ordered item "in stock", got canceled 3 days later for "out of stock". Not trustworthy.

This place has horrible business polices... they over sell, and then send you an email saying your order is canceled and they never took your money.. the problem? They DID take my money, and I have nothing in return for it except a canceled order email full of lies!

ordered 2 different video cards that they showed in stock. stayed in pending status all weekend, then today my account has been removed from the system. they are not shipping any cards because they never had them in stock.

Ordered a product that they listed in stock, then the order was summarrily removed from their system with no notice. Would not purchase from them again unless they send what they advertised.

Horrid operation all around.
Change my 'pending' order to 'vanished'. No follow-up communication from seller. Claims product was out of stock when THEY committed an error.

Placed an order 11/23/2007 and checked order status throughout the weekend. On 11/26/2007 my entire account, order history and order details disappeared. No email ever received regarding order problems. Other people ordering are being told the item is out of stock, but a two and a half day delay with no response other than deleting your account is unacceptable.

What a great group of people at my local PC Club store. Brandy helped me build a desktop PC that is double the speed of my high-end notebook. I did research before buying, and their prices are the lowest I found for a complete system. When I took the computer home, I had a few problems that were caused by me, and the PC Club staff were all very polite and easy to work with as I figured out my own problem. I've always ordered my computers on-line, but now I have a local store that I can trust, and that's a good feeling.

Purchased a power supply from the local PC Club store based on the receomendation from the salesperson that it was very quiet. Returned it the next day because it was nowhere near as quiet as claimed. The store would not take the return without charging a 15% restocking fee. Webstite offers 7 day returns with no fee...but the store charges a fee! Unacceptable.

Dave Landayan provides us with an awesome support. He communicates with us consistently regarding status of our oders and helps us in resolving issues when they arise. We are very impressed with the level of service we receive from him.

Bought a Athlon 2 x Dual core based computer with 2GB Ram and 2 250GB drives in RAID 1 etc. Super machine. Mr. Nelson the store manager was very helpful in configuring the system.
It is very well built and "rock solid". It has been on 24/7 since January with no problems. High quality work by PC Club.
This is the 5th computer my family purchases at the Chula Vista store. We are extremely pleased with the service, quality, and price we have received.

This company has problems processing orders.
PcClub sent me an email with tracking number for a case priced at $30 and paid for with Paypal. I asked PcClub if an invoice would be included in package.
I then received an email saying that the shipping confirmation was an error and a manager told them that their paypal system was not working and to cancel the order. If I still wanted the case, I would have to reorder it at $59.
They then offered to back date invoice for rebate. That did not sound legit--seemed like they just wanted the extra $29.
I have sold items and received payments from PayPal for years without any problems. Seems like any etailer should be able to do the same.

Had trouble with shipping address in order to process card. I Received an email notice as well as a phone call. The item had a date sensitive rebate which was reflected on the rebate sales slip once I received the product.
PC Club really came through with courtious, prompt and thorough service. Thank you Dave L. and PC Club.

The PC Club store cheated me. They put a link to a manufacturer rebate coupon next to the price, so that it'd look like the item was free after rebate. Turned out, PC Club was not a "participating reseller" of that item (buy.com was), so my rebate was rejected. As a result, the price I paid to PC Club was higher than in other stores that offered the same item w/o a false rebate. My advice - don't trust anything on this company's web site. I have never seen such poor customer service, I ordered what turned out to be a $4000.00 desktop, using all of the best components. I would guess that they never tested the system as out of the box it was giving me the "blue screen of death" Several things that I ordered never came, I still can not get ahold of anyone, all I get is an answering machine. All you have to do is call their 800 number and try to get a question answered and you will see that this is not a company that you would want to do business with. I have been trying to get ahold of them for days. The system is not working properly and I can not get a response from email or phone. If things dont change I will more than likely take them to court over such a large purchase. They truely do not seem to care for their customers. I have bought many systems and have over 15 years of computer experience. I am normally an easy customer, but this company is something else. If you know what is good for you, you will stay clear of them all together.
