I've been ordering products from DealExtreme for quite awhile with no issues. Last week, I received an MP3 player DOA. I notify customer service and they shipped a replacement unit right away. That's what I call good customer service!

HI,i'd just like to let everyone know about my experience shopping at dealextreme.My last order came extremely fast ordered on the 6 of november,and it was at my door on the 18th november,very fast considering it is a busy time of year.all items i ordered where there and i ordered fifteen items.only ever had one problem while i have been shopping at dealextreme and that was taken care of within two days,very happy with dealextreme customer support very fast in my experience.It is a great store with thousands of items to choose from.I have reccomended them to friends and now they cant get enough of it.:)

I*am order some items which are sold out. I'll wait 3 weeks for package, but not come. Then I go to see order tracking and there write that item is sold out. I send e-mail to custom service and then we arrange what I bay instead of product who is sold.
Till now I most pleased with response and help. Still to buy in this shop.

This was my second purchase from DealExtreme. My previous order was as smooth as it could be. My order arrived in 2 weeks.
I had a problem with my second order, the order I am reviewing here. I received an empty envelope after the usual 2 week shipping time. I filed a "missing order" ticket through DX's customer service web page. I received a response after the weekend, asking me to provide additional information such as a photo of the envelope received. I followed their instruction and the next day I received another response stating that DX would send me another package, and they would tell the warehouse to accelerate the process. Finally I received the new shipment in exactly 1 week. I am very satisfied with my experience with DealExtreme.

I'm soon at my 30th order with DX. They have always delivered everything I ordered. Sometimes it ships really fast, and sometimes it takes a while. I'm a patient man so it dontbother me to wait some weeks for my stuff. I prefer to get it cheap before getting it tomorrow and paying double price.
Once I recieved a item that broke due to some electrical malfunction, the very first day I used it. I used the online RMA service and filled out a complaint. DX promptly provided me with a replacement at not cost.
My last order had a item missing. I used the online service form (CSE), and they fixed the error in less than 24 hours. The solution was to add the missing item to another order I'we been waiting for. Great by me.
I'm really, really satisfied with the service and the polite staff at DX.

DX - DealExtreme is a fantastic company to work with. The prices are at least 90% of their merchandise is WAY below other retailers. The only caveat is the merchandise takes 7-10 days to arrive because the products are shipped from overseas; which is no big deal.
DX has great customer service. I've never had an issue making a return, getting store credit, and in general getting a hold of a customer service agent.
Feel free to browse and order ONE ITEM to try them out. Where else can you get a disappearing ink pen with UV light to see what you write shipped to your door for around a buck? No where.

I have been ordering from DX for about half a year.
The have been no issues so far, except with my last order, in which they confused one of the flashlights with a quite different one and sent only 3 packs of 18650 Lithium Batteries instead of the needed 4 packs.
After filling in the complaint forms of theirs and providing the photos they require as a proof, they admitted their mistake. They promised to resend the missing item and the flashlight I ordered initially. They even didn’t require to send back the wrong flashlight, so I could keep it as a gift. That was really nice of them.
Now the status of that two items is “packaging” and I hope, that this time everything will go smoothly .
Other people may have other experience in dealing with DealExtreme, of course.
But in my case the DX staff solved the issue quite decently, I think.

I live in Brazil and I already bought several stuffs on Deal Extreme, I've never had any problem. I always recommend to my friends.

The stuff are cheap though few are not good condition or spoilt when delivered,but the service support from DealExtreme is very good therefore its a thumbs up for this website/company.
Even though they sent me a replacement which still in the end turn out to be spoilt again,due to their good services,overall i still give a full stars rating.

I have ordered four times so far in the last six months. Everytime I found the buying process a pleasant one and at no time I had experienced discomfort. The last order had two items and one of them was a battery for a cellphone. I found the battery was not suitable for my mobile. The mistake happened because the specification of the battery quoted that this battery is suitable for mine too among others, but it was wrong. As soon as I pointed out this problem, within a reasonable time I received a reply that a correct battery will be supplied soon and I don't have to send back the wrong battery to them. I appreciated the latter point, because for the cost of returning the wrong battery I can as well buy a new one. I really appreciated this resolution of my problem. This experience has strengthened my confidence in DealExtreme.

I had some issues with one order (received a wrong item, not the one i ordered) but Dealextreme customer service manager offered a satisfactory solution: reship the right item for free and a $5 discount for a future order. Five thumbs up this time.

I had buy a lot of stuff in Deal Extreme and I'm really glad with their work. My last order had some troubles and I had to contact them, but their support was extremly satisfactory and they arrenged the reshipment with no problem. That was pretty cool.

I'm not sure why all these people are complaining about how long it takes to receive your order from dealextreme? It states that your order will take at least 3 weeks (21 days). I made several purchases over the past couple months for iPhone chargers and sure it took almost a month (sometimes over a month) but the product always arrived, was compatible with my 3gs, and 90% cheaper than Apple. That's right, 90% cheaper, under $3 instead of $30 +tax. For this svings totally worth the wait.
