Had same experience as 'Wakataka'(review above) except never received an e-mail. Called today and was told that my order had been cancelled and an e-mail had been sent to me.

This appears to be a scam. I had the same experience as the previous reviewer. Order a camera (Optio w10) online. Called the next day. Got pressured to buy overpriced accessories and refused. Was told on the phone that the camera was in stock and would shipped that day. Received e-mail 2 days later saying that my order had been canceled because the camera was out of stock. I'm betting if I had bought the accessory package, that camera would have been shipped. My advice is don't buy anything from this company.

Ordered via internet - confirmed order by phone on the the 17th. Said I needed to buy another battery - I told him I just wanted the original order, camera with the basics (DC40). He checked to see if in stock. It was and he said it would be sent. I waited 2 days and when my credit card had not been hit I called back. This time he said it was on backorder and would take 6 - 8 weeks. He is supposed to send me an email when in stock????
