Well, to warn others, I never even finished my purchase with this company.  
 
I placed my order for a refurbished Samsung 50" Plasma HDTV with Refurbdepot.com, because they had the best price.  
 
When I called, I was told it was in stock, but that they were closing for two weeks for a holiday, but that my TV would be shipped out and delivered on the 13th of October.  
 
I checked for a tracking number on the 10th, and they still hadn't even processed my order!  
 
When I called to find out what was going on, they were rude, unapologetic, and informed me that they didn't even have them in stock!  
 
My suggestion is to take your business elsewhere.

STAY AWAY. I waited for two months for an "in-stock" printer. After a month it was shipped and then returned by UPS due to damage. RefurbDepot will tell you it will ship in 2 days, which is a lie. You will never get a straight answer. I found the same printer with PCRush.com for a better price.

OMG!! this has been the worst buying experience EVER!! I ordered a Blackberry 7100t. It took a little over 2 weeks to receive. When I opened it and turned it on, guess what? It didnot work. I called refurb the next Am told them of the problem told them to keep it, I didn't want it replaced. They informed me there is a restocking FEE. How can you charge a restocking fee on a broken phone. So I said ok replace it. Guess what? three weeks later I receive the new phone, and it doesn't work. They have the worst customer service people working for them as well. They make you hold for 30 minutes or better then they hang up on you. They are RUDE!! I will NEVER order another thing from this place again. I will also be shouting how bad they are from roof tops.

For the second time they are holding up my order becaue my shipping address is different than by CC billing address. On both occasions I have told them that the SHIP TO address is on file with my bank as an alternate address but they pay no attention. Further, they do not answer email and they do not cancel the order when you ask them to. There are many other refurb deals out there. These people are the only ones I have had this problem with and are not worth the hassle. Burned twice. Never again.

Ordered a refurbished Canon 30D. Said it was in stock and would whit in 1-3 days. After 3 days I called and they said it would ship today. Repeated this every day because I received no tracking number. Finally after 2 weeks, they said the cameras are not in stock and would take another couple weeks to get in stock. I demanded a refund.

I was looking around for a laptop computer but i had a spending limit of $500 bucks so my friend recomended me i should check out Refurbdepot.com so i went to their website and found a C501NR by Compaq for $499 not only it had all the feature i was looking for but it also had the noe windows vista operating system, all i can tell you the laptop arrived the next day looked like brand new condition and i feel myself a lucky guy and guess what i'm currantly writing this review from this laptop. Thanks Refurb Depot!!!

Found Refurb Depot by a web search for Philips lcd tv's. Typical easy, intuitive and simple web site and ordering, best prices found. Ten minutes after order processing, I was called by Joe to inform me of an out of stock condition but assured me of a delay of only 3 days with my order!! That was followed up with an email and subsequent shipper tracking, as promised. Incredible to think there are businesses that still value honesty, integrity and stellar customer service. I would highly recommend this supplier based on my experiences. Great job guys, Thanks!

Almost five years ago. I purchased an Olympus camera from referb depot. got it quick everything was in the box. No problem as a matter of fact I still use that camera today. Since I had such good luck then I gave them a chance on 4/20/07 I purchased an Akai 26 inch it came within a week. The TV had a vertical line on the left side of the screen. Monday 4/30/07 I called them about the set. They gave me 1800 and said this who I need to call. When I called it. It was to get the TV fixed. I refurb depot back and said I'm not getting this fix you are taking this back. They said I have to wait for a RMA number. When I did get it it was 5/3/07 and it gave me another address to send the TV to. They got that bac 4/16/07. I guess they didn't have another TV to send me because I kept getting excuse after excuse. Finally 5/29 I asked for a refund. Every day after that I have been ccalling about my refund lie after lie. It is 6/6/07 nothing yet. So I decide to call my bank to get my money back

SAMSUNG DVD-VR330 arrived with no protective packing. They claim Samsung packed it. I don't care who packed it, this is unacceptable. 15% restocking fee + shipping both ways.

Ordered my f2105 HP display. Took forever to ship. When it finally shipped, the display BLEW UP my $250 video card in my $2500 PowerMac computer, and RefurbDepot REFUSED to replace the video card that THEIR MONITOR blew up. Will NEVER shop there again! Don't bother shopping at RefurbDepot.com, if you value your sanity. Out $250.00, a highly unsatisfied customer I am! :-(

Ordered Canon D20 body. Received shipment info within 24 hrs. When UPS tracking number failed to appear, requested reason why from site. Got response within minutes with the tracking number!  
Received shipment in 4 days. Package arrived exactly as stated, sealed, all new manuals, software, cables. Camera itself looks and functions like a brand new one. Registered it with Canon too. So far, am very pleased with everything about Refurb Depot. Was a little nervous as I discovered this site AFTER I placed my order. But it has worked out very well for me and would definitely give them a shot when/if I need something else.

I'M PRETTY SURE I WILL ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN AND AGAIN.....

A horrible experience. I ordered a Canon camera. It arrived damaged and I wanted to get my money back. They told me of a restocking fee that I wasn't aware of and it took a long time on the phone to reach a real person. They advertise "factory refurbished, like new, A+" but the camera I received was "D+".  
It may not be their fault since they get the refurbs from the camera company but they should have some quality control and make themselves more accessible to customers. To add insult to injury it took almost two weeks to get the item!!

They had the best price on the APPLE iPod Video 60GB and (as MANY others have mentioned here) the status online reflected they were in-stock!  
 
I ordered this with second day air and the next day I still hadn't received a tracking number from the company by the afternoon. I thought this was odd and I needed this to be timely since it was for a gift. I called just to find out that I had wasted my time. They didn't actually have it in stock. Of course, I was frustrated and complained to the rep that they need to have their systems reflect their status better. Apparently (with some of the reviews going back as far as 1999) not much will ever change with this place. Don't waste your time. Oh, and now I'm on their email list and constantly get reminders about their deals. Shrug.

Purchased a camcorder recently from refurbdepot.com and was VERY DISAPPOINTED... The unit arrived DOA. I called to get my money back (because it was a gift and did not have the time to get a replacment) and they charged me a 15% restocking fee. What nerve of a company to sell non-working products and then charge a restocking fee.  
 
Please be warned, the price is very enticing to purchase from this company, but DON'T. You will loose out in the long run. ***SAVE YOUR MONEY***DO NOT PURCHASE FROM REFURBDEPOT.COM
