P.S. I build my computer entirely from parts which bought from ePowerhouse at a computer show in Taylor, MI. The parts I ordered by mail were just geegaws to make it look better.  

I belive the ordering experience with e powerhouse pc was a good one. My parts were delivered in a timely matter. I would definetly order from them again.

Fast service, Shipped next day and rec'd product in two days. Decent site, good prices. Did'nt buy that much so I cant give an extensive review. Will try them again if the price is right.

Make sure you know exactly what you need before you buy and ask (before you pay) about return policies. There is a 20% restocking fee (most others resellers charge 15%) and even though the sales person was helpful before the sale their policy basically says you are on your own if there is a problem. I purchased three items from this business at a computer show. Learned about the web site and checked it out, to find two of the three parts cheaper on the web site. Because the case I purchased was too deep for my computer desk, I needed to return it – never took it off the Styrofoam. The sales person charged me the 20% restocking fee because it was open and would have to be sold as open box. I have never seen an unused case sold as open box! When trying to return the case, the sales person tried telling me this case had a small depth, but I had compared it to the six cases I have at home and it was a good inch deeper than the deepest one.

Ordered a Skyhawk Jupiter Computer case Model PSR4609D7. Excellent, fast delivery. Has a small problem with my creit card being charged twice for the same item (NOT the fault of pcpowerhousepc). I e-mailed epowerhousepc about the problem and was promptly called at home by Larry who assured me it was not them end but they would work on it from their end.  
I found the company to be very attentive and competent.

The Exos-A01 was packaged Very Well and they  
have the New Koolance CHC-A09 in stock so I  
purchased one and put it on my ATI Radeon 9800 Pro.

Well, I have built 4+ systems with parts from epowerhousepc and I have nothing but great things to say about them. A Prometia mach2, 2 i-875 Motherboards, 4 nforce2 mobos, a 3.0c, xp2700, xp2400, and xp2200. None of which arrived DOA or needed an RMA. Thanx epowerhouse!

i had purchaced a mobo from newegg and had so much trouble with it no support at all...from the man (couldnt get thru to their tech support) and they wouldnt call me back (their offer) and newegg doesnt support anything. well how pleasnt to find a reseller that has people that knowes what they sell but will actually help you with support.... eeeek !!!! what a suprise ..wounderful... shiping was same day new mobo got here a day sooner than i thought it would and it workes as promised. with a little help i have NOW a very fine mobo just what i wanted in the first place thanks epowerhouse......side note anyone need a very slightly used very unstable mobo also wont boot most of time newegg wouldnt take back or exchange it was 32 days old and their policy says 30 days even after id called and told them within 14 days i was haveing problems and was trying to get in touch with the tech support of the man. pps epowerhouse called me back within 15 min after i left a message that i wanted to talk to them
