I did place my order on this date and about two or so weeks later I got the wrong part. I did leave a massege on the voice mail of Jon Marino. He send me an e mail about a week later telling me that the part was reorder. Today is 7/16/2009 and there is no part and no hope of getting my money back. I did order this part for my sister in law visiting from Russia. She allready left after her two month squeduled vacation time was over. I have no use for this part now but I still want the part or my money back. This is a SCAM!

I was hoping to find a decent price on a Nokia E71. My phone died and needed a phone as soon as possible. The CellsWholesale web site looked credible and it indicated that they have Nokia E71 in stock.
Three days after I have placed an order, a sales rep from CellsWholesale Inc. called me asking to verify my address. I call in and the person who answered was a bit confused since I had already verified the address online. A couple days go by and another sales rep calls asking to verify my address. This time I asked if the phone is not in stock I would like to cancel the order. The sales rep says there is no need to cancel the order and it'll be shipped out that evening. The phone was never been shipped.
Few days later I called in to finally cancel the order followed by an email cancellation request of the order. They replied promptly saying that the money will be refunded back to my credit card in 1 to 3 business days.
It's been 2 weeks since I canceled the order and $389.99 has not yet been refunded. I have sent another email asking to refund my money as soon as possible.
By the way, when I called in 3 times to verify my address and to cancel the order, the people who answered the phone sounded very casual and wasn't quite sure of the order status. I am just hoping that I will get my money back at this point. Otherwise, I will have to see if reporting this incident to the Better Business Bureau or other like agency would do anything to help me get the refund.

THIS STORE IS SCAM. MY WIFE ORDERED A PHONE FOR MY BDAY PRESENT. WHEN WE GOT IT, WE DID NOT GET ALL ACCESSORIES ORDERED. CALLED TO ASK, THEY SAY THEY WILL SEND IT SEPARATELY. FINE. IT'S BEEN MORE THAN A WEEK BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. WORSE YET, IT SAYS THE PHONE IS NEW BUT WHEN I GOT THE PACKAGE, NOKIA BOX WAS ALREADY OPENED, THE PHONE DID NOT HAVE SCREEN PROTECTOR ATTACHED (like when you buy the new one), WHEN I TURNED IT ON AND STARTED BROWSING, I FOUND A RECORDED VIDEO. CALL THEM ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED, THEY SAY, IT'S NEW THEY DO RANDOM CHECK ON THE PHONE TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE WORKING. (random check? on a new phone. come on. Why random check? why not throughout check on every phone). THEN, THEY SAY THE VIDEO IS FROM NOKIA, which is no F!@# way. THE VIDEO CONTAINED VULGAR WORDS. THEY FINALLY, THEY SAID TALK TO MY PRESIDENT. WE TRIED TO CALL HIM, BUT HE NEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE. NOW, I claimed this purchased from my credit card. let them deal w/ my CC company. see what they will say
huh
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE

THIS STORE IS ONE BIG FRAUD - DO NOT BUY FROM IT! PURCHASED BIRTHDAY PACKAGE ON 18TH, RECEIVED A WEEK LATER, SOME ITEMS INSIDE MISSING, AND THEY ARE NOT PROVIDING ANY INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNING THE ITEM FOR REFUND, EVEN THOUGH I CALLED AND SENT THEM MULTIPLE EMAILS! THEY BASICALLY RIPPED ME OFF FOR ABOUT $500, AND I AM UNABLE TO GET A HOLD OF THEM EVEN THOUGH IT SAYS THAT RETURNS ARE ALLOWED IF THEY ARE CONTACTED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE PACKAGE! I CONTACTED THEM THE NEXT DAY AFTER I GOT IT, NO RESPONSE! NOW I'M STUCK WITH BAD BIRTHDAY PACKAGE AND A LOST $500. BUYER BEWARE, AND SEEK ELSEWHERE TO BUY YOUR ITEMS IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE RIPPED OFF!
UPDATE:
THEY GAVE ME RMA INFORMATION, AND I SENT THEM PACKAGE VIA PRIORITY MAIL, AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND. BUYER BEWARE. This review was modified by its author, 10958101, on

I ordered a MOTORAZR v3xx on August 17, 2007 and didn't receive a phone until September 4, 2007. They sent the WRONG phone! When I tried to call them I received a message that their mailbox was full, and does NOT take messages. So here it is now, September 7, 2007 and I have to find another retailer for the phone I want as they're out of stock, which, I believe, was the reason I got the wrong phone in the first place! The ONLY saving grace is the customer chat person, (Jennifer) who does try to help as much as she can. My suggestion if you're determined to deal with this company is, make sure the item you want is IN STOCK BEFORE YOU ORDER, or you may be waiting a long, long time, before you receive your phone, and then it may be what THEY want you to have, not what you want!

I bought a cellphone from Cellswholesale.com. Their web page made me think I was getting a new phone. They delivered a used one. What do I mean by "used"? ...
(1) The phone book contained several numbers that were *obviously* not factory presets.
(2) The phone's password was set to something other than the factory preset. If you don't know this password, none of the phone's security functions work. What does this mean? Someone out there knows the password to your phone, and you don't. This is not Okay.
I communicated this to cellswholesale.com. After some back-and-forth, here's where we came out...
They offered to repair/exchange the phone, but they ignored my request to return it for a refund.
This is also Not Okay. If what they deliver isn't what they advertise, they need to take it back with no questions asked. It's a matter of basic decency, and Cellswholesale.com hasn't come through.

If you want slow service and to deal with a company that is either dishonest or grossly unknowledgeable, this would be the place to go.
The company is about 30 minutes from my house, but would not allow me to pick up the phones (if you look at Mapquest satellite, it's clear that the building pictured on their website is not the building located at either of the addresses they give and both appear to be apartment buildings or private residences).
I won't bore you with all the details but here are some highlights (lowlights?). I bought 2 Blackberry's. Asked if they were unbranded. Told by two different e-mail addresses (although only one person has ever answered the phone) that they were. Even clarified that I wanted to know whether they had the AT&T logo and software. Was told they were unbranded. When I finally got them, they were AT&T branded. Then I was told unbranded didn't exist (although that's what they said they had sold me). Showed them that they did but were about $200 more.
A holster (case) was missing from one. The owner didn't know what a holster was. Then he didn't know where to get one, so I sent him several links. He finally sent me one about a month after I reported the problem (after giving me 2 different stories about where he got it).
In all fairness, he did offer to take the phones back when I pointed out the lie about the branding and when he finally sent me the holster, he overnighted it which probably cost more than the holster did.
My gut feel is that this is likely a shoestring operation run from by a well-intentioned but overwhelmed owner out of his apartment. This review was modified by its author, eagle_eyes, on

3. Amazed that they have to get the phone internationally. I give it a wow!
4. Hoping that to get my order on the date indicated. That if it happen ill surely give a score of ten.
5. They can be trusted. Just be patient. That i never was. Just got to excited on having the phone. This review was modified by its author, everlastinglove, on

This is the follow up of my last review. They finally shipped the phones out on May 3rd and I go the the next day (We are only 2 hours apart). However, they should've ship with a hard box and not a bubble padded envelope. The boxes of the phones are banged up and scratched. But they did deliver as promised. I ordered a SIM-free SonyEricsson Xperia X1 with next-day shipping from Cellswholesale early on December 10, 2008, based on good reseller ratings here and on price.
They processed my order on the 10th and shipped it on the 11th (well within their stated 1-2 business day order processing time). When I called with a question, I got a real-live person who was able to answer it.
The phone arrived, drop-shipped from HONG KONG, at my door at 8:30 on the morning of the 12th. It was in perfect condition, exactly as advertised.
I've rarely ever been so happy with an online purchase experience. Excellent from beginning to end!

This is my second time phone from cellswholesale. cellswholesale sells unlocked gsm phones, or phones without a contract, that can be used with any service provider. The phones they sell are awesome as most of them havent even been released in the US! customer service is friendly, shipping time is OK (it took about 7 days to get my package, but that was free shipping so cant complain) and their prices are typically pretty competitive.

Good experience as usual. I have bought many phones from this company and have been happy every time. Prices are typically the lowest on the internet, and their service is perfect. would recommend to anyone intersted in a unlocked cell phone

After buying a cell phone from Cellswholesale, I can tell you that it is the finest place for shopping for cell phones. Their selection is endless and products have great prices! For example, I wanted to check out their Nokia E71 but then I found myself surrounded with other favorable Nokia phones. I had such a hard time deciding which phone to get! Cellswholesale carries such a large selection, I wonder where they keep all their phones! In the end, I decided on the E71, but I liked the fact that I had so many other options. They have this cool tool called, "related products" that lets me jump between related phones.
Overall, good store. Did not have to call customer service since everything about the xaction went perfectly!

I have to say- I was very skeptical at first, but cellswholesale.com definately came through. Their customer service was very friendly and knowledgable about the phone, and even recommended cheaper models that are similar instead of just selling me a phone that makes them more money. They have phones I didn't even know existed! I saved huge bucks on accessories (a car charger for 10 bucks and Jawbone Bluetooth for 75) and best of all, the shipping was free. I recieved my Fedex package yesterday and I'm sold. I won't ever buy a phone from the carrier again.
