Just received my second order from Vanns, and like the first, everything went smoothly. Placed the order first thing Monday morning for a Panasonic FZ18, selected 3-day UPS, received the shipping notice that afternoon, and the package arrived on Wednesday, a day early! Great service from both Vanns and UPS. Item was fresh stock, and arrived in good shape. Highly recommended.

Ordered a Plasma TV from Vanns. Overall value was good. Everything went well, except for the delivery. The shipping company, "Big Yellow", took 2 days to get it from their local warehouse, to my house. The tracking information indicated that it would delivered on December 26, and it showed that it was delivered to the warehouse in town on that date, but it took me until noon on the 28th before I'd receive it, and that's only because I made numerous phone calls to Big Yellow in order to get them to help me. If not for my phone calls, it probably would have taken several more days. Overall, however, I thought it was a decent transaction and I would do business with Vanns again.

Very Happy with the Customer Service. I called twice and both times eash rep was really nice and assisted me in finding where my package was. It got here to Hawaii in 4 days which is real good. The price was also the best I could find out on the WEB. I will definitely use them again!

I ordered from them. They shipped what I ordered, well packaged and in a timely fashion. No surprises even on something that was less then everyone else. I would order from them again.

I received my order quickly. When I decided that it was not what I wanted, customer service was very courteous and helpful. They exchanged the unit for another brand and even paid for the return shipping charges.

I ordered an Onkyo TX8522 receiver, DX390 CD player and a pair of Sony tower speakers. As it turned out the speakers went out of stock prior to shipment, Vanns prromptly voided that part of the order and shipped the rest. After shopping around for a few days I decided on a pair of Polk Audio Monitor 60`s from Crutchfield. Better speakers than the Sony`s I`m sure. Anyway, because I took a few days to decide and Vann`s is in Montana and Crutchfield in Virginia. Everything arrived at my home in NJ together on the same UPS delivery. Now 1 year later it is all still going strong and sounding great.

I ordered a Hitachi L47V651 on Saturday March 22nd and it arrived by Yellow Freight truck on the 27th in pristine condition. The order associate on the phone was very helpful and not at all pushy. I felt I received a very competitive price and with the free shipping, it was an even better deal. This was a very smooth transaction thanks to Vann's.

I found Vann's through this site after discovering the last place I tried to order from was a total scam. I placed my order for a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ18 on Tuesday evening, chose 2day air service for it. I got my confirmation the next day that it was going out and I received my order promptly midday on Friday, March 28. They had incredible service! Not only were they fast and accurate but the price of this wonderful camera was $50 cheaper than I found it anywhere else. I highly recommend going through Vann's for purchasing digital cameras.

I was quite pleased with my purchase of a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ18 camera. The price was great, shipping was free and the camera arrived on the exact day indicated. I would not hesitate to order from them again.

My beautiful and wonderfully priced Pioneer Pro 1150HD arrived in a pristine carton. When it was unpacked, warmed to room temperature and speakers assembled and attached I plugged it in and it did not work. When I looked at the screen at an angle at the right height I found cracks in three corners of the screen. Vanns Customer Service reassured me that they would have the set picked up at their expense and replaced or my purchase price refunded at my option. The people I dealt with when placing the order, arranging the return and dealing with the shipping arrangements in each direction were courteous, friendly and knowledgable. All in all, while my hdtv was a disaster my experience with Vanns was splendid.My friends who learned of my experience and I am ready and willing to buy from Vanns in the future with great confidence.

Very good customer service advice pre-purchase - prompt shipment (ordered Friday evening - shipped Monday) arrived 5 days later via FedEx - double boxed and in very good condition - low price with free shipping made it best deal on the net for an Onkyo TX-SR805 receiver-eh!!

I ordered a Panasonic DMC-FZ18K camera from Vann's. I had tried to get it from Amazon but they were out of stock. I was a little leary about going with Vann's since I wasn't familiar with them, but I had read some reviews and figured I would give them a try since they had the best price.
I called to order the camera and waited a reasonable amount of time before I was connected with a sales person. The order was taken, and the sales person indicated I would need a memory card since the camera did not come with one. I indicated I had one and the matter was dropped - no pressure. A couple of days after my order was placed, the camera went on sale. I called Vann's and they credited my account for the difference - no problem. The camera came on the day promised in perfect condition. I would definitely deal with them again.
