PC Club built a system to my specs at a price that couldn't be beat saving me about $350 over a "name" PC with similar specs but lesser hardware (no one was selling a box with an E8400 or a hard drive with a 32MB buffer). The monitor rebate came back in two weeks - the fastest rebate I've EVER received. At the time, the Phoenix store was moving to a new location and making some personnel changes and yet communication was good with only one minor exception. Good company, good prices, good people!

Great seller. Picked it up in store. The staff was very friendly and communication was great. Got a refurb board that listed only as bare board, but came with all the accessories. Board is working great.

A++++ Made Purchase and Everything went smooth and item arrived by the time more than i expected. And When i have a question to compare a items and have questions for items the customer service is super they referral me right item. Im glad with it.

I must say that although I was initially very disappointed with PCCLUB and SWORE that I would never do business with them again... I really would like to rescind from those comments.
I too, am dealing with the GEForce7900 Card and also the 8600 GT card. Actually ordered both of them and they both got cancelled!
I was completely irate until I called customer support and they explained to me that it was due to an error in the system, and that they were really sorry, and that they would be willing to rectify the situation as soon as possible.
I was then given not 1, but TWO 10 dollar coupon codes which I then used at the store to get some free items. Furthermore, the thing I really like about PCClub is that I didn't have to pay shipping. I simply went to the store and picked up my order.
Thank You PCClub for apologizing and fixing the mistake. Only 1 thing. I wish you would have let me know a little earlier as you did hold my money for more than 2 days before cancelling! This review was modified by its author, cruisingcali725, on

What a great group of people at my local PC Club store. Brandy helped me build a desktop PC that is double the speed of my high-end notebook. I did research before buying, and their prices are the lowest I found for a complete system. When I took the computer home, I had a few problems that were caused by me, and the PC Club staff were all very polite and easy to work with as I figured out my own problem. I've always ordered my computers on-line, but now I have a local store that I can trust, and that's a good feeling.

Dave Landayan provides us with an awesome support. He communicates with us consistently regarding status of our oders and helps us in resolving issues when they arise. We are very impressed with the level of service we receive from him.

Bought a Athlon 2 x Dual core based computer with 2GB Ram and 2 250GB drives in RAID 1 etc. Super machine. Mr. Nelson the store manager was very helpful in configuring the system.
It is very well built and "rock solid". It has been on 24/7 since January with no problems. High quality work by PC Club.
This is the 5th computer my family purchases at the Chula Vista store. We are extremely pleased with the service, quality, and price we have received.

Had trouble with shipping address in order to process card. I Received an email notice as well as a phone call. The item had a date sensitive rebate which was reflected on the rebate sales slip once I received the product.
PC Club really came through with courtious, prompt and thorough service. Thank you Dave L. and PC Club.

Was upgrading my SO's computer, went to a well known large chain store but didn't find what I needed at a less than ridiculous price. As we were pulling out of the parking lot my SO noticed a small store nearly directly across the street called PC Club. I thought it might be a membership required sort of place and, even were it not, figured their prices would be really high like a lot of other smaller computer parts stores. Happily it turns out I was wrong on both accounts! Was able to easily locate the items I needed at far less than the large electronics store we'd just left! While perusing the other items offered by the store I happened upon their sale ad. Talk about some excellent deals! I am currently purchasing parts a piece at a time for my next build, waiting for the items I want to go on sale at one of my usual merchants. I was able to purchase my PCI-e video card, a name brand 7200 rpm sata drive, and a 16x DVD R+-/RW+= double sided burner for much less than I had anticpated spending on them even on sale! They were sold out on the video card and sata drive but allowed me to make arrangements so my SO could pick them up for me as soon as they arrived. I live over 50 miles away so it would have been a huge inconvenience for me to go back for them. They even offered to ship them to me at no additional charge should I want to do that instead. The associate who assisted me really knew his stuff, was able to intuit that I know mine as well and never talked down to me or handled my questions in a patronizing manner. He was very honest as regards their prices and even said that, though they have some great sale prices, they would never be able to match high volume resellers pricing for non-sale items, deeming their normal prices to be fair to above average. I mentioned the e-tailer I usually purchase from and he agreed they have excellent prices, even admitting to purchasing items from them for himself. Can't get much more forthright than that! The video card and burner arrived just when they said they would and they called my SO immediately to inform him they were ready to pick up. Very polite and friendly staff! If you need something they don't carry they will give you a price quote and obtain it for you if you want! If out of stock on a sale item they will do their best to cause you the least amount of inconvenience in procuring it and honor sale prices with rainchecks when out of stock. I was, and still am, quite impressed by the Pinole CA store employees' knowledge, demeanor, and honesty. I will definitely continue to purchase from them in the future!!

I went to the PC Club Santa Rosa store, and the staff was nice- they seemed eager to please, and I was offered help by almost every employee in the store- when I finally had a question, the person I spoke with (Luke, I think) knew how to answer my questions, and was able to explain why I should go with one router over another. Great staff, Great service, Great prices. This was my first time in the store, and I will DEFINITELY be coming back! This is exactly my kind of computer store!

I'm a multimedia production professional, who is also a system integrator for a video production solution. I shop on the net for best prices, but find myself buying a lot of parts for my systems at local brick and mortar stores. My first choice in Modesto, CA is PC Club. The staff is knowledgeable and professional. Some of the bigger box houses have "experts" to help you with your purchase, but these guys really know their stuff and the prices are competitive with online retailers.

The guys in OKC rule. Not only are their sales one of the most knowlegable in the buisness, thier tech's can answer just about any question you have. Outstanding selection, layout of the store could be a bit better, lots of stuff in stock. One of the best, no questions asked.

I am very pleased with the way I am greeted by the sales personnel at the Oklahoma City PC Club store. I have been purchasing my computer equipment and accessories from PC club for some time now. However, my purchases have increased within the last 3 years and they have all been done at the Oklahoma PC store because of the treatment I have always had. When I am ready to have a new computer special built (which is usually every year. These guys know what I like and they go out of their way to help me locate the items, order, and ensure they are received timely. They always give me good advice on the latest equipment and what hardware to buy. Each time I enter the store, I am greeted like an old friend, always with a cheerful hello and "what can I help you with." These exceptional sales personnel are: Chris Dillon, Timothy Saueressig, James Senney, and Charles Liando. They are supper guys who go out their way to be sure I am taken care of immediately and if they do not have what I want, they will order it. Each time I call Chris Dillon, he is only willing to answer any question or help me with any problem I might have. Special accolades to Chris, Timothy, James, and Charlie - These are super guys and a great asset to the Oklahoma City PC store.

I was very pleased with the way everyone greeted me when I entered the store. There seemed to be a very pleasant atmosphere. One of the things that turns me off from many of the large electronics retailers is service: these large guys never seem to have anyone that knows anything or none of the kids there seem to want to help customers! That is never my experience at Pc Club--it is a small store with personal service and warehouse prices! Also I like it that Pc Club lets me order online and recieve free shipping to the store in my area. One last thing, I think these guys have a better chance of longevity than some of the local Mom/Pop stores--last year my friend bought a computer (and warranty) at a small local retailer and guess what; that store is out of business (and so is the warranty)! Pc Club may not be able to cover every single thing a guy needs all of the time, but it's nice to be treated like a friend when you go into a store.
