreme is extremely unreliable, from their 48 hour response time for support to their estimations of processing and delivery time. Their customer service is practically nonexistant. It seems that the only regularity in their service is that with which they monitor their score on Reseller Ratings in order to appease customers who have run out of patience. Do not order from this site unless you have absolutely no problem with having no idea where your items are and if or when you will ever receive them. By no means should you order express shipping, as they apparently disregard the fact that those who do so need their items soon. It WILL be money wasted. I will never order from this site again. I have ordered twice from DealExtreme. The first order went smoothly, but the second order had some problem. The package was missing during the shipping process. I contacted the DealExtreme and they promised to resend the package. Their customer service is excellent. I will definitely order from them again.

Free shipping, great deals. Excellent selection. Shipping does take a week or two, though, so make sure you aren't in critical need of what you are ordering.

Do NOT ask to send the items via EMS express mail. It took more than two weeks extra to even send the package. First they put the order on hold without letting me know. I had to ask what's going on. After a week the answer was that the EMS is not supported in my country and they want to know if they can to send it via regular mail. But I had to ask first via a support ticket!!!
So I answered that it's funny because I can see the EMS everywhere here but asked them to send the package asap. - doesn't matter how.
Another week nothing more happened, so I asked again to send it asap. No answer to the support ticket yet. But today, 15 days after I placed the order, I got another e-mail with additional $17 fee to send the package via EMS...
Don't remember exactly what was the original price for EMS, I guess $20. So I payed $37 extra to get my package more than two weeks LATER than via regular free shipping!!! :-(
UPDATE: I have received another e-mail that my order was put on hold to get extra payment to send my package via EMS to my country. AFTER 15 days I placed the order, AFTER I already sent additional $17 and AFTER all the discussion described above. My general experience is that dealextreme offers really low priced products, of intermediate quality. Do not expect high qulity stuff. Their service is excellent though: I recieved a defect order this august, and filed a complain to dealextreme. They immediately shipped a new item, which I recieved. This one actually does work. After all I'm really content with this service.
