I purchased a CK3 Pro, which according to their website was in stock. Since I had a rush job to do for a customer, I paid $23.95 for overnight express shipping. The order was placed just before 2PM local time, which should have given them plenty of time to get the order out for next day delivery, (especially since they claim that they can be relied on to promptly ship all items). In fact they did not ship the item until the next day, turning the overnight shipment that I paid for into a 2 day shipment.
When the product arrived, it was visibly defective, as the MODB switch socket was empty. Furthermore, Windows reported that it was defective when attached to my computers USB port. I reported this, and got an email message back from Sylvester G. claiming that "we get a lot of these back, and they always work when tested"?
I returned the product for replacement. Sylvester G. promised me that he would send me a replacement on the same day that the return arrived, and to notify him by email when the tracking system indicated that it had arrived. According to the Canada Post tracking system, they received it last Wednesday at 11:30AM. I advised him of the delivery as requested. I heard nothing back until 8:30PM that night, when he now informed me that "we are out of stock, would you like a similar product instead".
I will never be able to prove this, but I strongly suspect that they were out of stock when I placed my order, and someone shipped me a defective customer return just to get it out the door, (hence the reason for the 1 day delay in shipping). Anyone who even made a quick examination of this item would been able to see that it was defective. So much for shipping the replacement out the same day. He knew that I was in a rush to get the product, but does not let me know this until it is way too late to ship the replacement on Wednesday as he had promised? I immediately replied that I wanted the replacement and asked for the tracking number. No response to that email, or the 3 others which followed, (and they don't provide a phone number for direct contact).
Finally yesterday, (now the following Monday), I received an actual phone call from Sylvester G. He now claims that the item shipped last Friday, and gave me "the tracking number". He claimed that he had emailed me last Friday to inform me of this. Unfortunately for him, I run my own mail server, and I checked the logs, there was no attempt to send me email from his SMTP email server what so ever. As soon as I got off the phone, I looked up the tracking number, only to discover that it was the tracking number for the original shipment, and not for the replacement item. I have emailed him twice since then, but as expected, no response, and no product arrived today either, (which it would have if it had been shipped last Friday).
In the past, I have made all my related purchases from modchip.ca. They post a phone number, and have always shipped all orders the same day. The only reason that I made the purchase from Modchip Central was that their site indicated that they had the item I wanted in stock, while modchip.ca indicated that they were out of stock. Lesson learned; I will never again purchase anything from Modchip Central. You cannot treat people like this and expect repeat business. My strong suggestion to anyone who is looking for modding products is to avoid this company like the plague, and go directly to www.modchip.ca instead. You won't be disappointed.

You placed your order at 2PM. Canada Post picks up our orders at 4:30 PM here. Giving us 2.5 hours to get to your order is not sufficient enough time when we have many orders to ship. This is why it is stated on our home page " Orders are typically shipped the same day or by the next business day at the latest" and your order did ship by the next business day. You had e-mailed us June 6 stating you have finally had a chance to use it and the product is defective, so I do not see how the shipping time was an issue?
The reason we were out of stock on them at the time of your replacement is because our shipment is stuck at customs, and still is and was to arrive to us on June 8 and still hasn't. Attatched is a picture of the UPS tracking number as proof. As you can see, it is still sitting in Louisville, KY since June 7 and has not even arrived in Winnipeg. Just the customs work was done in Winnipeg so far: http://www.modchipcentral.com/store/images1/connectivitykit.jpg . This was just an unfortunately event and I do take repsonsibility for it, which is why we offered you a very similar product as a replacement since this shipment is stuck in customs.
As well, I mistakenly read you the wrong tracking number over the phone. Here is the correct tracking number which you will see was shipped on Friday June 19 as promised via Canada Post: 7255 2940 0104 5116 . I do apologize as for somehow I read the wrong tracking number. We all make mistakes, especially when you have to answer e-mails after a 12 hour day working so I do take responsibility for that.

Had an issue with delivery that USPS messed up on. Contacted modchipcentral and a new one was sent out and received only days later. Good people.

Item arrived on time and in good packaging. The bonus screen protector was from Japan and it very nice. I am very happy with this purchase and would heartily recommend this store to anyone.

Received my order within 3 business days like promised. Product was exactly as described, was in good condition, and is fully functional (installed and working).
I had my doubts initially, but I would definitely do business with this company again.

Great website and has the cheapest Drivekeys in Canada by far. Shipping was slow but that was fault on my part. DO NOT order on Friday or the weekends since Canada does not ship on weekends. Once I got my Drivekey and installed it everything worked exactly as advertised. They say they ship the X4 diode chip but I got one that says B4. The guy told be it was the equivalent and I'm inclined to believe him as everything is running fine.

You ordered at 10:00 pm on Friday night.
The post office does not work on weekends so your order will ship on Monday.
As well, all e-mails are responded to daily.

UPDATE: The premod worked perfectly when it arrived. It was my burner that screwed up. I have nothing but ***** (5 stars) to give to this company. THanks and sorry for being an idiot.
I ordered a premod wii w/ drivekey for $350 bout 1 week ago. Today I received a broken wii that doesn't boot backups and even shut down for about 2 hours and wouldn't even turn on. I am extremely disappointed to say the least.
On the good side...I received prompt email response stating I could return the wii and he would fix it and return it.
I will update this review the second I have some new information, whether it be positive or negative.

I placed my order for a Premodded(Wasabi Zero) Wii on Saturday April 25th. I got an e-mail confirmation saying that my order was processed the same day, but of course I wasn't expecting it to ship out until Tuesday(website states the max waiting time is 2 business days).
On Wednesday, April 29th, I noticed that my order still said "Processed," so I e-mailed customer service. I received a reply the same day, with an apology and the good news that my order was shipped that day as well.
Amazingly, I received my order on Saturday, May 2nd (I live in New York City). Everything works as advertised. I would definitely order from here again!

I have place an order on wednesday and received it on friday ! Extremely fast.
The packaging is ok and everything was inside and well working.

Ordered on Sunday, item was shipped Monday and arrived Wednesday. However, I ordered a product for NDSi and received the free screen protectors for the NDSl with it. Which doesn't really make sense, but hey it was a freebie! Since it is such a new product perhaps they will update this in the future.

I ordered from them on a Saturday and the product was shipped on Monday. It took a while to get here, but that is understandable considering it was going from Canada to CA. It works great. I can't comment on their customer service because I didn't have to use it. Overall, I would recommend them as a reliable place to order.
However, upon receiving the package I was concerned with the packaging. It was mailed in a bubble mailer. I don't think sending chip boards in a bubble mailer is a good idea. I have read accounts of people getting damaged goods from them because of the packaging, but I didn't have a problem. I'm going to assume a majority of their orders don't have a problem and that is why they continue to use it for packaging.

My order shipped monday the 23rd and I received it today the 27th! Canada to Ohio in 5 business days,outstanding. Had a couple questions and the seller answered within 24 hours and was right on the money.
Will do business with ModChipCentral again!

Placed my order Sunday March 22nd, order was shipped on 23rd and received my shipment today 3/27.
I had a few questions that i had asked about the product they replied to all my questions the next day.
Now the best part, when i checked the website today i saw that they had reduced the price of the product i had purchased by $10, sent out an email regarding that, got back a reply from them that they have refunded the $10 to my credit card.
Just to compare the services, before i placed an order with modchipcentral.com, i had placed an order about 5 days ago for the same product with Gmodz.com, their website said they were on vacation but were shipping orders out daily, 5 days and my order was not shipped out. I canceled my order and dont regret it one bit.
Will certainly recommend you guys to all my friends.

Ordered my product on Feb 27, and it was shipped quickly. Unfortunately, it took nearly a month to get my product from Canada express. EVentually, the product did arrive however, and I am glad to have it. I will probably order from them again, but hope the long shipping time is just a fluke and next time I get my products faster.
