I ordered a 46" Sharp AQUOS LED backlit LCD HDTV and a Samsung HTBD3252T HTS. Price was not the lowest but Vanns showed a solid rating (which was to come into play for me). With Vann's shipping out of MT and my being in Central NY transit time was a bit long.  
 
After getting everything operating, I discovered - to my dismay that the Samsung system utilized composite speaker plugs that would be impossible to upgrade to a heavier wire. Worse, these connectors fell out with slight disturbance to the combined BD/Receiver. This was a fault of the reviews I had read on the Samsung that failed to mention this poor design feature.  
 
So I decided to return the unit. I knew this was on my own nickel but Vann's was very cooperative and I had not a single bit of push back about taking the return. Further, they recovered a music CD I had left in the unit and are retuning that to me.  
 
Overall I am extremely satisfied with Vann's and would recommend them with the sole caveat that one should make sure of your order if you are at a distance to Montana.

I decided to buy a new digital camera from Vann's based on price and their location. Having lived in Montana for two years I know what people there are like. They are friendly and they are honest.  
 
The lady who helped me on the phone was from Missoula and it was a good choice. She was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The camera shipped quickly and I got a great price.  
 
I will check with them first the next time I buy another camera. Not just for their good prices but because I know they will do a great job. What more could I ask for?

I bought an AC from Vann's because of the good reviews from reseller ratings. All the good reviews were not false. The day i ordered my item, it was processed and shipped the same day. I got my item as planned a few days later and there have been no problems whatsoever. I would recommend vann's for future purchases.

Good prices and selection with accurate item "in stock" status on website (something that can't be said for all online retailers). Frequent customer service email updates throughout the purchase process, from order confirmation through to shipping. I ordered a large screen Panasonic plasma TV and it arrived within a week of shipping with no problems. Not the most aggressive prices, but very reliable.

Ordered 2 pairs of speakers from them and was very satisfied with the service provided. Great customer service. I contacted them about a recent price drop after I placed the order and was given a credit for the difference. I was worried about the package because it had to travel across the country to get to me, but had nothing to worry about because of the impressive packing job they did. Highly recommended.

Actually I had a fantastic experience of shopping with vanns.Their service is quite quick and excellent. They shipped the product in the same day I placed my order. I received it today,3 days after I placed my order.One thing I have to say is that the shipping is free.  
 
I checked my camera(panasonic DMC FZ28, whose price is very competitive), everythins is exactly what they said, brand new.  
 
Additionally, this morning I found they lowered its price. I sent an email to them for price match and I got a extremely quick response.They said they would honor it in one week. In fact I received a confirmation email from them around 4pm, which said they have proceeded the price match.  
 
What a nice company! I will shopping from them if I find something they sell is what I need.

I was nervous about ordering on line and I am happy to say that I could not be more pleased. Ordering was easy. Shipment arrived promptly. Excellent communication. There was an issue with something on the screen after unboxing and when I called Vanns there was no hassle and an immediate set up with the shipper for an exchange. This was a 67" Samsung TV. With more time, I looked more carefully and was able to remove what was on the screen so did not have to have a return. I would do business again in a heartbeat - A+++
