I ordered a SIM-free SonyEricsson Xperia X1 with next-day shipping from Cellswholesale early on December 10, 2008, based on good reseller ratings here and on price.  
 
They processed my order on the 10th and shipped it on the 11th (well within their stated 1-2 business day order processing time). When I called with a question, I got a real-live person who was able to answer it.  
 
The phone arrived, drop-shipped from HONG KONG, at my door at 8:30 on the morning of the 12th. It was in perfect condition, exactly as advertised.  
 
I've rarely ever been so happy with an online purchase experience. Excellent from beginning to end!

This is my second time phone from cellswholesale. cellswholesale sells unlocked gsm phones, or phones without a contract, that can be used with any service provider. The phones they sell are awesome as most of them havent even been released in the US! customer service is friendly, shipping time is OK (it took about 7 days to get my package, but that was free shipping so cant complain) and their prices are typically pretty competitive.

After buying a cell phone from Cellswholesale, I can tell you that it is the finest place for shopping for cell phones. Their selection is endless and products have great prices! For example, I wanted to check out their Nokia E71 but then I found myself surrounded with other favorable Nokia phones. I had such a hard time deciding which phone to get! Cellswholesale carries such a large selection, I wonder where they keep all their phones! In the end, I decided on the E71, but I liked the fact that I had so many other options. They have this cool tool called, "related products" that lets me jump between related phones.  
 
Overall, good store. Did not have to call customer service since everything about the xaction went perfectly!

I have to say- I was very skeptical at first, but cellswholesale.com definately came through. Their customer service was very friendly and knowledgable about the phone, and even recommended cheaper models that are similar instead of just selling me a phone that makes them more money. They have phones I didn't even know existed! I saved huge bucks on accessories (a car charger for 10 bucks and Jawbone Bluetooth for 75) and best of all, the shipping was free. I recieved my Fedex package yesterday and I'm sold. I won't ever buy a phone from the carrier again.

I just got the Sony Ericsson G900 for a great price. I searched everywhere on the internet for a reasonable price and alas I found it at cellswholesale.com. I didn't want anything used or go through the risk of being scammed so I didn't look at ebay. Cellswholesale offered a lot of accessories for the phone during shopping. Accessories that are offered are battery, wall charger, car charger, screen protector, Bluetooth headset, memory stick, and warranty. I picked up an additional car charger and a LCD screen protector because I will bring it everywhere and don't want to go without battery or scratch the screen. I thought about getting the 1 year extended warranty but decided not to because I don't think it's worth it. I've owned a number of phone before and never encountered one that breaks. Even if the phone breaks, I'll just get another one. =)  
 
Things I noticed that cellswholesale do extremely well in are their product support and product selection. Their site gives great detail about the phone and variety of phones they offer are beyond my knowledge. Cellswholesale has definitely gained my trust and I will be sure to buy from them again.

I must say the Cellswholesale is quite an unexpected seller of cell phones. I simple had a few questions about which phone are right for me and they answered my email with such a polite attitude. They definitely exceeded my expectations by providing me with detailed information about each phone, forums of where people discuss about the phones, and even reviews!! That meant a lot to me because I was so inexperienced with cell phones. After reading through all the information I felt like I was a professional. I actually knew which phone I wanted and decided I would buy from cellswholesale.com. I had never experienced this before, where a company would offer their customers so much support. I wanted to find the customer service officer and give him a hug!  
I chose to buy the G900 because this phone meets my requirements. In a couple days, the phone arrived in a FedEx package. I opened it up and found that everything was there. Overall I highly recommend cellswholesale because they have excellent customer service and on time shipping schedules.

I recently bought an HTC Touch Diamond from Cellswholesale.com and I must say I am quite impressed with their service. From ordering to receiving the product, everything progressed smoothly. The website is easy to use and I can find product information on the Cellswholesale website so I don’t need to go around searching other sites to check on the specifications of the phone and its features.  
 
Another good thing I noticed is that Cellswholesale.com has a wide selection of phones so I won’t be disappointed when I am looking for a phone but it’s not available. Whenever I go to search for a phone, it’s there! Also, it seems to me that they keep a good inventory on their stock so they never run out of a specific phone when a customer wants it. Right after I ordered, I got the tracking number in my inbox a few hours later.  
 
The customer service at Cellswholesale.com was completely out of my expectation. I had a simple question about the Diamond’s feature so I joined the live chat. Within seconds, I had a representative answering my query. Not only did the customer service representative answer my question, but he or she actually went as far as providing additional information about the HTC Diamond such as the menu layout, touchFLO 3D navigation, and the boot up time of the phone. I was impressed!  
 
After having the live chat session, I knew I wanted to buy the HTC Diamond so I went and ordered the phone. Right after I ordered, I got the tracking number in my inbox a few hours later. Every so often, I would check on the tracking number to see where my precious phone is. Two days later, I got my phone from FedEx and it arrived without any dents or rips on the box.  
 
Cellswholesale.com really knows how to treat their customers. It’s these little things that tell you that Cellswholesale really wants to prove to you that they want your business and they want to do that by making sure you are happy. Cellswholesale.com does everything so efficiently that I can buy my phones from them without any fear of broken phones, missing parts, late shipping, etc… This fact alone makes me feel more secure when purchasing my phone from Cellswholesale.  

I have a pretty intense story, no exaggerations, no joke. I am writing this review as a personal favor to the owner of cellswholesale.com, as he did me a huge favor, and the only thing he asked for in return was for me to write a review about my experience.  
 
My wife is in Nigeria for business, and her phone broke. She specifically needed a phone that was HSDPA compatible, and had a large memory for storing files. She needed a replacement fast, and so the Sony W960i was a prime candidate due to the 8 GB memory and the HSDPA/3G compatibility. Before going to cellswholesale, I placed an order at another company (which I will not name in this review). I called them over and over to make sure the phone would be shipped, and 24 hours passed by, with no answer, no shipment notification, nothing.  
 
Tired and fed up, I searched on google and came across cellswholesale.com This time, before I placed my order, I called the number on the website to confirm that the phone could be shipped same day. Unfortunately, I was told that it was past the FEDEX Pick-Up. Normally, I would be fine with the phone shipping the next day, but it was a Thursday, and if it were shipped on Friday, the earliest it would get to me would be Friday, which would mean Monday delivery. I would then need to reship the item to Nigeria, for delivery on Wednesday. If the phone arrived on Friday, however, I would be able to reship it the same day, and UPS International Priority would get to Nigeria by Monday. I explained this to the customer service rep, and he was unable to help me, but offered to transfer me to the manager. The owner of the company, Justin, was filling in for the manager that day as he was sick. I explained the situation to Justin and he figured out that the FEDEX at LAX has a drop-off time of 7:30 PM, or in 2 hours. He then offers to send one of their delivery guys to LAX to drop the package off for me, if I paid for 20 dollars handling fee, plus for Overnight shipping. I agree, and he charges my credit card.  
 
Around 7 O’clock, Justin personally calls me back to inform me that the item has been accepted by FEDEX, and that the scheduled deliver is next day, before 10: 30 AM. The next morning, at 11 AM, he gives me a call to ensure that I am happy with the phone, and that all is good.  
 
This is honestly the best service that I have ever experiences. The trouble that the company went through just to get me my phone was almost absurd.

I ordered the Samsung P520 Armani phone from Cellswholesale.com on May 22nd, around 10 AM Eastern Time. I needed the phone in a hurry, as I was going overseas the next day, so I called cellswholesale to make sure that the phone was in stock, and it could ship same day.  
 
I spoke to an agent named Jude, and he assurmed me that the phone would be shipped that day. Around 5 PM, I call back, asking for a tracking notification. Another sales agent, Julet, told me the item would be shipping around 5 PM Pacific Standard Time as the company (cellswholesale) is located on the west coast.  
 
Later that day, I get a tracking e-mail from FEDEX saying that the item was shipped, with my tracking number. The phone arrives at my door step the next morning at 10 AM. The phone comes sealed in shrink wrap and even came with a 10 dollar discount on any furture purchase.  
 
Whether it is e-store or brick and mortar, cellswholesale defines good customer service!

I ordered my phone on april 9th, with a very helpful sales agent over the phone. I was very weary of ordering online as I had a very bad experience with another company.  
 
On april 14th, I receive the phone- brand new condition, as advertised. Thanks to cellswholesale, I am now able to enojoy an unlocked phone that nobody else has!

i purchased a nokia 6500 classic from this site and i must say it is an exceptional item. site was very informative and i loved the add-on option like how dell has for their computers, made getting suitable accessories a breeze will definately be getting the rest of my products from that site

I find these user reviews very helpful in my decisions for finding a product and after seeing reviews on amazon by spammers for items such like 'the perfect push up' i am glad that at least this site remains reputable. Anyways, onto my reason for reviewing.  
i just wanted to inform the buying public of the great experience i have had with cellswholesale as they not only shipped my item promptly and securely, but they even helped me with choosing a phone.  
i wanted a neat slider phone that had functionality, and with a couple emails back and forth i ended up purchasing a nokia e65 and couldnt be happier. im browsing over wifi with my small slider and even making voip calls free of charge. i really owe it to these guys.
