I purchased a top of the line system from this outfit, not knowing if even today's top technology would run my very demanding software application. I feared that this just-released software was intended for next year's systems in mind, but being priced considerably lower than comparable systems elsewhere, I decided to purchase a Puget Custom System.  
Although I was very impressed with the personalized service and delivery, (I live locally in Seattle)) unfortunately the state of the art system still did not have enough horsepower to run my software. Without hesitation, I received a FULL REFUND, and my system was picked up. I offered to pay a re-stocking fee, as I was very grateful for their return policy. Not only did Jon not accept a re-stocking fee, but he allowed me to keep a router he included with the system to connect my old system FREE OF CHARGE !  
Apparently it has been 2 full years since they had a return, but I assured them that as soon as the next generation processor/video card technology is out, I will most definitely purchase through Puget Custom Systems again.

In July of 2003, I purchased a state-of-the-art custom configured computer from Puget. I have owned Mac’s for over fifteen years, I have two PC’s including a Dell with a 2gig Intel processor, 512 memory, nVidia GeForce2. I wanted to custom configure a powerful system that I could use for business as well as play the latest demanding games (Doom III).  
 
I easily configured my new system on the website and submitted it for review. Jon Bach immediately contacted me by email with several invaluable suggested modifications. The system was built in a matter of days and shipped to me. My system arrived ready to go. Here are the specs: Asus P4C800 MOBO, P4 3.0 gig 800 FSB, 1 gig DDR-SDRAM, ATI Radeon 9800 Pro 256MB, DVD ROM, CR-RW, Zip drive, Floppy drive, 7 in 1 flash reader, D-Link DWL-520+ WIFI, MS Office all packed beautifully in the superb Lian Li case with blue neon.  
 
I separately purchased a Samsung SyncMaster 191T flat panel monitor and Klipsch 2.1 ProMedia sound system.  
 
This system KICKS ASS. URT 2003 looks great. The components are easily accessed within the case. The monitor and sound system are stunning. Jon Bach provided exceptional support throughout the process.

I purchased a mid-high end computer from Puget Systems. It was an Athlon 3000+ XP, 1 Gig Ram, 120GB+8MB HD, DVD-ROM, and liquid cooling case system. The system was to be used at home for high end gaming and audio production. I already had a video card and sound recording system from a previous computer.  
 
My first indication of the excellent customer service this company has when in my initial conversations with Wilson Chau of Puget Systems. I explained my particular needs and he helped me tweak the initial specifications I selected from the easy-to-use web interface. He gave quick, very personalized responses and thoughtful comments on the different components. Eventually we came up with the "killer" configuration and I placed my order.  
 
Puget had prided itself on very quick assembly and delivery, and when the shipping was a couple of days beyond their estimate, my anxiety prompted me to send an inquisitive email as to the status. Immediately, I was given an apology, and told that I would be given a free upgrade to a 200GB HD (at least $100 value!). I was very impressed.  
 
When the system arrived, it performed very well, but had a couple of minor problems. The heat sensor under the CPU had broken in shipping, so I did not have a front panel temperature readout. More importantly, the system seemed noisier than I had expected. I had explained that I needed a very quiet system to do audio recording, and had paid a premium for the quietest components, including liquid cooling. Also, the system created a strange kind of electrical or magnetic interference, which caused my electric guitar to make a loud feedback tone unless I would move 15 feet away. I explained these issues to Mr. Chau and was pleased to find that the post-purchase support was just as exemplary. After some e-mail conversation, in which Mr. Chau showed enormous patience and understanding, it was agreed that I would return the system for their inspection. At this point, they offered to move all the components in the system, including my personal sound and video cards, to a new, higher quality liquid cooled case. The case they ended up swapping to was their top of the line case. I expected to find that this would solve the physical noise issue, but when the system returned I was overjoyed to find that it had solved the interference issue as well. Also, the new case had an even better front panel temperature display, which worked perfectly. The system is a joy to use in every respect, and the price was more than competitive, it was a bargain.  
 
This is the sixth computer I have owned, and I have never encountered such excellent support, and the strongest desire to please the customer. I would recommend Puget to any computer buyer.

I am very pleased with my purchase from Puget Custom Computers. They were very helpful and supportive when making my purchase decision. They provided status during the build of my system. The system was shipped on time and delivered on the promised day. I purchased a barebones system, and completeion of the sytem was the easiest I've ever done. When I called them on the phone, I spoke with the owner of the company who was very couteous and helpful. I highly recommend Puget Custom Computers.

Continue to be very responsive, knowledgable and professional. Always respond quickly to order changes. Very customer oriented. Web site very well managed and presented. Would definitely buy computers from them again.

Puget Systems has the best site I've ever seen for PC shopping. They have detailed information about every component and a price history as well.  
I my effort to build a high end audio PC, I wrote  
Wilson MANY e-mails. He always responded literally within minutes. He never tried to sell  
me on anything I wasn't interested in, but just answered my questions completely and honestly.  
I wanted to use an Aardvark Q10 sound card, which Puget doesn't carry, so rather than buying it themselves and jacking up the price, they had me buy one and ship it to them. They installed it at no additional cost. I can't recommend these guys enough!

I am extremely satisfied over my purchase of a computer with Puget Custom Computers. I am convinced I received the most benefit for the price. You do not pay for "extras" you never use or never wanted. With Puget, you can specify everything you want at some of the lowest costs out there. The support is what makes this a truly exceptional company. Try out the live help, it is unparalled! This is the right choice for any type of computer user.

Puget Systems built me the perfet system. I am really hard on my computer and it has handled everything perfectly. The customer service is beyond compare. Any question you have will be anwsered quickly. In fact, I never had to wait longer then 45 minutes to hear back. When its time to get a new system, I will definitely be coming back.

Puget Sound Systems has a staff and a level of customer service absolutely second-to-none. I have found Jon Bach to be unfailingly courteous, remarkably knowledgeable, and unbelievably prompt in responding to my inquiries. What a pleasure it is to do business with such caring and conscientious people.  
 
Toward the end of February 2003, when the testing and "burn in" process for my new system took a little longer than expected, Jon upgraded the shipping method from ground delivery to Second Day Service. It arrived on Friday, 02/28, so that I could, in Jon's words, "play with it" over the weekend. A very gracious and unexpected kindness, indeed.  
 
My inquiries during the time the new system was being assembled were answered quickly. Mr. Bach even called me at home to inform me of a necessary case model change I needed which would accomodate a window kit.  
 
As far as I'm concerned, there are no negatives about Puget Sound Systems whatsoever. When it comes time for me to upgrade, PSS is the only company with which I shall do business.  
 
I'll give PSS a solid *10* rating!

Puget Systems provided the service one should expect from EVERY business, but so often is impossible to find. Great price, good advice for a great configuration (they talked me OUT of $150 of equipment I did not need and made suggestions for equipment that I should have), quality components, timely delivery (and in perfect condition, shipped from Washington State to Maryland), friendly folks without being cloying. My one set-up problem was solved with one two-sentence chat session. I recommend them and without reservation.  
 
One year after purchase, my computer from Puget is humming along without error. This was a great system from a dependable company.
