I ordered my new CANON 40D over the phone. Guy who took my order-Thomas, convinced me to buy also 3 year insurance and High Speed Memory card for the camera. When I got my order the memory card wasn't the right one. They gave me $45 dollars cheaper one and after I called customer service they said that it is not possible and that this card is High Speed. It wasn't possible for me to get the card that I ordered. I lost $45 dollars. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.

EnterprisePhoto never reply your emails. They ignored my two cancellation mails, and shipped an item after 10 days of my cancellation mails. They even did not provide a shipment information. EnterprisePhoto is the only store which just sends an item without providing a shipment information such as a trucking number. I know why they did this. It was on purpose. They told me they did not refund for a return shipping fee even the issue was caused by EnterprisePhoto error. I would not recommend you to purchase at EnterprisePhoto.

Another bait and switch company. Called to order a Canon SD900 camera and got the usual "the camera is out of stock" answer after telling the foriegn (you figure it out) salesman I did not want any of the upgrades. Don't waste your time.

TOTAL SCAM!!! BEWARE! Will cancel oders if you do not agree to their overprice extended warrenty. DO NOT USE!!

I order from these guys, thinking they have the best price and they're well-reviewed (says Nextag). However, neither is correct, as I find out now. There are lower prices on stores elsewhere, and I was asked to upgrade to overpriced accessories to complete my order. WHen I didn't, all of a sudden my camera was backordered, though the site still lists it as in stock (Canon PowerShot a710 IS). I just hope they'll cancel the order like I told them to in a call about 15 minutes ago...don't know, but the call was creepily short.

After repeated calls to customer service to resolve a delivery location with them and their repeated lack of response I finally gave up and cancelled the order in favor of another vendor. They don't seem to know what customer service is.

These positive comments are FAKE!! It's been a week after I ordered and I got no tracking except an auto-respond Order Number. email no use, so I called and it took at least 15mins until i talked to a real person, 1st call: she asked for my order#, i told her then she hanged up on me. 2nd call: talked to a guy, he transfered me back to that woman, I asked her why i got hangup? she didn't answer me and transfer me back to that guy. this time i'm not tracking my order, i had enough. so i asked him to cancel my order and not to transfer me no more as i had enough. he asked my # and verifly my name, then done. it was quick, sounds like they didn't have the product and didn't give a dxxx about it. Glad I'm out of this. I just can't believe they spent so much time making these fake rating on ResellerRatings.com... Guys, listen to me, dont buy from them!!

What the hell is wrong with these people. They don't answer emails. Do they have a bunch of monkeys working there? I take it back, monkeys are nicer.

I agree with all of the most negative of the ratings. Essentially the same thing happened to me. Now that I have found resellerratings I do feel more enlightened about who to deal with. Some people have had, apparently, a good experience but why even deal with people like this to begin with (Ali Baba and the 40 Thieves!)? And then you have entrusted them with all of your credit information! AND they have your email address. They may also be spammers or sell your address to spammers. Remember that if you do get charged for something that you don't receive virtually all of the credit card companies will credit your account and debit the sellers account but this is a somewhat time consuming procedure and involves some arm twisting of the credit card company. Thanks to all of you for filing these reports.

This company sells "gray market" merchandise. Nikon USA advised me the Nikon D200 I purchased had no warranty and Nikon USA would not even touch it even if I paid for service. BUYER BEWARE! My credit card has not yet been credited and they received the camera March 12, 2007. A written complaint with the New York State Attorney General will be filed next week.

Worse experience ever online purchase!  
- Unfriendly business type email reply.  
- Unfinished website functionality; and not able to check order status via online; the only way is with phone call.  
- No Automatic and instant inventory.  
- Phone call : nightmare (a chasing call process)  
- finally, canceled the order.  
* Never order again!

Be aware, all positive reviews on that site are total fake. If you want to get something cheap from them, forget it. They will force you to buy ten fold overpriced accessories. If refused, they will simple declare that item out of stock.

Although Enterprise is not mentioned, it appears to be the latest in a series of names they do, or have done, business under.

I called them because they had a hard to find item represented to be in stock at a price 25% below that which others were taking backorders for. I specifically questioned the availability of the lens, if it was in stock (told yes), how they happened to get their hands on it and when it would ship.  
 
Based on their responses, I tried to order the lens and a body for it. After 3 unsuccessful attempts to order by phone (line cut-off, put on hold and line was cut off or transferred into voicemail). Certainly did not come over as a professional way of doing business. Being too focused on the lens and insufficiently focused on my uneasy feelings I ordered on Enterprise Photo's web site.  
 
I received a confirmation by email. The confirmation did not disclose a date, what I had ordered or how much I had spent. Another rather strange way to do business.  
 
The day it was suppose to ship I received a call that the lens was not in stock. Upon my pointing out to them I specifically had a discussion about its availability and was assured it was in stock and would ship in two days, I was told it was not in stock when I ordered it. Then the bait-and-switch routine started. Ignoring this, I asked when the body would ship and was told in another 2 days. I asked why it would not be shipped when I was told it would ship and was given a lot of nonsense that caused me to again question doing any business with these people.  
 
After this call I tried to cancel the order over the phone. After three attempts to speak with someone who could process a cancellation (phone was either hung-up or I was diverted into voice mail) I emailed Enterprise an order cancellation.  
 
After the cancellation I was sent an email disclosing a shipment was on its way from a company I had never heard of. Contents of the shipment were not disclosed. Looking at the series of initials given for a shipper I realized they were none other than abbreviations for the string of companies identified in the above links. I emailed Enterprise and told them they were shipping a canceled order and I would refuse delivery. I never heard back from them.  
 
I called my credit card company who simply put the transaction in disputed items. Delivery will be refused whenever the box arrives.  
 
If you choose to do business with Enterprise Photo or any of its affiliated companies , I would suggest you have a very compelling reason. Otherwise, speaking only for myself, I would avoid this entire group of companies.

Beware, you may not get everything you'd expect at this store. After calling to confirm the item was in stock, I ordered a NEC NP1000 projector through this store's web site. I was contacted by telephone the following day by an Enterprise sales rep confirming my order. The sales rep asked what type of bulb I wanted in the projecter, a 2000 hour, a 4000 hour or a 6000 hour? I asked the sales rep what bulb came with the projector, he told me none. To me, that would be like buying a new car without tires. I informed the sales rep that I would need to shop around to find the lowest priced bulb available. The sales rep then informed me that my order would be drop shipped from the manufacturer and I'd recieve it in two to three weeks. Could this mean that Enterprise only had projectors with bulbs in stock, or had I just witnessed a bait and switch operation?
