My wife ordered a GPS online, they sent a "shipping conformation", took out the cash from account and 7 days later, when my wife called, "will" said they were back ordered. How are you gonna be back ordered and ship my product at the same time? Horrible service... DO NOT ORDER FROM!! Take heed, this could be you!!!

So far, my thoughts are somewhat neutral. I asked the sales guy (Nick) via the phone about comparisons of purchased product and I wasn't impressed with his knowledge of the product. Fortunately, I am a salesman and have already researched the product and was looking for an intelligent comparison between products. He was unable to suggest options relative to value or quality.

Very easy company to do business with. Simple and uncomplicated.Recieved merchandise in good time and good condition.Overall, very pleased with this site.

Very good retailer, as expected. I needed to contact PCNation concerning a problem with my GPSr. They replied quickly and successfully solved my problem. I would buy from them again.

Poor explanation of hidden fees for returning defective items. Poor customer service in processing returns. Unnecessary delays. PCNation exemplifies the risks of dealing with internet companies.

Talk about a no fuss order cancellation!  
 
Ordered a camera online after business hours on a Friday night.  
 
Discovered after I had ordered it was the wrong item ( it was a gift and I'm not well versed in cameras ).  
 
Expecting some kind of hassle in canceling as I had never used these people before I sent several emails to different email addresses and followed that up with a phone message on their 800 number that same Friday night.  
 
Figuring on Monday morning I'd have to run the gauntlet over the phone to get the order canceled imagine my surprise that 1st thing ( even before normal business hours for them ) sitting in my email was a notice that the order had been canceled per my instructions.  
 
WHAT A GREAT PLACE TO DO BUSINESS WITH !  
 
Almost ordered the item from a den of thieves called DeltaCamera in Brooklyn ( look up their reputation ) but decided to go with this company because of their great reviews - apparently they are well deserved!

I was a little leery at first because there were some horror stories about shipping/inventory issues in the comments here.  
but i went ahead and ordered a new sony laptop, (mostly because PC Nation had it for almost $200 less than i would have paid at newegg), with free shipping, and received it within a week. i did have to call customer service once to given them an "official" email address -- apparnetly gmail ones don't qualify -- but that got taken care of very quickly. the customer service guy (Mark? i think?) was very helpful. it took a couple of days to get the tracking number, but again, no big deal. and the computer's great. definitely worth it. also, i like that the customer service people have individual numbers, so that you can reach the same person again. overall, awesome.

Product arrived earlier than estimated. Easy, fast and competitive pricing. Recommend highly.

Order came a day earlier than promised. I am very impressed with PCNation. The GPS worked great. Customer Service was polite and prompt. I emailed them with a question and was answered within the hour. I will use them again and I recommend using PC Nation!
