so i ordered my product and paid 10 extra dollars to have it shipped to me in 2 days. i needed it shipped to me fast. the invoice from ups says ground shipping! I did not recieve the pacage until 6 days after the order! they wer nice and refunded the shipping difference but still, they need to get it together in shipping.

Make sure you know exactly what you need before you buy and ask (before you pay) about return policies. There is a 20% restocking fee (most others resellers charge 15%) and even though the sales person was helpful before the sale their policy basically says you are on your own if there is a problem. I purchased three items from this business at a computer show. Learned about the web site and checked it out, to find two of the three parts cheaper on the web site. Because the case I purchased was too deep for my computer desk, I needed to return it – never took it off the Styrofoam. The sales person charged me the 20% restocking fee because it was open and would have to be sold as open box. I have never seen an unused case sold as open box! When trying to return the case, the sales person tried telling me this case had a small depth, but I had compared it to the six cases I have at home and it was a good inch deeper than the deepest one.

I had a mixed experience with this company. I had asked for a quantity discount -- they would not do that. Ordered anyway on Monday, was surprised to receive on Wednesday. Very good email followup from vendor.  
 
The bad part of the experience was that I had great difficulty in placing the order. I tried to pay using Paypal. When I clicked Pay Now, it said I was logged out, seesion expired, even though I'd only been on 60 secs. So Logged in again, clicked Pay Now again, & completed the payment. I was a bit concerned about whether I had paid twice... But then back at vendor site, it said "Your payment has failed! Please verify that the info your write to pay with PayPal is correct." Even though my payment had NOT failed. And, the error message is not grammatical and makes no sense. I then clicked on Order History, and it showed the payment as having been made. So overall, the purchase was difficult and confusing. Part of that may have been a Paypal glitch, not sure. But the website and its English & error messages could be improved a bit.

Very fast processing and consistant email updates. This was a very smooth and easy transaction. First class all the way. They were also the only online merchant that I could find that still stocked this product.

like other reviewer, I was looking for the AseTek VapoChill Micro CPU heat-sink and they where the only online store that was selling and in stock. The process was flawless. I'm Glad they supported Paypal.

I could not find the Asetek VapoChill Micro - Intel P4 LGS775 socket clip anywhere and they had it . Emails were sent at every part of the process which was very very nice . I would not hesitate to order from them again .It was a pleasant experience .

This is the first time I ordered any computer parts outside those familiar big names as they have the best price for Thermalright 120 CPU heat sink and S-FLEX fan. It's very easy to place an order. Even with the shipping fee, their price is still very good. I got instant confirmation and one email for each processing step my order went through. That's a nice surprise! Finally I got the UPS tracking number.  
 
I just received the well packed box last night and all items are new and works great. Now my new Core 2 Duo E6750 runs cool and quiet. I will definitely buy from them again.

Excellent prices on a quality product (and I have bought three of these same power supplies from various companies), very reasonable ($10 for shipping of power supply)and quick shipping as a standard, delivered in two or three days, good confirmation of purchase and order status and delivery status with four or five e-mails and even an e-mail confirming their records showed that it had been received by me and contact information for any questions. This is my first and only experience with the company but I've never seen better service from any company that I can remember.

I was a little worried from buying products from outside my own country here in Australia but ePOWERHOUSE PC has given me confidence of purchasing products from an international market. They have very fast shipping and there prices are excellent. Keep up the good work

Their website isn't the prettiest or most organized piece of work I've seen, but I have not had any trouble at all getting my stuff from this vendor. They have a pretty decent selection, great prices every now and then, and I trust them so I am overall very satisfied with ePowerHouse.  
For my last order of a Thermalright-120 Extreme they processed the order very fast.

Purchased Dell case fan, called customer service whom I found knowledgable. Reasonable price for this un-common item. Quick order processing and shipping. Kept me updated on status of my order untill delivery. Will definitely make purchases with this store in future.
