I had purchased a phone from another company called PureMobile.com. But they had informed me that wasnt in stock. I then took a look at cellswholesale.com. I had emailed them about the phone i was looking for and got an imediately got an email back about the phone.  
 
I had a wonderful employee for cellswholesale.com named Hayley help me with the phone i was looking for. Hayley was absolutely amazing and awesome!!! She gave me service like i was a vip customer and i really appreciated that.  
 
Hayley then kept in contact with me until she made sure i had gotten the phone and still after that she had also made sure i had great customer service.  
 
I recommend buying from this company and if your lucky hopefully you will get Hayley as your savior. I will definitely refer my friends to buy from this site as well as myself to come back to this store for future cell phones.

i've purchased more than one phone from cellswholesale and they are the most professional company i have ever dealt with.  
 
first off i want to say that if anyone has any questions what so ever to contact hayley (h.leblanc@cellswholesale.com). hayley is the best. i have never talked to someone so nice before and not only that she gets things done right away, considering the customer service of some other companies ive talked to.  
 
shipping is ultra fast. prices are the lowest ive seen and again the customer service is unmatched. ive had small problems here or there with previous purchases like missing extra accessories but everything was dealt with very professionally. they even through in some extras for the trouble which was not necessary at all.  
 
i have read from other reviews that cellswholesale has slow shipping opposed to what i said above but i want to say that i have talked to the company personally and half of the time the shipping problems are the shipping company problem. but none the less even if you dont get your phone "on time" just wait cause you will get it no matter what. and if you dont get it on time then just contact them. they would be more than happy to assist you as they did me.  
 
if cellswholesale sold other products other than phones i would purchase from them as well. best purchases i have made.

I bought my first phone from Cellswholesale in February.  
 
I remember that I was in a hurry to get the phone because my other phone had been stolen and I was about to leave on a long international trip. I am a gadget freak and there is no way I would survive several weeks without a PDA phone - I needed an SE M600i ASAP.  
 
I checked the internet and these guys were the only ones that seemed to have them in stock and the price was the lowest on the internet.  
 
Service was fast and friendly - the phone arrived from California to Boston in less than 48 hours!  
 
However, there was a problem - the phone arrived with a cracked screen. For me, the true measure of a good seller is how they handle things when there is a problem.  
 
In this case, Justin did the right thing and quickly agreed to ship out a new phone to a coworker I would meet later on the trip and I sent the cracked screen phone back.  
 
In May, I purchased a 2nd phone from cellswholesale for my wife and the transaction was a breeze.  
 
The only thing to keep in mind is that the phones arrive in bubble pack envelopes, so the phone box may have a few dings. Not an issue for me, but some people are picky about that. I wish there was an extra shipping option to spend an extra few $ and get the phone sent in a cardboard box with a little packing material.  
 
Overall, I rate these as a top vendor. I am recommending them to all of my coworkers and friends.  
 
I am impressed that in addition to low pricing, they have a good selection of the latest, hottest phones together with good service and integrity.

The phone I ordered took a little longer to get here than I expected, but I got it in a reasonable amount of time. Customer service apologized for being slightly backed up and assured me that they were doing all they could to get me the phone quickly. I did get the best price I’ve seen on a Sony Ericsson P990i, so over all I was happy with my experience with Cells Wholesale.

Accolades to Cellswholesale's prompt attention to deliver the order on time, though there was an inital delay in dispatch. They took care to air frieght the order through overnighter and reach me in time. Excellent support in tracking and delivery. Recommend them for any online purchase.

This is the follow up of my last review. They finally shipped the phones out on May 3rd and I go the the next day (We are only 2 hours apart). However, they should've ship with a hard box and not a bubble padded envelope. The boxes of the phones are banged up and scratched. But they did deliver as promised.

Told me that my order was shipped on 4/30/07 but was not able to provide me a tracking number because they ship it with a "3rd party". Their office is located in L.A. and I live in San Diego. Today is 5/2/07 and I still haven't see my phones. I am waiting reply from their customer support and I am ready to contact my credit card if necessary.  
 
Update on May 4:  
After contacting the customer service several times (the customer service is very nice and helpful but has limited information). He told me that one of his senior manager told him that the phones (Sony K550i and Softbank 707sc) were shipped with fedex ground. I got the tracking number that afternoon.  
The phones came in padded Fedex envelope without any further protection. The boxes were slightly damaged due to the lack of protection but phones are in good shape. I suggest they use card board box next time.  
Overall the shopping experience was pretty nice and pleasant except you should know that when they tell you that your order is "dispatched" it doesn't mean it is shipped.

Cells wholesale was the cheapest on ebay for an unlocked motorola krzr. I was told it was able to be used with a nextel simcard. Well problem was that it wasnt able to be used on nextel network. Anyway i called cells wholesale and even they were a bit confused on why. So they said to ship it back for a full refund. The package was delayed/lost in shipping via usps 70060100000495650348 so i was a little worried for a month but it eventually got there. Recently cells wholesale calls me and tells me there will refund everything including shipping. Customer Service is great! Ill be calling them next time i or anyone i know needs a phone. Thanks Cell Wholesale.

I ordered 3 cell phones from cellswholesale, one d900 black, 1 a1200 black, and 1 p990i. I ordered the phones on the 2nd, and paid (or didnt pay) for free shipping, and as the fedex tracking number: 662817810000809 shows, it was shipped out same day, and I got the phones just two days later. I have bought items from plemix and myworldphone before, but cellswholesale blows them out of the water. Not only did I get the items shipped to me for free, in a timely manner, but the items were brand new as described, and THE ABSOLUTE CHEAPEST price on the internet. I promise you once you buy from cellswholesale, you will never want to go anywhere else.

At first I had some trouble with payment, but I was contacted right away regarding and solved this problem at the spot as I was on the phone with em. That was awesome. I never experienced any company actually actively contact customers!  
Shipment was alright, it took a little to get the Tracking Number, but next I knew it, FedEx was ringing my door bell!  
Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Quick service, excellent price, product exactly as described. Ordering could be better if they captured a ship-to address separate from the bill-to. But they did change my shipping address in response to an email request. Overall this is a good merchant.
