I ordered a Scythe Ninja CPU cooler from them on 2/23, received an email that my order had shipped via USPS Priority Mail only a couple hours later, and received it the next day (I live fairly close to them).  
 
The website itself could use an overhaul from a design standpoint, but I couldn't ask for more from their service. I wouldn't hesitate to shop there again.

No problems, fast shipment. Ordered some items from Newegg on same day and the items from ePowerhousepc arrived first.

This was my first order with this company and I have to say that I am very impressed with the quality of service. My order was placed on a Monday evening and was promptly shipped the next morning via Priority Mail. This vendor offers the customer the choice of USPS Priority Mail or UPS. It's refreshing to find a vendor who will allow the customer a choice of shipping methods.  
Their prices are fair, their service is first rate and I will definitely order from them again.

My purchase through e Powerhouse PC was indeed a pleasure. I was extremely surprise in how fast my order was delivered as well as their customer service. I made a mistake on my account and they quickly resolved the issue; in less that 30 minutes. If I'm in the market to purchase an item that they stock, I will definitely order through them again.

Very Pleasant Experience, initially ordered something I did not want, emailed customer service to take off part of my order, and it was done very promptly with a refund to my paypal account.  
 
Shipping speed was great, got my order out the very same day. Was also packaged well and the package emerged unscathed by USPS.  
 
Overall, I am very glad I ordered from them and I will definitely do so again!

My order shipped the same day I placed it, and even though UPS delayed it, it wasn't the store's fault. The price for the item I bought was also the lowest on a search on Froogle, so their price (for at least this item) was great.

Order was recieved within two days. Price was very competitve, and item was in stock. Have ordered here before with same results, and will definitely order here again. I strongly recommend powerhousepc to anyone.

Great price for the COOLMAX PS-224 LCD Power Supply Tester, cheapest I could find. Every step of the transaction is followed up with an e-mail notification. Ordered on Thursday afternoon received item Monday morning (USPS). Item was packaged well and works great. Will surely do business with again.

This is a good company. Fast delivery, packaged very well, good emails. I will not hesitate to buy from them again. Their only downfall is they use the WORTHLESS USPS. If the USPS was a private company they would go out of business in about 1 week. It took longer to receive my package because the USPS mis-scanned it and then lost it. Absolutely no complaints about epowerhousePC though.

Greatest Site to purchase hardware from. Extremely Easy, the best customer support, and their replies to emails are very informative, personal, and something you don't see everyday. I will do business again with them!

A pleasure to buy from. I was hesitant with a new store, but I am so glad to have taken the risk. The fastest shipping from an online store I have ever had. 2 days from purchase to being installed in my gaming rig. Total class and not a worry. Highly recommended to all. Far better service and communication than Newegg ever dreamed of, and far better shipping and handling costs.  
 
After a couple of weeks with this item, it is running cooler still. With my prior heatsink/fan a coolermaster aerocool, cpu temp of my 3.2e p4 cpu was running at 71c to 80c under a full load. Now with the Arctic Cooler Freezer 4 it stays chilly at 39c to 51c under a full load. I am still blown away by the prompt service and shipping from these guys. Highly recommended and I will be back for more components.

First time buyer from ePowerhousePC, they were very fast to call me within 5-10min of me placing my order and letting me know I had mistyped something and this mistake would stop my order. The person on the phone was polite and friendly.  
 
The case I ordered finally arrived and upon inspection I see it came with a 350w powersupply instead of the 420w one their website said it would.  
I called them and the person said it was a mistake on their part and the pictures and info were a carry over from a back up of their old database. The person on the phone then said they would call me back or email me, they did'nt make it clear they would send me a replacement powersupply even though their website has the case listed as having a 420w unit.  
 
I took a screenshot of the webpage and hosted it at fileshack for all to see.

I had the feeling they would change the info at their site and then brush me off.  
 
After about a week I recieved a call from ePowerhousePC and they said they would ship me a 420w psu.  
 
Thanks for doing the right thing and taking care of your customer.  
 
I would'nt have bought the case if I had known it came with a 350w PSU.  
 
Well not much else to say, ePowerhousePC took care of me and I'm happy.
