Horrible service, stay away at all costs....
Ordered on 17th, all orders were marked has being in stock, payed for Express shipping. waited for my order to arrive, sent a first email Thursday on a email account the owner says to email him at if having problems with orders, sent email asking for shipping confirmation, no answer.
Monday, mailman comes no order, sent a second email to which I received a response late Tuesday night saying his spam program rejected my emails fine I'll buy that excuse, but why did he not inform the costumer the order would be delayed because one of his parts was now backordered on the same day the order was made ? that's a week ago....
The guy didn't even send my order yet, know he tells me one of the items is backordered, this is 6 days after purchase.....
I sent a email demanding the items be shipped on the same day and that he reimburse me the missing part, to which I received a virulent email from the owner threatning to not honor my order and saying he didn't need my business bla bla bla just the worst online purchase experience ever..... stay away.
Update, the owner has now decided NOT TO HONOR my purchase and "says" he refunded my credit card i hope he did, horrible horrible costumer service, stay away....
To reply to the "Reseller's comments"
I went to their forums, in there I found other users who had problems receiving their orders, in one of the posts the owner of the store says " if you have ANY problems with your order or shipping", EMAIL ME AT THIS EMAIL ADRESS which I used to try and contact the owner for a week.
To have a spam filter on a corporate email is questionable to say the least but this does not excuse the fact that if you can't fulfill a costumer's order, you advise him the first day, I had to send 3 emails to get in touch with them and if I hadn't, he wouldnt have even bothered contacting the costumer, however you look at that, it's poor costumer service, I have purchased from numerous E-tailers from the web and always have received a email the same day when a item wasnt available , THATsS COSTUMER SERVICE.
When I tried to explain what basic costumer service is to this guy, he threatened to refund my order and proceeded to scold me and tell me this was all my fault and if I didnt behave nice he was going to cancel my order, wow threatning to cancel a costumer and then cancelling a costumer's order without the consent of the purchaser is simply wrong buddy...
I Told him twice to refund me the item not in stock and to ship me the rest of my order he replied by cancelling the total order and telling me to stick it...
And beleive me he didn't use the nice written terms he put in this reply in the emails he sent me, they were condescending and totally unacceptable from a professional retailer, I will be contacing Swiftech also to advise them of their reseller's actions.
Also, I can't beleive you put in your reponse "you can't be bothered to check your emails" at times.
What a crock of.... If you don't have the time to do it, hire someone to do it, excuses don't cut it, I know I do the same thing you do, I AM A E-RETAILERalso and I ship my items to costumers promptly and professionaly ALWAYS, no excuses........
