Poor explanation of hidden fees for returning defective items. Poor customer service in processing returns. Unnecessary delays. PCNation exemplifies the risks of dealing with internet companies.

Talk about a no fuss order cancellation!  
 
Ordered a camera online after business hours on a Friday night.  
 
Discovered after I had ordered it was the wrong item ( it was a gift and I'm not well versed in cameras ).  
 
Expecting some kind of hassle in canceling as I had never used these people before I sent several emails to different email addresses and followed that up with a phone message on their 800 number that same Friday night.  
 
Figuring on Monday morning I'd have to run the gauntlet over the phone to get the order canceled imagine my surprise that 1st thing ( even before normal business hours for them ) sitting in my email was a notice that the order had been canceled per my instructions.  
 
WHAT A GREAT PLACE TO DO BUSINESS WITH !  
 
Almost ordered the item from a den of thieves called DeltaCamera in Brooklyn ( look up their reputation ) but decided to go with this company because of their great reviews - apparently they are well deserved!

I was a little leery at first because there were some horror stories about shipping/inventory issues in the comments here.  
but i went ahead and ordered a new sony laptop, (mostly because PC Nation had it for almost $200 less than i would have paid at newegg), with free shipping, and received it within a week. i did have to call customer service once to given them an "official" email address -- apparnetly gmail ones don't qualify -- but that got taken care of very quickly. the customer service guy (Mark? i think?) was very helpful. it took a couple of days to get the tracking number, but again, no big deal. and the computer's great. definitely worth it. also, i like that the customer service people have individual numbers, so that you can reach the same person again. overall, awesome.

Product arrived earlier than estimated. Easy, fast and competitive pricing. Recommend highly.

Their motto should be we cut you out from buying anything from us. I went to purchase a netbook due to the lower price. I received the confirmation e-mail and then a few minutes later I received another e-mail wanting me to click on a link and authenticate my e-mail, no big deal. I woke up the next day to find an e-mail wanting me to call them. I called them and the customer service rep told me that I had to use a commercial e-mail address; I use one from my own personal website that I run. He said we can use that address, but it's going to take longer to authenticate you. I said Ok, use it. He then told me to hold on and came back after a couple minutes and said "we don't allow transactions from PayPal debit cards. I said ok, you guys don't want to sell anything. I wanted to use my PayPal for the little cash back savings; I went to another site and made my purchase hassle free.

I ordered a Canon 50D SLR camera with 18-200 Lens package. When I ordered using my credit card, My cardit card thought, this is a fradulent activity and they blocked the transaction. However the credit card Company called me and confirmed my identity. This delayed the shipping by one day. But they shipped the item next day and I received in 3 days. PC nation price is $100 less than B&H Photos and customer service is good. They also gave me a battery pack free. I recommend PC nation and will buy from them in future

The item that I was looking for was by far the cheapest at PC Nation.

While other reputable vendors were price gouging their customers who wanted the scare Intel 34nm SSDs, PCNation wasn't. On top of that, they included free 2 day delivery and the drive arrived ahead of schedule. Way to go PCNation!

Product was as described, delivered on time, and at a great price.

I ordered a pair of Canon 10x30IS binoculars from PCNation with FedEx Next Day delivery. They were on my doorstep before noon on the next day. The product was exactly as ordered and I am real happy with it. Even with the next day delivery charges added in, PCNation's total price was lower than any base price I could find on the net for this product. Based on this excellent experience I would highly recommend PCNation. I would rate them 10/10.
