It is now 2/1/10 and I still have no 32g ipod touch , or a refund . E-mails go unanswered , voive mails go unreturned and when I do get someone on the phone saying they are rude is putting it nice. So my son still does not have his Christmas gift. If you buy from this site just hope your stuff works because trying to return your item does not. So far 60 days into it and still nothing.

I should have read the reviews before being duped myself! I placed an order for a Samsung DVD camcorder on 11/12, 11/18 It was still "in process" so I sent them an email- my response was that it was a popular item and mine would ship as soon as they got another order- any day now... here it is 12/1, 2 emails and no response later no shipment- still "in process". Such a waste of time and energy, don't be duped by the low prices, they don't have any! I'll never waste my time again with these idiots!

REFURB DEPOT HAS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I bought an XBOX 360 Premium from them and after 3 months it didn't work. They gave me an RMA and I sent it back and they said they would replace it. It is now over a month and everytime I call they say they have none in stock. I've asked for a FULL refund if they cannot supply me with the product, they wanted to charge me a 15% restocking fee. They keep on giving me the runaround and I still don't have my refund or my XBOX!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Absolute worst retailer I have ever dealt with. I ordered 2 Samsung video recorders on the 10th and did not ship until the 18th. I paid for 2nd day air as I wanted the video recorders on the 12th. They never notified me it would arrive 9 days late. They then shipped it GROUND after I paid for the 2nd day air. I wanted to return them unopened as I didn't need them anymore cause they came so much later than expected. They were then rude and only agreed to give me back 85% of my purchase price. I still have not received the refund and it has been 16 days since they received my RMA. They are rude and extremely unprofessional. The customer service rep told me to "have a nice life" at the end of the call!!!!! They deserve to never make another sale again.

on July 6th, 2009 I bought a Refurbished halo edition xbox 360. Refurbdepot states on their website that all merchandise is texted, cleaned, etc etc etc.
The xbox arrived and out-of-the box the 360 DID NOT WORKED.
I sent it back to them and its been MORE THAN A MONTH and I havent received a replacement yet.
Do not believe their website, it says that you will contact you after 7-10 days, its a lie. I have to call them myself MANY TIMES and they say the same thing to every customer "in a couple of days well get more info on your order" or "wait til the end of this week for more info". Its really frustating.
Refurbdepot is Disgusting, do not waste your time and money, because if you request for a refund, they will take 15% fee as a restocking fee. I seriously think thats how they make their money.

I have ordered an i PAQ on 4th of july a month ago,and I called them several times .Untill now even has not shipped, they said oh, we run out we will send for you next week, I am worry even for my refund . Their price is less but never cheaper price is without a reason.I am calling them everyday without any result.

Ordered 2 refurbished XBOX 360 Elites for my son's birthdays. Received both next day. In one week one unit ceased to function (red ring of death). Returned it 7/1/09, they received it 7/2/09 & were to ship a replacement within 7-10 days. As of 7/24/09, nothing. They keep telling me the are out but replacements should be in "in a couple of days". Not sure what they're warranty is really worth if they can't replace the defective units they sell. Won't be doing business with them ever again!

I ordered a 22" TV, it was displayed "In Stock" after a week I called, was told that these TVs would be in a shipment the following week "for sure". I called one week later again, was told, the shipment would come in another week. Phone lady seemed indifferent, I guess "shipment will come in next week" is their standard line.
I am afraid that this store is one of these "nothing in stock" shams.

This company claims that they have a ninety (90) day manufacturers warranty with their products. Even on their website it says if you have any problems contact the manufacturer. I bought an Xbox 360 from them and after three (3) days it broke. I sent it to Microsoft (the manufacturer) for repair. When I received my Xbox back there was a letter saying that my warranty does not apply anymore because it was repaired, modified or altered by other than a Microsoft authorized repair center. So how does Refurb Depot fix this problem? I have to pay to send it back to them to get another one... So now almost three weeks later I still do not have a working Xbox... BUYER BEWARE!!!

I ordered a refurbished camera from this website. After waiting a week and not even recieving an email order confirmation, I called to see what the issue was. Apparently the camera I ordered was out of stock. This would have been good information to know a week ago, as I am leaving on vacation in a few days and wanted to take this camera along. I will not be using this website again.

Placed the order on Friday 4/10 only to find out that the ENTIRE operation was shut down until 4/17. Then I found the same item on a different site NEW not a refurb, for the same price.

BUYER BEWARE of REFURB DEPOT. I ordered a laser printer after noting that their web page for this printer states "all accessories included", and after calling to ask if the toner cartridge was included. I was told it was. But when the printer arrived it included a note advising the toner was not included and referring me to the manufacturer. Called customer service and received an "apology". With that and a couple of dollars I can now go out and buy a cup of coffee to drink while I order and wait for toner. After reading other reviews on this company, I see I'm not the first person to be sucked in. Oh well! Just another one of life's little lessons.

Buyer Beware!!!! My experience with this company was horrific! I ordered an item, they said it was in stock. As it turns out it was, but there were people ahead of me waiting for it also, so it had to be restocked prior to mine being sent out. In the interum I found a brand new one locally for about $40 more which I bought. I went home cancelled my order and began to enjoy my new item. I called the bank to make sure the company would not be paid out of my acct and the bank assured me that cancelling my card would do the trick,WRONG! The item was shipped after my email was "accidently deleted" and could not be found until after the shipping. I was told that would be no problem, just refuse the package and my account would be refunded. Well it's a week later several phone calls, to both the bank and Refurb and finally today I was able to contact customer service. Michelle told me the credit department had started the process and as soon as my bank acknowledged that they got the funds. The bank now tells me that it takes 3-4 days for Refurb to notify the bank of the returned funds. If you buy from them ask every question you can think of, even the logical ones "like are there other people waiting for this same item also?" Note the company has not offered to be accountable for bounced check fees and ignored my request about that too. Buyer beware!!!

This company is a total SHAM!!! They send out items that don't work and they HAVE to know they do because when you call the customer service they have their "standard" answer to call the manufacturer. We purchased an Xbox, opened it..3 red rings of death and they won't exchange it. PLUS..they send you a form saying you agree to their ridiculous return policy before they'll even give you a RMA code to return it. No other company could send out broken items and then say too bad, we are keeping your money. We are disputing it with our credit card but what a complete hassle and a joke. Oh sure we can return it and they keep 15% and $19.95 shipping and then they'll ship it out to the next customer and that's IF they accept the return. Plus when we looked at the serial # & info..it's a 3 year old system!!! Give me a break! It's a total scam. We are reporting them to the BBB and posting everywhere we can to let others know how they operate. Be smart, stay away.

Abysmal. Ordered on Thursday, order on their automated 'order status page' showed as 'processing.' Emailed on Monday, then Wednesday, with no reply. Finally called on Thursday, a week after order was placed, waited on hold for 35 minutes, to be told "Oh, that's out of stock. We emailed you yesterday to offer another model." When I told them they had not emailed, she said "Well." I spoke to another person, supposedly a 'supervisor,' when I called to complain and was told "We did everything we are required to do. If you don't like it, complain to the governor," and hung up. They have, as might be guessed, loads of complaints -- all listed as 'unresolved.' Run from these people.
