Ordered a LCD monitor on Feb 3rd. Received on Feb 6th. My order was in factory sealed box packed in ANOTHER box with packing material which is not typical. They wanted my order to be safe and I like that. Not only that but i got free ground shipping. Originally it said my order would not arrive until Feb 11th and to my surprise it came on Feb 6th. Excellent no-hassle experience with this company. Finally i have a decent alternative to Newegg. I will definitely look to this company when ordering future electronic components.
I place my order (Samsung HL67A750 DLP Television) by telephone. Customer Service was very friendly and helpful. Item arrived six days later (Free Shipping) via FEDEX Freight. The driver insisted on helping me transfer the box from his truck at the end of my driveway into my home. I found no damage to box or television. Very pleased overall. Ordered a Onkyo home theater system the next day with the same great service and results. Vann's is the only way to go!
Other companies could only wish their customers service was this good. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Starts with good prices and continues until the customer is satisfied. I purchased an Onkyo HT-S6100 HTIB. Reciever was not operating properly. I sent it back and received a replacement without any hassle---even right after Christmas. Will definately recommend to anyone and will be shopping there myself a lot more.
WOW... Just wow. What an amazing company that truly deserves their high praise as one of the few companies out there that turn consumers into loyal customers. Placed my order on Friday evening before the MLK holiday weekend and was told to expect to receive my order after the upcoming week. However, I received it within this week, which totally made my day :) Also, they send up-to-date status reports regarding where my order is, which made me aware of when my order was coming and what not. Great service, called to verify that item was in stock, the women who was very nice, double-checked that it was. I liked how they have real time item availability checking (unlike onecall.com who assured they had the item but didnt when i called them). I will defiantly use Vanns again!

I ordered several home theater components. I was extremely satisfied, not only with the low prices, but with the entire shopping experience, form ordering to delivery to the front door. I would definitely recommend Vann's to a friend.
What a great company to deal with. I had waited six weeks to purchase my Samsung LN46A950 to see if the price might come down. One week after I'd purchased it I noticed it was reduced $110.00, I debated rather to call or not until I read about their 15 day price match policy. I made the call and to my surprise, no problem Beca said they would credit my card for the difference. What a great experience to be treated like a VIP customer!!

I wanted to write this review to assuage those people that, like myself, are trying to decide whether buying something returned is wise.
I bought a Canon EOS 350D (Rebel XT) with an EF 28-90mm f4-5.6 lens from Vann's for ~$260. It was described as being returned by a customer and in good condition.
I went ahead and took the chance with the camera and received it within a week. I was apprehensive about the condition it would come in.
I am happy to report that upon inspecting the camera, it was in excellent condition and wouldn't have been able to tell it from a brand new sealed one. I think that somebody must have opened the box and not found it to their liking for whatever reason.
I made sure to purchase a 3 year extended warranty on top of Canon's 1 year warranty just to be on the safe side.
After using the camera for the last few weeks, I have found it to be in excellent condition as described and would like to credit Vann's for this transaction.
Wow, I just ordered a brand new Samsung ln46a630 from this site and it couldn't have gone any smoother! I was gonna wait till after Thanksgiving to make my purchase, just to make sure I didn't miss any deals. But when I called to ask how many they had in stock I was informed that they had a 15 day personal price match guarantee. I put my order in over the phone right then and there. I got my brand new tv yesterday, and it is awesome! Their service is great and not once did they try and "upsell" me. I definitely recommend this website to everyone!
I read about Vann's and its good ratings here after I found on Google Shopping they had a TV I wanted at a good price (Sony KDL-46XBR4 for $1999, original retail $3600). I called and asked to get an even lower price, if possible. The saleman told me that was their rock bottom price. I asked him to let me know by phone if the price fell anyway. He called me a few days later to tell me they were running out of the model I liked and could not re-order any as it was discontinued. I ordered one and got it delivered free and arranged 18 months to pay with no interest (a special limited deal they had set up with Sony if you got the Vann's cc). The TV came in a timely way in good order. I am very pleased with the whole deal and can recommend them highly. They really did sell out of this model within a week of my order, so the salesman was being honest. Order big item like TV only if you want to take the risk that it might not work right, in which case you have to pay to return it to them for a refund (within 15 days). Vann's is a good company, located in Montana.
After placing the order for a Samsung TV , having the item confirmed in stock, I was contacted by e-mail to call in by phone to verify the purchace and my identity so that the TV could be shipped that afternoon or next day. The following day I got the "Oops! we ain't got it in stock" e-mail and an offer to buy more expensive models. Bait and switch! Stuff it in your Vann!
