I have done several purchases over the past years from online stores. Vann's exceeded my expectation by far and appears as a serious and professional online retailer. I was a skeptic at first, this was almost to good to be true, but from the moment I ordered a Klipsch RWS-10D Subwoofer at a very attractable price which even included free shipping I was informed all the way. From that they received the order, approved it, processed it and finally shipped it with full tracking information. I was informed all the way as to where my order was in the process. The subwoofer arrived as expected after a few days in excellent condition and work to my family’s great satisfaction. I do HIGHLY RECOMMEND Vann’s to other.

I was looking for a camera and found that Vann's had one of the best prices. I called Vann's on a Saturday to order it which I needed by the following weekend. They said no problem. I paid for 2-day shipping. They shipped as they said on Monday and it was delivered by Wednesday.  
 
I was very happy, esp because I just had a VERY bad experience with Buy.com recently about their not shipping the item when they said they would. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND VANN'S. Next time I need to buy electronics, I will check on Vann's first. Thank you, Vanns, for bringing my confidence back in online shopping after Buy.com destroyed it.

I ordered the Onkyo TX-SR806 receiver from Vann's. The unit was priced $200 less than other online sellers (instant discount). Ordering was smooth and the unit arrived neatly packaged. I have not tested the unit but the shopping experience and pricing at Vann's is second to none.

I spent a lot of time researching online stores to buy a big screen TV. I read a lot of horror stories about other online stores selling items cheaper and then not honoring the price they advertise. Typical "bait and switch" shops. Or, they would charge for shipping, so the price was sometimes more anyway. Not with Vann's. I went with Vann's because they had a really good rating and prices are really good (free shipping and no sales tax). I must say I was really impressed with how fast I received the TV after I placed the order. I placed the order on Friday, August 29th and received the TV (Mitsubishi 65-835) on Tuesday, September 2, mind you Monday was a holiday. So, basically got 2 day shipping for a big screen TV for free. That is unheard of. I would HIGHLY recommend Vann's. You can rest assure about ordering from them.

I couldn't be more impressed with this company. They were the first to receive a new release item and they notified me by email once it arrived. They politely declined to match the lower price offered by a reputable competitor who had not yet received their shipment, but did match a $50.00 savings a week later from a stocking online store, and then lowered their web price later that day.  
 
Obviously they want to have the lowest price, but they want to have the best service too. All presale email inquiries were answered fast and complete - even faster than questions sent to the manufacturer. The order was completed Monday afternoon and the product was in my Wisconsin home by Wednesday at noon.  
 
They just do it right.

After reading reviews of this company, I ordered a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ18K from Robert Bradford in sales. Got a great price, free shipping and no aggravation. Was so impressed with the level of service, that I told my friend. She wanted one also, but had been frustrated dealing with some of these awful people in the business. As luck would have it, they were sold out so she purchased the new FZ28. I ordered it for her, and again, Robert was the perfect gentleman. One should not have to be punished for getting a "good buy." Vann's is an authorized Panasonic agency and these were USA goods. Fooey on those jerks in NYC, Brooklyn and North Jersey.

I did a lot of research before buying a Panasonic th-65pz750U. Other places had lower prices but after reading their reviews I decided to try Vann's. I had never spent 5 grand on a TV let alone on the internet and in Montana to boot. I placed the order on monday and immediately went into a panic thinking "what did I do." The TV showed up on friday, we hooked it up and my bride is thrilled. Everything went so great. I saved 2 grand plus tax. I would definitely use them again. I would recommend them to my friends. They didn't try to upsell me anything or try to rip me off using the bundle gimmick.

(Well, actually I had found one other place that had a lower price, but after reading the customer reviews back through the year 2005 I decided not to go with them because no one was happy with them, everyone complained about being baited and switched, etc.)  
 
I placed my order over the phone and the lady who took my order was very nice, courteous and helpful. My camera arrived this afternoon (17 July 2008) and it was in perfect condition. It was all packaged in it's original packaging, nothing was missing or scratched, and everything seems to be in perfect order. I am currently charging my battery so that I can start using and enjoying my new camera!
