I would just like to say that in my 15 years as a pc professional i have not met a better more knowledgable crew at the clairmont store

Purchased Shuttle Mini PC and couldn't be happier with it. Actually I was trying to decide againest the 2 models there and Steve helped me decide on the P4 platform. Great stuff and service. Nice thing too is that they are on the eastside for the Clackamas Store for all you Portland, OR folks.

I had a perfectly working system with a Kingston 128MB PC2100 module in it that I pulled and then installed into a relative's machine, next day I went to PcClub to purchase another Kingston module but they were Out Of Stock, so instead I purchased this, later on that evening I installed it in the exact same system, when I powered it up SMOKE Emitted from the RAM Module, I pulled the power cord and then inspected everything, I removed the RAM from the machine and discovered two of the pins on the RAM module were burnt indicating a "Short through the module", I took the defective RAM back to the store and to make a very long story short they refused to replace it, refused to refund my money, and said they could only send it back to the manufacturer which also declined to replace it, now not only am I out the cost of this Generic RAM ($30.02) I'm also out the cost of a Motherboard ($160.86),I've wasted alot of time trying to get this resolved with no luck, I'm leaving this feedback as well as information in PcClub's own forum, Various Tech forums located on the net and information at http://www.resellerratings.com/seller1610.html about this purchase. I plan to file a complaint with the BBB regarding this matter. Best of Luck if you choose to Buy it!

Bad experience. Bought a RealSync monitor, turned out it was faulty. Because of low stock they replaced it with a demo unit, which turned out to be scratched on the LCD panel itself; they told me there was nothing they could do, and only gave me a refund after much argument. Even then, they charged me a 10% restocking fee - on a faulty, ex-demo unit!!  
 
Try Fry's instead.

I am a reseller who purchases many different items from the Bellevue PC Club. They are always very friendy, helpful and extremely knowledgable. I am always greeted by the Manager, Matt, who helps me personally and is always there to solve customer problems. I am also impressed by Matt's knowledge and professionalism.

Salespeople are not very friendly and they don't seem eager to help. Store prices don't always match your sales. I normally shop at EBC computers and newegg.com, but every once in a while, PC Club has an okay price on something that EBC and newegg.com don't sell. That is the only reason I shop here. If people knew about EBC, they wouldn't buy enough at PC Club to keep it in business.

Awesome service and people. Neville and Jerry really took care of me. This is my second computer from PC club and I would buy another from them.

This was my most recent purchase. I've bought many items from PC Club in the past, including motherboards and hard drives. I've had nothing but good experiences dealing with these people. They not only have competitive pricing and good return policies but also a high level of technical know-how. Their excellent advice has helped me more times than I can mention. I go to them when I need something because of their service and advice even when another store may have the same item at a lower price (rare).

PC Club rocks over comp usa, I can wander around in comp usa for hours without someone asking if I need assistance, PC club was helpfull from the start and gave me space to wander and answering my questions when needed and helping with the sale, from a past sales background, I can tell that PC club in Modesto is a well ran store which is a sign of a good company, management and good training, I am very satisfied.

My brother works for pc club, so it might be a little biased but as far as I have delt with them I have had great experiences. I bought a Dvd burner on 9/16/2003 and the price was 169.99 after a week they had it on special and I went back and they were more then glad to give me the difference. I was satisfied they were satisfied and since I just used it as store credit I was on my way. Thanks Shawn, Ken, Erick, and Michael at PC Club Modesto.  
PS Shawn is my brother.

Placed an order on Sept. 12th for a USB wireless adapter and received an email on Sept. 15th that the item had shipped. One week and two emails later there is no respone from PC Club about the shipment. No tracking number included in the email or on the website. It's now been over a week and I'm still waiting for the shipment or at the very least, any info about it.  
 
UPDATE: Well, they did reply to both emails with a tracking number and shipment info. Delivery was quick actually, but I didn't realize anything had been delivered (to my apartment's leasing office) since there was no shipping status or info of any kind. At the least, PC Club should include shipping info/tracking number with the email notifying of shipment or on their website. Customers shouldn't have to initiate contact and go through a hassle to obtain shipping info.

The Bellevue PC Club has been a great source of hardware and great advice for helping me with my technical computer problems. They are always friendly and courteous, and I send all of my friends there.
