I have ordered an i PAQ on 4th of july a month ago,and I called them several times .Untill now even has not shipped, they said oh, we run out we will send for you next week, I am worry even for my refund . Their price is less but never cheaper price is without a reason.I am calling them everyday without any result.

Ordered 2 refurbished XBOX 360 Elites for my son's birthdays. Received both next day. In one week one unit ceased to function (red ring of death). Returned it 7/1/09, they received it 7/2/09 & were to ship a replacement within 7-10 days. As of 7/24/09, nothing. They keep telling me the are out but replacements should be in "in a couple of days". Not sure what they're warranty is really worth if they can't replace the defective units they sell. Won't be doing business with them ever again!

I ordered a 22" TV, it was displayed "In Stock" after a week I called, was told that these TVs would be in a shipment the following week "for sure". I called one week later again, was told, the shipment would come in another week. Phone lady seemed indifferent, I guess "shipment will come in next week" is their standard line.
I am afraid that this store is one of these "nothing in stock" shams.

Buyer Beware!!!! My experience with this company was horrific! I ordered an item, they said it was in stock. As it turns out it was, but there were people ahead of me waiting for it also, so it had to be restocked prior to mine being sent out. In the interum I found a brand new one locally for about $40 more which I bought. I went home cancelled my order and began to enjoy my new item. I called the bank to make sure the company would not be paid out of my acct and the bank assured me that cancelling my card would do the trick,WRONG! The item was shipped after my email was "accidently deleted" and could not be found until after the shipping. I was told that would be no problem, just refuse the package and my account would be refunded. Well it's a week later several phone calls, to both the bank and Refurb and finally today I was able to contact customer service. Michelle told me the credit department had started the process and as soon as my bank acknowledged that they got the funds. The bank now tells me that it takes 3-4 days for Refurb to notify the bank of the returned funds. If you buy from them ask every question you can think of, even the logical ones "like are there other people waiting for this same item also?" Note the company has not offered to be accountable for bounced check fees and ignored my request about that too. Buyer beware!!!

Another broken piece of equipment...
The unit was NOT ‘factory sealed’, had a manual that was photo-copied, and used parts. I do not understand how the product I received was so far removed from accurate advertising. Not to mention this was a birthday present for my nephew. As is true with all the other postings I am also being defrauded under the guise of a return policy which lets you buy broken equipment and pay to restock it for someone else to purchase. I have been sending emails back and forth with them for three weeks with no results. They stand behind the return policy if not to totally perpetrate false advertising of 'factory reconditioned' equipment. Store is located in Brooklyn which as as always a prime location of false store-fronts and fake permanent address locations. Save yourself a LOT of grief and stay far away from these criminals.

Well, to warn others, I never even finished my purchase with this company.
I placed my order for a refurbished Samsung 50" Plasma HDTV with Refurbdepot.com, because they had the best price.
When I called, I was told it was in stock, but that they were closing for two weeks for a holiday, but that my TV would be shipped out and delivered on the 13th of October.
I checked for a tracking number on the 10th, and they still hadn't even processed my order!
When I called to find out what was going on, they were rude, unapologetic, and informed me that they didn't even have them in stock!
My suggestion is to take your business elsewhere.

OMG!! this has been the worst buying experience EVER!! I ordered a Blackberry 7100t. It took a little over 2 weeks to receive. When I opened it and turned it on, guess what? It didnot work. I called refurb the next Am told them of the problem told them to keep it, I didn't want it replaced. They informed me there is a restocking FEE. How can you charge a restocking fee on a broken phone. So I said ok replace it. Guess what? three weeks later I receive the new phone, and it doesn't work. They have the worst customer service people working for them as well. They make you hold for 30 minutes or better then they hang up on you. They are RUDE!! I will NEVER order another thing from this place again. I will also be shouting how bad they are from roof tops.

For the second time they are holding up my order becaue my shipping address is different than by CC billing address. On both occasions I have told them that the SHIP TO address is on file with my bank as an alternate address but they pay no attention. Further, they do not answer email and they do not cancel the order when you ask them to. There are many other refurb deals out there. These people are the only ones I have had this problem with and are not worth the hassle. Burned twice. Never again.

Found Refurb Depot by a web search for Philips lcd tv's. Typical easy, intuitive and simple web site and ordering, best prices found. Ten minutes after order processing, I was called by Joe to inform me of an out of stock condition but assured me of a delay of only 3 days with my order!! That was followed up with an email and subsequent shipper tracking, as promised. Incredible to think there are businesses that still value honesty, integrity and stellar customer service. I would highly recommend this supplier based on my experiences. Great job guys, Thanks!

Almost five years ago. I purchased an Olympus camera from referb depot. got it quick everything was in the box. No problem as a matter of fact I still use that camera today. Since I had such good luck then I gave them a chance on 4/20/07 I purchased an Akai 26 inch it came within a week. The TV had a vertical line on the left side of the screen. Monday 4/30/07 I called them about the set. They gave me 1800 and said this who I need to call. When I called it. It was to get the TV fixed. I refurb depot back and said I'm not getting this fix you are taking this back. They said I have to wait for a RMA number. When I did get it it was 5/3/07 and it gave me another address to send the TV to. They got that bac 4/16/07. I guess they didn't have another TV to send me because I kept getting excuse after excuse. Finally 5/29 I asked for a refund. Every day after that I have been ccalling about my refund lie after lie. It is 6/6/07 nothing yet. So I decide to call my bank to get my money back

SAMSUNG DVD-VR330 arrived with no protective packing. They claim Samsung packed it. I don't care who packed it, this is unacceptable. 15% restocking fee + shipping both ways.

WOW...I WAS AMAZED BY REFURBDEPOT.COM...TRUST ME THEY ARE REALLY FAST AND RELIABLE...I ORDER MY GIFT FOR MY SON...I SUPPOSED TO RECEIVED THAT ACTUALLY FOR ABOUT 3 TO 4 DAYS AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER... BUT I WAS SOOO AMAZED THAT IT ONLY TOOK THEM ONEDAY AND I ALREADY GOT MY ORDER..AND MY MERCHANDIZE WAS SO SECURE... I'M A 100% SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE. I'M PRETTY SURE I WILL ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN AND AGAIN.....

They had the best price on the APPLE iPod Video 60GB and (as MANY others have mentioned here) the status online reflected they were in-stock!
I ordered this with second day air and the next day I still hadn't received a tracking number from the company by the afternoon. I thought this was odd and I needed this to be timely since it was for a gift. I called just to find out that I had wasted my time. They didn't actually have it in stock. Of course, I was frustrated and complained to the rep that they need to have their systems reflect their status better. Apparently (with some of the reviews going back as far as 1999) not much will ever change with this place. Don't waste your time. Oh, and now I'm on their email list and constantly get reminders about their deals. Shrug.
Move on, nothing to see here.

Worst Store Ever
NEVER BUY FROM THIS STORE
I purchased an ipod and recieved it on time but....... the screen was all scratched as if it was used for 10 years,buttons aren't working, it isn't even turning off.!!!! When we called customer service noone was able to help all what we were told is that either we exchange it or return it and we have to pay for shipping and handling plus 15% restocking fee. IS IT OUR PROBLEM WE RECIEVED IT DAMAGED???!!!!.And even when we asked to talk with the supervisor they told us noone is available to talk. Hate this store will never ever buy again.

I ordered a 60 gig video iPod on June 30. On July 12, the internet said the order was still processing. I needed the item on the 10th of July, so it was too late anyway. I e-mailed them on Thursday July 6 and they said it would be mailed out on July 10th. July 10th, I received an e-mail that said it would be sent out July 11th. I also received a phone call that day stating that it had been sent out on July 11. On July 13, the internet said "still processing" so I e-mailed and asked for a tracking number. I got an e-mail on July 14th that it would still be another 2-3 business days before refurbdepot.com received the iPod from Apple. This was THREE DAYS AFTER THEY SAID THEY HAD MAILED IT! Liars, thieves, untrustworthy and would never shop there again. Also warned my friends!
