I ordered the Samsung P520 Armani phone from Cellswholesale.com on May 22nd, around 10 AM Eastern Time. I needed the phone in a hurry, as I was going overseas the next day, so I called cellswholesale to make sure that the phone was in stock, and it could ship same day.  
 
I spoke to an agent named Jude, and he assurmed me that the phone would be shipped that day. Around 5 PM, I call back, asking for a tracking notification. Another sales agent, Julet, told me the item would be shipping around 5 PM Pacific Standard Time as the company (cellswholesale) is located on the west coast.  
 
Later that day, I get a tracking e-mail from FEDEX saying that the item was shipped, with my tracking number. The phone arrives at my door step the next morning at 10 AM. The phone comes sealed in shrink wrap and even came with a 10 dollar discount on any furture purchase.  
 
Whether it is e-store or brick and mortar, cellswholesale defines good customer service!

I ordered my phone on april 9th, with a very helpful sales agent over the phone. I was very weary of ordering online as I had a very bad experience with another company.  
 
On april 14th, I receive the phone- brand new condition, as advertised. Thanks to cellswholesale, I am now able to enojoy an unlocked phone that nobody else has!

If you want slow service and to deal with a company that is either dishonest or grossly unknowledgeable, this would be the place to go.  
 
The company is about 30 minutes from my house, but would not allow me to pick up the phones (if you look at Mapquest satellite, it's clear that the building pictured on their website is not the building located at either of the addresses they give and both appear to be apartment buildings or private residences).  
 
I won't bore you with all the details but here are some highlights (lowlights?). I bought 2 Blackberry's. Asked if they were unbranded. Told by two different e-mail addresses (although only one person has ever answered the phone) that they were. Even clarified that I wanted to know whether they had the AT&T logo and software. Was told they were unbranded. When I finally got them, they were AT&T branded. Then I was told unbranded didn't exist (although that's what they said they had sold me). Showed them that they did but were about $200 more.  
 
A holster (case) was missing from one. The owner didn't know what a holster was. Then he didn't know where to get one, so I sent him several links. He finally sent me one about a month after I reported the problem (after giving me 2 different stories about where he got it).  
 
In all fairness, he did offer to take the phones back when I pointed out the lie about the branding and when he finally sent me the holster, he overnighted it which probably cost more than the holster did.  
 
My gut feel is that this is likely a shoestring operation run from by a well-intentioned but overwhelmed owner out of his apartment.

i purchased a nokia 6500 classic from this site and i must say it is an exceptional item. site was very informative and i loved the add-on option like how dell has for their computers, made getting suitable accessories a breeze will definately be getting the rest of my products from that site

I find these user reviews very helpful in my decisions for finding a product and after seeing reviews on amazon by spammers for items such like 'the perfect push up' i am glad that at least this site remains reputable. Anyways, onto my reason for reviewing.  
i just wanted to inform the buying public of the great experience i have had with cellswholesale as they not only shipped my item promptly and securely, but they even helped me with choosing a phone.  
i wanted a neat slider phone that had functionality, and with a couple emails back and forth i ended up purchasing a nokia e65 and couldnt be happier. im browsing over wifi with my small slider and even making voip calls free of charge. i really owe it to these guys.

THIS STORE IS ONE BIG FRAUD - DO NOT BUY FROM IT! PURCHASED BIRTHDAY PACKAGE ON 18TH, RECEIVED A WEEK LATER, SOME ITEMS INSIDE MISSING, AND THEY ARE NOT PROVIDING ANY INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNING THE ITEM FOR REFUND, EVEN THOUGH I CALLED AND SENT THEM MULTIPLE EMAILS! THEY BASICALLY RIPPED ME OFF FOR ABOUT $500, AND I AM UNABLE TO GET A HOLD OF THEM EVEN THOUGH IT SAYS THAT RETURNS ARE ALLOWED IF THEY ARE CONTACTED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE PACKAGE! I CONTACTED THEM THE NEXT DAY AFTER I GOT IT, NO RESPONSE! NOW I'M STUCK WITH BAD BIRTHDAY PACKAGE AND A LOST $500. BUYER BEWARE, AND SEEK ELSEWHERE TO BUY YOUR ITEMS IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE RIPPED OFF!

THEY GAVE ME RMA INFORMATION, AND I SENT THEM PACKAGE VIA PRIORITY MAIL, AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND. BUYER BEWARE.

From the time that my order was processed to the time I received my package, I must say I am completely satisfied with my experience going through Cellswholesale.com.  
 
My order was shipped out on 10/24 and I received it today 10/25 around noon time.  
 
Customer service was exceptional as I was contacted via email on important information. A thank you especially to Gloria from the customer service department on handling most of my inquiries with professionalism and promptness. The "CNet Certified Store" and "mySimon certified" attachment really proved true in my eyes. Thank you CellsWholeSale for excellent service! -Garie

Ordered a battery from them on Thursday morning. The battery shows up in my mail on Friday. Is that not amazing?

Customer care associates are very helpful. I placed an order and then I decided to cancel my order. the guy on phone did it for me without any hassle. He tried to help me find a product best suited for my use. Only reason i could not buy it from them is because of unavailability of my prefered phone. Five stars for this store

Excellent Site, Great Customer Service, Took a week to process order but shipped within 2 days.  
I bought a phone from this site after seeing how unbeleivably cheap it was, I was skeptical since I hadnt heard of this site but still placed my order. 2 days later I got my first email from them saying my order is being processed. I contacted their customer support twice afterwards to be told that my order is in the shipping queue, sure enough a week after I placed the order I recieved an email with a Fedex tracking number. After checking the number on the Feddex site I was dismayed to find the phone was shipping from Hong Kong and thought its gonna be another week before I get the phone, but they use international priority and I was pleasantly surprised to get my phone in 2 days. The phone was brand new and sealed I am suggesting this site to as many friends as I can. Allover I give this site a big big A+

I ordered a Motorola V6 MAXX from Cellswholesale.com not too long ago, and I recieved it within a couple days (maybe 3-4). There were no issues and everything that came in the box was just as described, and on top of that, it was packaged very VERY securely. Usually I never buy from online sources, but I decided to take a chance, if only there were more online stores such as this one!

I am a Canadian buyer and I am pleased to say that I trusted cellswholesale.com for my LG prada mobile phone. First of all, I placed my order, everything was fine, I paid by paypal, and I received an order confirmation. Next day, I was called about duties, which I was unaware that I had to pay, and the gentleman advised me that I would need to pay a VAT Tax, which was very courteous. I decided to think it over, since the 21% tax would have cost me about 60 dollars. I called back to tell them I wanted it anyways, but the person I spoke to actually helped me out by marking the item as a gift, helping me avoid the 60 dollar taxation! I was extremely impressed by this as I had not expected somebody to be so helpful.  
 
Not only did they go out of their way to help me, the company shipped my phone 2 days later, and it arrived 6 days after my purchase. Not bad for an international transaction, to say the least. Also, the phone had a 64 MB memory card that I did not expect to get, which is sure plus. It was just so cool to have so many pleasant surprises! In the future, I will for sure go to cellswholesale for any mobile phones.

I ordered a MOTORAZR v3xx on August 17, 2007 and didn't receive a phone until September 4, 2007. They sent the WRONG phone! When I tried to call them I received a message that their mailbox was full, and does NOT take messages. So here it is now, September 7, 2007 and I have to find another retailer for the phone I want as they're out of stock, which, I believe, was the reason I got the wrong phone in the first place! The ONLY saving grace is the customer chat person, (Jennifer) who does try to help as much as she can. My suggestion if you're determined to deal with this company is, make sure the item you want is IN STOCK BEFORE YOU ORDER, or you may be waiting a long, long time, before you receive your phone, and then it may be what THEY want you to have, not what you want!

I've never been a big fan of buying off the Internet but had to do it when I saw the ridiculously low price on the Sony Ericsson P1i, which I've been wanting but could not afford. :(  
Fortunately, Cellswholsale offered in a price unbeatable on the Internet or in stores. Shipping was great and I got my phone and accessories as the website said I would.  
I also recieved my package a couple days earlier than expected which was really nice!  
Customer service was excellent! Gloria was extremely helpful and a really sweet person. Very polite and not intimidating at all which are traits we don't get nowadays from customer service.  
I think I'll buy a phone for my wife soon...  
I will definitely be buying again!

update on my review:  
 
1. They finally shipped my order.  
2. They gave every info about my order, like the tracking number from fed-ex that you can access when checking at google or through your mail.  
3. Amazed that they have to get the phone internationally. I give it a wow!  
4. Hoping that to get my order on the date indicated. That if it happen ill surely give a score of ten.  
5. They can be trusted. Just be patient. That i never was. Just got to excited on having the phone.
