I tried to buy a case from them but it was damaged in shipment, and they refused to rectify situation. I contacted UPS, processed a damage request, and never heard back from colorcases. No amount of calls or emails could get them to provide me with the case i paid for. Glad they showed me how much they suck as I have purchased many new cases for myself, family and friends - its nice knowing that colorcases didnt get the business. These guys are horrible. My order wasn't shipped out until 3 weeks after I paid them. I didn't recieve any notice of a back order or any type of communication at all concerning my order. After nearly 2 weeks of unanswered calls I actually spoke to a human being who was rude and didn't offer any help. They were just like "uh it's back ordered." and hung up. When I got my case it was damaged, I needed my computer and couldn't waste my time with them anymore so I just lived with it. I was impressed with their line up of products and was hoping to use them for my business but they just lost a huge potential client. These people should be ashamed of themselves.

VERY good company. I bought a big assortment of parts from them, and everything arrived fast and in perfect condition, just as described. I ordered Friday .. and I got it MONDAY! I didn't even pay for any special shipping. THAT is impressive.
I'll definitely be looking into these guys again when I buy the parts for my new machine.

Received a case from them that was damaged, either in transit or pre-transit--but the case front is broken off of the rest of the case. Emailed them immediately upon receipt (10/24), info@colorcase.com is the only one they have for support/service (and no telephone numbers for contact, either). Also filled out online form for RMA/service. Its been almost a week and no response via email or phone.
I wouldn't buy from them ever again just for not having a telephone contact anywhere on their site.

***Please disregard anything good I have said about this company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. All they care about is selling their product...if you have any problems later or need to return, they will scam you big time! They charged me a 35% restocking fee on a returned item! Their website says their restocking fee is 15%! That is insane! ***

Despite this merchants low 6-month rating, I decided to try them out as they were one of the only to carry the Ahanix D.VINE case.
I ordered on Wednesday 10/08 afternoon, my order was charged same day and shipped the next day. I received the case via FedEx on Monday 10/13.
I also ordered an Ahanix Iceberg II water cooling kit from Colorcase.com on 10/16. They shipped it 10/17 and it is scheduled for delivery on 10/21. This review was modified by its author, HX_Guy, on

I ordered the wrong part and paid to have it shipped priority. Shipping was delayed by a week. I called colorcase,and Louis offered me a credit on the shipping. For my trouble he helped me find a replacement part, free of charge. A few days later I phoned Louis only to find out that he has called all their suppliers, which are most in U.S., and found that the part I need is discontinued. He sent me a credit for my shipping. I in turn later found a part that will correct my connection problem, That item with is being shipped as we speak, free of charge. This company takes pride in it's customer relations. Louis is the most pleasant and easy to understand "Tech" customer service member I have ever spoken with. I have already recommended this company to friends and will continue to do business with them. I rarely endorse companies, I feel that a company with high character employees, deserves maximum exposure.

i ordered 1 each sony cdrw, dvd, & floppy drive (all OEM), all silver. the prices were okay, i'm sure i could've found better (and worse), but i liked the fact that i could buy all 3 drives from them at once & i was looking for silver to match my case so paying a little more wasn't a problem. colorcase didn't send me a confirmation email when i ordered, but not a big deal. there was a two to three day delay because the sony dvd drive i ordered wasn't in stock. they emailed me the next day (or so) from my order date and said they had the liteon dvd in stock instead & it was comparably priced (and was retail so that was cool), so i got it. everything arrived neatly packed, in one box & the drives in fine condition. a corner of the outer box & the corresponding corner of the retail box for my liteon was crushed in a little bit thanks to the US postal service's priority mail, but the drive was fine. after they shipped out i only had to wait a day or two, so that was great. i had emailed them a question about a drive several days before i ordered & they never answered back. they did however email me when the drive i ordered was out of stock so that was nice. but everything works very well & overall i am happy with my experience with colorcase. i love my computer--it rocks. large mixed order, case, drives, cd drives, cables, fans, etc. everything arrived just fine except for 2 missing fan filters. with no prompting by me the missing 2 fan filters showed up in 2 days. packing was very good, nice double boxing with packing material.

I've had a good experience with thiese guys. I have ordered from them twice and both times the order arrived quickly. The second time they sent me the wrong firewire cable, so I called and they sent me the right one -- and let me keep the first one. Very good service. One thing that bugs me is they don't send out email order confirmations, but when I call them to confirm, someone picks up the phone right away.

I have been placing orders with colorcase.com for the last two years. They have always been very professional and their packaging of the product is terrific. The quality of their cases is excellent. On one occasion I needed to contact them with a question and my problem was taken care of immediately. They answered both my email and my phone call. I plan on continuing to do business with them.
