Wow, talk about service. LensRentals.com representatives happily answered all of my questions and didn't make me feel lame for not being up-to-speed on some lighting concepts. Ordering was easy and everything arrived well packed -- and the equipment was practically brand new, unlike local "pro" rentals. They quickly resolved an issue with a damaged umbrella. The return process was effortless, and automated e-mails kept me informed every step of the way.

Excellent customer service and excellent lens selection. LR isn't the cheapest of the rental houses around, but they always seem to have stock ready to ship. I keep shopping around but I always end up coming back here.

This is my first rental from this company. I was delighted with their service from beginning to end!! The lens arrived early and was in great condition. Then, it was so simple to return that I will be a customer for life!!

Superb service. I rented a Nikon 80-400mm lens for a little over a month. It performed flawlessly and I was able to get pictures that I would have otherwise not been able to take. Everyone at LensRentals was extremely helpful and I will definitely rent from them again and let my friends know.

Excellent equipment, good prices! Both the Canon 100-400 and the 10-22 looked brand new, and worked perfectly. The people were very nice as well. I forgot to order some filters when I placed the initial order online - they added them at no additional charge. I will likely rent from them again.

If I were to grade them on a scale of 1 - 10, I would have to grade them with a '12'. They're friendly, courteous, and always a pleasure to talk with.

Excellent business LensRentals.com has going here! First of all, they offer a wide selection of lens to chose from no matter what brand or type of SLR. They provide links to very in-depth reviews of each lens to help understand the right applications of each lens for your particular projects. After LensRentals.com processed my order, the lens shipped the same day and arrived one day earlier then expected. The lens was packaged precisely with the proper amount of packing material for safe shipment. Everything was exactly as described when I received and used the lens.

My rental was placed two days ahead of Sep 17th. But I missed the cut off time. They arranged next day air for a reasonable price! Yes, my lens arrived on time in wonderful safely packed box. Also it was in a great Tamrac lens belt holder. I used this holder when I was photographing and came in handy!  
Kristen was top notch, she replied back to my first email in 10mins, yes that was after business hours! Amazing customer service, simply great!  
 
Pros:  
Lens looked BRAND NEW, Felt Brand New, and functioned perfect. Came with a Canon (thin) UV filter attached and ZERO dust inside the lens!  
 
Cons:  
ZERO, ZERO, and with that I mean nothing, you will be writing the same review when you try them out!  
 
Other:  
They are super friendly, and willing to work with you to accommodate any need you have! Many other businesses need to model there customer service after Lensrentals.com!

This was the first time I've ever rented a lens and I'll be doing it again. It was so easy! I'd give these guys two thumbs up! I ended up working most of my "rental" time so I didn't get to play alot with the lens, but I'll be getting one for my next vacation trip.
