Ordered some RAM and paid $32 for overnight shipping, 2 days later still hadn't received the order though their system showed the order as completed and shipped. They did not supply tracking numbers, I emailed twice with no response, called and after holding for 10 minutes was told my order hadn't even shipped yet. Cancelled the order, won't be using them again.

The ordering was smooth and quick, the product was delivered in the time frame indicated at time of order. the only complaint was that I had to call to get the tracking information rather than being able to pull it off their website.

I ordered a GPS unit from PCNation. I called their customer service and they were friendly and able to answer my questions accurately. The man also explained to me shipping rates and taxes and pricing of the GPS. They shipped quickly and the item arrived on time. Their prices are great and their website lets you know if an item is in stock.

I chose PCNation.com because of several attributes... cnet certified, the lowest price on the web for the three items I was ordering, no tax, and free Fed-Ex three day shipping. When I placed my order, there was a problem with pricing in my cart. I called the toll-free number, they corrected the price. One item was out of stock. They held my order until the third item was in stock so my entire order would qualify for free shipping. Order placed on Friday, got it on Monday. Great service.

I tried to buy a EOS camera from another store(Central Digital, IbuyDigital.com, CameraClub, IbuyPlasma, RealDealShop, Digitalmegastore) but that store was awful, they were selling gray-market products and nowhere in the website pointed that. I cancelled that order, I found PCNation and I bought it from them. No gray-market camera and no tricks. I paid and they gave me what I wanted. What else you do want? I always want what they state on their sites with no tricks like calling to confirm or approve.

Selected site largely due to "In Stock" availability for wanted item. No automatic order status updates. When inquiring online, conflicting order status between summary and detail. Reseller called after 3 business days to say product would not ship for more than a week but could they charge my credit card anyway. Cancelled order and purchased product at another site I had used before, even though I'll be waiting another week. At least I'm sure it will get to me. Worst online shopping experience in recent memory.

I had to cancel my order because PC Nation will NOT take MasterCard from PayPal. It's the only one I use, but they would not accept it because they say they have verification problems with PayPal-issued MasterCards. What a crock! Won't do business here again. They need to print a warning that they will not under any circumstances accept PayPal-issued credit/debit cards. Had I known, I wouldn't have wasted my time. I ordered what I wanted from CompubizUSA.com, paid with my PayPal-issued card, and received excellent service.

I have absolutely no complaints with this company. As a matter of fact, their price was the best I found, they gave me free shipping and their customer department was excellent. I received the order in 2 days and it arrived safe and sound.  
It was certainly a pleasant shopping experience.

Inaccurate website, poor customer service. I placed an order for christmas delivery. After a lengthy verification process, I was assured that there was adequate stock. The next day, I happened to log in to check the item, and it had changed status to "backordered", even though the website continued to show the item was in stock. THERE WAS NO EMAIL NOTIFICATION that the item would not be shipped. Customer service was rude, and said that it wasn't their fault. DO NOT RECOMMEND. It is much easier to go with a real retailer like Amazon.

I am updating a previously negative review for PCNation. Having ordered a laptop online with this company, I followed the order process on their website to the point where it was being shipped. I then received an email saying they were out of stock. I gave up and started to look elsewhere until I got a call from Adam in their service department with an apology and a promise to get the computer to me by my original deadline, which happened to be the next day. Sure enough, Fedex had the package at their warehouse near me but couldnt deliver due to snow. PC Nation stepped up and ate the cost of overnight service to provide a good service. I have gone from farting in their general direction to saying that I will return to them for future business

I was impressed with their website, ease of use, great description and price was competitive. I would definitely use again for other purchases.
