Notification of shipment with the info to track, then a follow up to let me know that I should have recieved my shippment along with a Thankyou. At the time, these folks were one of the few etailers that had the Arctic Cooler Freezer 64 Pro heatsink in stock. I found them by browsing Arctic Cooling's links of vendors that carry their products and despite the limited feedback thus far, I opted to give ePowerHousePC a shot. They did not disappoint by any means.  
 
I found them to be responsive to inquiries. Equally as important was the very fast shipping time. I needed this product in a quick timeframe and since they're based in Michigan (as I am), that was a factor in going with these folks as well. Two days after ordering, I had the product in hand.  
 
From the friendly service to the quick shipping and reasonable pricing, I feel very confident in adding this etailer to my list of vendors.

Fast & simple registration/ordering/payment system. Received items in 2 days with Priority Mail selected. Emailed tech support on malfunction problem with item received and received personal phone call 20 minutes later fron actual tech to help with resolution not just an operator referring me to the manufacturer like some top resellers. I left a message to talk to sales person. They called back within an hour. This was great. They answered all my pre-sales questions and told me when a back ordered item (cpu heat sink - vapochill) was going to ship. It shipped exactly when they told me it would. I really like straight forward answers and information that is accurate helps me plan my projects. They proved they do what they said they would do. I will definitely buy from them again.

Newegg did not have the ATI Silencer 5 Rev 2 for my ATI X850XT PE video card, so I chose epowerhousepc.com. They were even faster than Newegg!

After a long and fruitless search I finally found what I was looking for. This was the only store that carried it as well. Though I was a bit leary ordering from them since this was the first time I had ever heard of them. I can tell you that I will not be in the future. Easy ordering process, excellent communication, and fast delivery ensures that my first experience with E Powerhouse PC will not be the last.

The gentleman I spoke with was very helpful in changing my order to an upgraded product on very short notice, they were able to upgrade my order and still have it shipped same day for Next Day Air. Best customer service I've had when ordering out of stat onl line.

I am very happy with Epowerhouse and the way they took care of my order. I would be happy tp deal with them again.

Purchased a DFI NF4 SLI DR mobo and had to RMA it due to a problem on my side (board was ok). E Powerhouse came through like a champ and did me right! These guys helped out where most places would not have. Will be doing business again.

I purchased one Artic ATI Silencer 1 and one Artic NVidia Silencer 5. Both were received in three days in perfect condition. This was the cheapest place I found on the net that had parts in stock. I will definitely buy from this place again. Nice job guys!!!!!

so i ordered my product and paid 10 extra dollars to have it shipped to me in 2 days. i needed it shipped to me fast. the invoice from ups says ground shipping! I did not recieve the pacage until 6 days after the order! they wer nice and refunded the shipping difference but still, they need to get it together in shipping.

Couldn't find the PSU I wanted but found it here.The whole ordering and shipping process was easy ,followed up with e-mail's to track shipment.Arrived in 3 day's and very well packaged.
