This item is a replacment, but at the end my case was correctly handled. I hope I will get soon my replaced item, as usually they ship all the things correctly!

I've placed seven or eight orders with Deal Extreme (DX) in the past four months. The prices are exceptionally low - bargain basement, really! And for the price, you may get a good quality product or sometimes not. So, sometimes you get a great deal and sometimes you get what you pay for. Product delivery has varied from 8 days to 60-plus days, but they do eventually deliver. This is NOT a fly-by-night company. Overall, I'd say that DX is a reputable company. I'd give them an "A" for effort, they do seem to be trying to improve their company. I'd give them a "C" for product quality. I'd give them a "D" for timeliness and speed of delivery. Customer Service is, in my opinion, reasonable compared to the prices they charge. (It is not top notch, but it is satisfactory and it is courteous.) Despite the sometimes long deliver times, I'd say that I'm a very satisfied customer.

I found the customer service efficient and helpful. I had some problems with a missing item in my order, but the explanation was clear and the missing item followed the other order, just a few days later. It was just in time for my need! I buy in the store has some months, and I never had problems, products always arrive certain, and without defects, but unfortunately, in this mine it finishes purchase, it occurred the inconvenience to come an adapter badly bluetooth with contact, but thanks to the excellent attendance, and fast, from the store, I will receive a new adapter.  
The position of the store, in trying to leave the satisfied customer is excellent, did not wait this of a store, practically of the other side of the globe, since I inhabit in the Brazil.  
 
I recommend the store of closed eyes, serious, honest, worried in satisfying the customer, and above all, it has excellent prices, and incrivel variety of products.

I have absolutely NOTHING to complain about DX services. They aer absolutely amazing. Besides the low prices, and the (in general) good quality of the products, they also trust and try to elp the most the customer. For example, they have even resent me this last product (that hasn't arrived, probably something happened in the way), any other store has ever done something like that... I really aprecciate their service, and I wish to continue buying there. :D

I have made numerous purchases from this company and feel they provide an excellent service, I would be happy to recommend them and have done so to many of my family and friends. I will be sure to use them in the future.

When I saw the DealExteme website for the first time. The first thing that I noticed was the prices, they were dirt cheap. Plus they had free shipping on all their products. Of course like any other like minded person, skepticism kicked in. As their products and more importantly their price tags all seemed to good to be true, however after an hour of being tempted by their ridiculously low prices. I decided that I would take the plunge and purchase a product, just to test their legitimacy. Thinking back now that was probably the single best decision of my life. As lo and behold after a few weeks what I had ordered arrived. Packaged neatly in a bubble wrap envelope ready to take out and use. Thats when I knew I had fallen in love, with DealExtreme. To this day I look to DealExtreme whenever I get the urge to purchase something on impulse, and the best thing is that their prices are comparable to that of Ebay's. Which definitely sweetens the deal. Despite the fact that their cheap products are often stealing the spotlight, their customer service is also nothing to scoff at. Responding to any inquiry quickly and promptly. Thought their English is not always perfect, you'll have no problem understanding their kind and friendly replies. For me the only CON I have about this company would be their shipping speed. However this probably has more to do with Canada Post then anybody else.

Dx is the best shop to buy in.  
I've made two orders. One a couple of months ago and the other one the week ago. The items are in perfect condition, and once I have a problem with an item the DX staff worked fast to solve my problem, sending me another item for free.

Dealextreme prices are unbeatable! You will get the best bang for bucks and the RMA services are excellent!  
I had a sour lemon when I received a faulty item, but dealextreme sent me a brand new one.

Great place for an excellent selection of quality LED flashlights. They also have a pretty good supply of remote controlled helicopters and parts.  
 
The way they operate is that they sell items they often don't physically have. After you order, they apparently place an order with their supplier. This is where the problems come in. If they aren't able to fill part of your order, that item becomes backordered with an ETA. Your ENTIRE order is held up when this happens. After a week, they released part of my order only to put something else on back order. It is very frustrating when you expect the to have an order ship only to find out later that part of it was put on backorder. They need to actually stock the items they sell.  
 
My current order was placed on 8/12/2008 and as of 8/26/2008, the main items still haven't shipped.  
 
An important note if you have children - they have recently been selling pornographic items on their site. Because of that, I cannot recommend this company.
