I have place the order on September 26 and now it is October 9. I have email and contacted the seller for update on my products and no response. On top of that, they do not provide any kind of communications on the status of your order.
They are difficult to communicate and does not provide a good customer service.
I tried to cancel my order but it says that i will get a refund 3 weeks later. What is up with that!!???? I cannot wait 3 weeks for refund. I need my products. Next time I will not order from this company.

I finally got a response from this company. But now my items are shipped separately. What's going on. One item got shipped and then the next item the following week????? I gotta say that this company does not know how to provide great customer service. The packaging is weak and I got my item broken. This is becoming a hassle. I will no longer order from this company. I have ordered a few times from dealextreme but probably not any more. I had to cancel part of my last order after it hadn't shipped a month after I ordered it. I'm about to cancel this order as well. The product I ordered was and still is listed as "In Stock", yet it has not been shipped. I ordered it on 9/28/09 almost 12 days ago. According to their web page, products will ship in "1-4" days, I don't think so. I have a couple open tickets that I'm waiting for a response on. They say 24-48 hour response time for opened tickets, yet it has been 3 days and I still haven't heard anything from them. I'm getting tired of this. i bought something off dealextreme after so many recommendations for the first time and its been two weeks all i see is waiting for supplier and after i bought the items one of them was available until, 2 days later its back ordered then out of stock will i be getting it in the same package? does it really take 2 weeks to get things from the supplier!! come on This review was modified by its author, , on

Order was shipped in two tranches
Products arrived regularly (via Airmail: another previous order via EMS is not completed now)
One piece did not work correctly, I opened a ticket and (after a normal investigation) now they are sending me the substitution for the piece.
Nothing to say for this order
In the future I will not order via EMS any more: it costs much more and the time requested to ship in Europe is symilar to the time requested via AirMail

Excellent and reliable service. For my last order (9 items), there was tiny problem with one item - it was back ordered for more than 15 days; but, as soon as I requested item change, support answered me positively, and as I can see now, my whole package is going to be here in my office very soon :)
Other previous orders were fine - items were as described (and in few cases even better than expected) and shippment was quick.
I will continue to shop at DealExtreme, and I recommend it to others.

This is a surprisingly good site that does what it is asked. Though my order was split despite every items saying "shipped" simultaneously, I got 1/3 of my order (so far) within a reasonable time frame, and I'm glad I bought from this company. I'm pretty sure that I'll return to this site when needed.

I ordered an item that dealextreme had listed and still has listed as "in stock" with an estimated ship time of 1-3 days. My attempts to get a status via their online ticket system have gone unanswered. I read a lot of negative reviews about this company before ordering, but hoped since I was only ordering 1 item that was " in stock" that I wouldn't have problems. So far it looks like I was wrong. The price of the item I ordered is good, but since I have no idea who has my money or when/if I can expect my order which was supposed to be in stock and ship in 1-3 days, I would recommend you stay away.

Update: I finally got an answer for customer service saying that a national holiday held up my order and that it is still being processed. this is the worst site ever! i received the bluetooth device from them which broke within days of receiving it. After shipping it back, i asked for the shipping charges as promised and was told that they generally give store credit! why would i want store credit at a place where i have already received a crappy product? they then tell me that since it is only 3$ and change i should be fine to wait for the money to come. why should they be the judge for that?? finally they sent me the money through paypal and i got the replacement WHICH DOES NOT WORK AT ALL!!!i have submitted a complaint a week ago asking for money back and no response!! my account password seems to have been blocked so i am unable to login to even leave a review!!

I just received my order from DealExtreme. All went well and my item works flawlessly. I was hesitant to order based on some reviews, but I figured I was saving so much (plus free shipping) that I could not go wrong. Overall it took 14 days to receive my order - which is totally fine with me - I knew going in that it might take a while - they ship from China and they warn you standard shipping will take some time. Since I didn't expect miracle overnight instant gratification, I was not disappointed. I did get decent quality stuff at very fair prices. I will use this seller again.

What can i say..
These guys are pure idiots. Order was placed through them on the 24th. No email acknowledgment from them at all. When an email sent to them asking about the status was sent it was returned undeliverable.
What makes this site worse is that they are actually located in Hong Kong! While the city is great it has many con artists who thrive on taking money away from honest working people.
Some of their defenders say that we customers need to calm down and wait for a month because that is how long for them to complete the order. Well that to me is ridiculous. I sell on other sites as my side job and i often ship to overseas and orders are usually complete out in 10 days or less!!
STAY AWAY FROM THESE RETARDS who can't even get their email services up.
DO US A FAVOR AND NEVER NEVER BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!

The website is very user friendly and convinient.
This order was received after a short time.
The packging of the items of the order is very good and it protects the item inside.
The payment is vie paypal which makes the paying process very secured.
One of the items in this order didn't work, so I made contect with the customer service, and they are snding me a new item.
I must say that it happened to me once before, and the second item arrived in great working condition.
I bought some great and cool gudgets at deal extreme for very low prices, and they work just fine.
There were cases when items got delayed but at the end they have arrived.
For conclussion : I am very satisfied with deal extreme and I'm sure I'll buy there again

I'm very happy with this store. So far I have been very satisfied with every product that I've purchased. In the last purchase I received a defective item and they replaced it at no cost. A store where every day I feel more confident.
