I am out $291.20. they refuse refund, I did not authorize charge, I cancelled order when they told me it was back ordered, they sent it out then anyway. They tried to sell me a different product. very difficult to deal with, either pushy or non responsive. BEWARE!!!

Monday at noon I ordered Kingston part number KVR400X64C3AK2/1G which is two 512MB DDR400 ram modules as a "set". I got an order confirmation via email, but no offer of a tracking number, but it didn't matter since the order arrived very promptly here in Denver on Thursday afternoon via UPS. Modules appeared to have been "drop shipped" directly from Kingston which I didn't know they would do, but that was fine with me. Maybe drop shipping makes tracking difficult. The price was virtually as good as I could find, and the shipping cost was very reasonable. I haven't installed them yet, but the package is definitely 100% Kingston factory sealed "Value RAM" branded modules. I can only assume they will be fine.

I ordered an Intel Celeron 633mhz CPU. They had one of the best pricess on-line. I ordered online on a Thursday night. I received notification with an email confirming I made an order with them on Friday. That Tuesday, I received another email stating my order had been processed and shipped the day prior. I was given a tracking number. I was not able to find the time to check and did not try to access this tracking number. I received my product that Thursday. (One Week from the original order date) I also received an email following up stating that they had received notice that the package had been delivered to me. It was packaged well and no damage during shipment. I have since installed the CPU and it works great. I had good luck, and will make another venture with this company again...for the right price.

Fantastic service. Ordered over $10K in Cisco Memory. All arrived next day today and already have it all installed and Hardware upgraded. No other vendor was able to provide all of the components I needed. With this company I just called with the model numbers, they cross referenced and saved me over $75K compared to Cisco Memory. Will definitely do business with them again.

They had the best price I could find. I placed my order late Saturday night. I got an immediate email confirmation. I received my product Thursday. Flawless.

I would recommend this company. Like a previous customer, I was slightly unnerved at the lack of an email confirmation, but their web site did of course return an order number and details of the purchase. I researched online first to determine the memory I required, used resellerratings.com to find a set of merchants, and memory4less had a decent rating and a very good price. The memory was shipped fairly promptly (after the weekend), and I've had no problems with it.

I desperately needed some Corsair Registered DIMMS and found these people online. Their ratings seemed decent, so I did order from them. I have to say bottom-line - I did get the DIMMS overnighted to me as I paid for, but I didn't feel real comfortable when they didn't autorespond confirming my online order and wouldn't respond to my e-mails for some time and then when I called couldn't find my order to begin with! They drop shipped the RAM from another company, so I didn't get a tracking number until late that night either. All in all, the RAM is great and I got what I paid for, but their customer service could have been a bit better - maybe I expect too much - really good service is hard to find - but I got worried - apparently without reason, but just a small email confirmation from them would have put me at ease. I paid quite a bit for the BEST RAM, although their price wasn't out of line, it was a lot of money to not get a confirmation about.
