Here is an update on my previous (bad) experience with PCNation.  
I haven't recieved my order in time (at all), got non existing tracking number, so I called them...  
PCNation has outstanding customer service. Their customer service manager Arnie did everything possible to fix their previous mistake. He sent me an other unit with FedEx overnight and even checked FedEx's website in the morning of the day of delivery and called me (immediately after the package was delivered), if everything was all right this time. Thank you.  
I would purchase from PCNation again, thanks to their customer service.

As a first time customer, the need to verify my order via a non-personal (i.e. work or educational) email was a bit odd to me, but once that was done my order arrived very quickly. My order shipped the day after I ordered it, and I received it just one day after that when I had expected in in three days. Quite impressive! The items is exactly what I ordered and I'm happy that I was able to get it quickly, with free & fast shipping, and at a lower cost than other sellers. Thanks so much!

I WAS LOOKING FOR A CERTAIN SONY NOTEBOOK I DIDNT SEE IT ON LINE SO I CALLED PC NATIION TECH SUPPORT THEY CHECKED INTO IT AND CALLED BACK WITH PART NUMBER AND PRICE. Very, very fast and exactly what I ordered. Best price on line!They also let me know that there was a rebate on the product and therefore I will be able to save more money.

This was my first time ordering anything from this vendor. From my first call to the last one, PCNation employees presented themselves as very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous at every stage including the return of the product due to a manufacturing defect. The price and the service are exceptionally attractive. I would recommend this vendor very highly.

Ordered a Hairer Wine cooler. Advised that it was shipped FEDEX on 6/23. Fedex had a iniation entry only. Nine days later not shipped. Cannot contact PC Nation on the phone. Five attempts with a hold time of 25 minutes. No response from my email asking advice on shipment.

PCNation had the best price for the CyberPower 1500 UPS w/ free FedEx. Arrived 3 days after order packed nicely inside a larger box for protection unlike some other merchants who ship only the item box.

Ben Shay at PC Nation did an excellent job guiding me in the right direction and getting me the product I needed. The service and support were excellent. Highly recommend this company.

So far, I have only been thru the ordering process and it was a postive experience.

I ordered a GPS Sunday afternoon, it was confirmed within a few hours, shipped Monday and arrived on Wednesday - a day earlier than expected. It was the best price I could find online, was brand new and exactly as described; PC Nation really came through with great pricing and service for me, so thumbs up.

Product was in stock and delivered as promised. While the price was a bit higher just a tad higher than a couple of other online merchants, when I checked with them first, they began trying to tell me I needed other things (add ons) to make my Garmin work as I wanted, driving the price much higher than it actually needed to be. PCNation was the only "Honest" Merchant I found. They told me what I needed; and only what I needed, even after I mentioned what the other Merchants had told me, and in the end, their price was much lower than the others. By the way, the slaes rep that answered my call was much more informed than the person I tried to get to help me at Best Buy.
