I searched for a Cannon 8800F scanner. Many online retailers had it "Out of Stock". I needed it before the 21st so I ordered it from PCNation since it was "In Stock". Guaranteed 3 day FedEx shipping. March 12, emailed the item was on BACK ORDER. I should have followed my instincts and canceled right there. I went online to cancel my order since it had been two weeks and no email. When I tried to cancel, I was told it shipped and was delivered 23 March. I received No email when it finally shipped and no signature was required by the shipper so FedEx left it on my front door. I had left town two days before and when I returned home 1 April, no scanner. Not happy. If the item is not in stock, say so. And how bout an email when it ships. I could have had the neighbor looking out for it. Why no delivery signature? That is what I get for using the lowest price and believing it was in stock.

I have ordered from this company before and had great service. This order was no different. I ordered the Garmin Nuvi 255w, great price and fast shipping. Ordered 1/20, shipped 1/20 and scheduled for delivery 1/22.

The ordering was smooth and quick, the product was delivered in the time frame indicated at time of order. the only complaint was that I had to call to get the tracking information rather than being able to pull it off their website.

Very professional and delivered as promised. Ordered a Canon HD camcorder paid 2 day Fed Ex delivery. Received new camera in box two days later, great online tracking on their website. Saved $150 from what I could find at brick and mortar companies. Would definately buy from again!

Do not buy it here! I've been waiting 3 days & they still have not shipped! Multiple calls and time on hold. Spend the extra 4%. & get it somewhere else. I may save $20. but I had to work for it & still hoping they ship it out! It's easier to work or the money than work with this company!

I found the web site easy to use. The selection of items was quite broad. Placed the order late Saturday night, and it shipped Monday. Couldn't ask for more.

At first blush I was put off by the security surrounding my laptop purchase, after speaking with their staff I an pleased with the purchase and now can look forward to greater ease in the future with added purchases, Thank you.

Horrible. I ordered a laptop. It went through the system after I waited for about 30 minutes. I got the confirmation number. The day after the store just sent me an email saying my order was canceled due to stock not available. If it was not available, why showed it in stock in the first place? I will never order anything from this store in the future

The website showed the item in stock. I placed the order and later they cancel it claiming the item out of stock. I hate dealing with such dis-honest retailers, from now on I will stick with the more reliable internet retailers. DO NOT CONSIDER THIS STORE FOR YOUR NEXT PURCHASE.

Item showed in-stock on their website when i placed the order. Got an email a couple days later telling me the item has been sold out and my order was cancelled. Waste of time.

Typical 3rd tier web merchant that sells an out of stock item, confirms it and then takes an entire day to email the customer and tell them their order is cancelled. This is very sloppy inventory management, and next time I will simply purchase the item with a reputable dealer whom has not engaged in this type of shady business practice.
