Phenomenal customer service, perfectly timed shipping, and easiest return shipping possible; those are the best phrases I can come up with to describe my experience with LensRentals.com. I can't wait to have an opportunity to rent from them again.
Excellent service, got the lens on the day promised. The lens was perfect, felt brand new, like it had never been used before.
My only complaint is that the home page shows that the lens would be shipped 2nd Day Air, my order showed it would be shipped 2nd Day Air, I was charged for 2nd Day Air, but the lens arrived UPS Ground. So I feel like I was overcharged for shipping.
Overall a good experience and I will most likely be renting from LensRentals.com again.

We do apologize for that error. When we changed carriers, there was a 7 day period during which we did not recognize the new automated system sent items by ground if they would arrive sooner. We have since corrected that.
LensRentals.com has the most phenomenal customer service that I have ever heard about, much less had the pleasure to experience.
I always receive a tracking number via Twitter and email within minutes of placing overnight orders. I can't believe how efficient they are. I really wish they could teach me how to run my household that way!
Absolutely amazing, I got my order a couple days earlier then when I requested it so I had time to inspect it. I used my lens my entire trip with no problems and when my trip ran 3 days late I was able to work with them and extend my rental. I really liked the company's work ethic.
Excellent service, prompt order confirmation and replies to support emails. Well-packed product, easy to follow directions. Will definitely rent again.
Had a wonderful experience from Lens rentals. I was supposed to receive the package on Sep 3 but I ended up receiving on Sep 1 itself. The lens was in a good shape, had all the required addons and worked well for my needs. I will surely recommend them to friends and use them again too.

WOW!!! What an awesome company. This was my first time using LensRentals.com AND my first time renting a lens online. I explained that I would be leaving for a beach vacation and only had a 2 day window to receive my lens. LensRentals.com made sure I got my lens on the FIRST of those two days but didn't start my rental period until the SECOND day just in case we missed the shipment on the first day. PLUS, my due-back date ended up being one day later than I thought it would be.
They definitely took the time to work with me and provided very efficient customer service. All e-mails were answered within a few hours. I got the lens I wanted, in excellent condition, on the day I wanted, with no hassle.
Their e-mail system was very efficient at letting me know where I was in my order process. I received e-mails letting me know the order was being prepped, shipped, delivered, due back, and received. Very professional.
I would HIGHLY recommend this company. It was a pleasure to work with them.

LensRental was an easy company to work with. All of the instructions regarding the return were clear and I appreciated that a shipping label was already present and the lens could just be given to the nearest FedEx with no hassel. I would definitely use LenRental again. The lens I rented was in perfect condition.
This was the second order I've placed w/ Lens Rentals; they are fantastic. They process the order very quickly, and send you the return FEDEX label as well. Super friendly on the phone as well. I would (and have) recommended them to friends.
These guys are absolutely top notch. I placed my order on September 2nd and received the lens on the 4th along with a return shipping label. Everything was laid out in front of me to prevent any possibly error. Ship back reminder was sent to my email address prior to the due date. Again, these guys are awesome, I'll be renting more from them in the near future.
