This was my first order at DX, and when i received the shipment, the main item in the order was reported out of stock. I waited for about 2 months and then wrote to DX support. The product orderd was still out of stock and I was offered a replacement product (with a higher prize) at no extra charge. I found DX support to be very serviceoriented and swift.

Ihave ordered from DealExtreme 3 times now and have been very pleased with them. All except 1 order was quickly processed and shipped with no problems. 1 order was quickly processed but then was scanned incorrectly by Hong Kong Post and got lost. I called DealExtreme and they looked into the issue, explained what happened and within 24 hours had a new order being proccessed to replace my lost order. I consider this great customer service (I contacted them via phone with no wait or delay; email response is sometimes slow from them). I will definently order with them again. Prices are AWESOME.

I had a weird experience with DX. this was my first time ordering from them and there was a problem with traking the order. it got worked ut so its all good now. il be sure to buy again. thanks

Have been shopping at DX for over 2 years. Am overall satisfied with their services. At times there are shipping delays and slow ticket response but that's due to near holidays busy schedule. The price are very good,customer service work whith all of your problem.The shipping can be faster,but it's free and it is great.Most of the gadgets work well. There were some mistakes with my order but now it's ok and i will make a new orders in the future.

I have ordered from them many times. They provide the cheapest price with FREE shipping. I have ordered a wide array of products from them, R4'S, Wii and PSP acessories. I'd definitely recommend them before any other store.
Their customer service is excellent.

I have no bad things to say about Deal Extreme. I live in Brazil and all products I bought arrived perfectly and pretty fine working. They let you cancel or changing orderes with refunding, it really works, I did it once.
Great store, I'll buy much more stuffs in the future!

Already passed the three shopping Dealextreme and so far I have only praise for this company. Recently mail astray my merchandise and they referred the same without any problem, demonstrating responsibility and commitment to his clients.

I have had a couple of dealings with this company and it has been a good expieriance all round.
All their products seem to be priced very competitivley (usualy a fraction of the UK retail cost)
Items come packed in padded envelopes and are dispatched fairly quickly, concidering the items are shipped around the word free of charge i think the delivery time is very good usualy 5 to 10 days they let you know how your order is progressing (once again better than many UK sellers)
On the occasion when there was a problem with an item their polite customer service was very fair, I contacted them and they sorted it out for me in good time.
The general rule i think is: If you want to pay twice the price and need an item tomorrow then go elsewhere.
If you want a great deal from good people then use deal extreme.
I have reccomended them to a few of my friends who are also happy with the service.
DEAL EXTREME....YOU ROCK!

I've made 5 orders within the last month from DX and I have been extremely satisfied with all. One item came that was defective, and the customer service was quick and friendly to help me arrange for a free replacement to be sent to me. Prices are low, shipping is free, and the selection is massive! Just have to read reviews to make sure what is being ordered is of good quality and also be patient as some of the processing can take up to a week. But overall DX is amazing.

Great store, I ask for a refound because I wanted to add some other items. The whole time the customer service was really nice to me, they answered very fast and I didn't had any troubles at all. I make my new order now and I'm waiting for it to arrive. I highly recomend DealExtreme!

I have ordered several items from DX in the past and have been satisfied. In Oct. I ordered a flashlight and it arrived not working. I emailed DX to let them know of my problem and they sent a new one. I am happy with their service.
