Well, I TRIED to make a purchase, but two months later, my order is still "pending." First, they make you wait 15 business days (that's 3 weeks, folks) before they will even respond to any inquiry. Then I was told that the "item was not immediately available" and that my order would be on backorder with no estimated time of arrival.

Do not buy from them! I placed order and 48 days later I finally received it. Two emails after the order, I sent them an email asking if it was shipped and no reply. After a month I sent them another email telling them to refund me or I would do a charge back. A couple days later I received an email from them with the tracking # (of course it was shipped after I threaten them) and they said that when I received the package to refuse it and I would be refunded minus shipping costs or I could keep it.
Opened it up and it was refurbished with only a 90 day warranty.
I wish I found this site before I ordered.

Terrible experience. Ordered through them because of the great price. They will not address delivery problems unless 20 business days have passed (4 weeks) then they have 72 hours to respond by e-mail. Their website provides no order status or shipping information. I finally called them and they did talk to me. They said the order was on backorder but couldn't provide any additional information. I'm not sure that I even believed this update. I have now cancelled the order through their website and reordered through a reputable seller. I'm worried now that their order will show up and I'll have trouble getting them to take it back. This was my first bad Internet shopping experience. I frequently shop on the Internet.

I have never been more dissatisfied with an online order company. I did not get a reply when I requested a shipping status. It is over three weeks that I placed my order and there's been no communication from this company, whatsoever. I have since requested cancellation of my order. I did so using their online form and also by communication via email to customer service. These requests has been totally ignored. I want to purchase my item at a local store, so that I can have it immediately, after waiting in vain for three weeks, but first need to make sure that this order has been cancelled. I am at the end of my rope with this company and urge everyone who reads this not to order from them.

It has been over 2 months but I have not received the item I purchased. They are not replying to emails either. Paid via PayPal but paypal says they can not resolve the issue because I should have disputed within 45 days of the payment.

I placed a first-time order with iKitchen.com for new blender for my wife. They were one of the few online vendors who stocked this particular blender and also their site showed the item was in stock. The price was excellent, but availability of the item was more important in this buying decision. Shortly after placing the order, I received an e-mail confirmation of the order. Later that evening, I received a notification that the shipping info had been provided to the delivery service (FedEx Ground), and an estimated date of delivery also provided through FedEx Ground's tracking site. Well, that's as far as the order got . . . it was never shipped. Once the date passed of the estimated delivery, the site was never updated. Since I paid for the order via PayPal (and, they debited my PayPal account almost instantly after placing the order), I initiated an official Complaint with PayPal. To make a long story short, I did finally receive a credit to my PayPal account after canceling the order. I gave the company plenty of time to deliver the item prior to initiating the official Complaint with PayPal and canceling the order. They were responsive to my e-mails, and did provide the PayPal refund. However, this was the most frustrating online purchase I've ever attempted to make, and would certainly not recommend iKitchen.com, or the various other online vendors that appear to be operated by this same group.

No one should patronize this company. Their customer service doesn't exist. All e-mails sent to the company go unanswered or get answered with a form message. It has been 2 months since I placed my order and my Paypal account was immediately debted but I still have not received the item ordered. The price was great and that was why I ordered it but I didn't expect to be taken advantage of. Phone calls go right to message machine. Yahoo should not represent this company since it is the closest thing to an online scam I have ever seen.

I-Kitchen and all the other aliases they use exemplify the need for consumer protection laws CHARGEBACK!!
No order received or ever shipped. BUYER BEWARE!! Email to customer service was ignored. Email to paypalsupport@ikitchen.com was responded to with a form type email full of typos and ENGLISH?? grammar errors. Glad I used a credit card and not my PAYPAL account.

Said would deliver in a few days... over 3 weeks and NOW, they say it's out of stock.

I have never received service as bad as what I've seen from iKitchen. I ordered a cuisinart electric skillet for my mother for Christmas on December 18th and now it is March 2nd and she still has not received it. I received an initial email acknowledging my order, and the only other communication that I have received from them is an arrogant reply from one of my 3 complaint emails. I warn you to not do business with this company. They have appalling customer service, no communication skills and no honor.

Think twice before ordering anything from iKitchen, I ordered a handblender from them over six months ago, they charged my paypal account immediately, but I never received it. They have never responded to any of my email support requests or web support requests. I received the other items from my order, so it isn't as if they had my address wrong.
Update: The following business day after writing negative reviews on several consumer sites iKitchen refunded my money through PayPal. I shouldn't have had to go to that length, but I did get my money back.

This firm has ignored a email on their own site, a fax, and a letter regarding two orders that they failed to deliver advertised goods.

After 2 months of waiting for my order from iKitchenn.com (or a refund), I finally got a refund today. This company will not respond to e-mails. Although their web-site lists the item I ordered as "usually ships in 2-3 days" nothing ever shipped. I made the mistake of paying with PayPal and had no real leverage with the company. Stay away from iKitchen.com. Their rating on this site is well deserved. (In fact I found this site looking for ratings of iKitchen. If I had only found this ratings site before placing my order it would have saved me a lot of trouble.)

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
We ordered a Tassimo TA1400 from ikitchen.com at the end of December. I finally received it on February 11th, over a month later. We were charged twice for one item and that hasn't yet been resolved. Not only that, but I did not receive a TA1400 as advertised, instead I received the cheaper TA1200. I opened it and set it up and then realized it was the incorrect model. Ikitchen will not let me return the coffee maker because it has been opened, so I am stuck with it.
THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, POORLY RUN COMPANY I HAVE EVER SEEN. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Similar experience with others.
Bad business, looked as if has a good price so was received as result from search,
but goods was never shipped.
Detail:
Ordered on 1/5/2008, checked with them on 1/20/2008 (after 10 business days), received canned email to expect delivery in 15 business days, received email from Fedex on 1/22/2008, credit card charged on 1/24/2008, but today, 2/6/2008, still no activities in the Fedex tracking number. I sent another email to the company today.
