My complete opinion of PcRush is mostly based on their quick response to my inquiries and with a very satisfactory outcome.

I was very impressed and satisfied with their customer service/shipping department. The delivery was fast and the price of my new Garmin GPS Receiver was an excellent buy.

I could not ask for a smoother transaction than this. Their website is clear, quick and helpful.

Ordered a Macbook Pro from them. Charged my card for an out of stock item!! Website shows in stock, classic low prices for out of stock website. I'm surprised they aren't based in NYC.

I received confirmation with a tracking # to help ensure prompt delivery of my TV. I was very glad when it arrived being packaged so well and in such great condition.

After searching various places for a good price, I bought a camera off their website. FIVE business days later, I receive an email stating it is no longer available. Why did it take 5 days for them to inform me the product is no longer available? Right after I read the email, I checked the website again and it still says it is 'IN STOCK'. pcRUSH is unreliable, inaccurate, and apparently you'll have to wait a week for them to inform you that they don't have what you thought was already arriving to your house.

Too many products to choose from (be tempted by). My latest order was extremely impressive with a fast process and delivery method used.

Customer support was pretty good, all of my emails were replied to within a day. The best thing were the prices though. With free and prompt shipping this website store is one of the best around! Highly recommended!

Very Efficient, but no tracking number was assigned to the package or at least none given to me, I may have overlooked it. Still, I got the package in good time, and good shape. Will be happy to purchase from Pcrush again in the near future.

I ordered a 300GB VelociRaptor on Sunday via GoogleCheckout and received the order on Wednesday, which is great. The ordering process was quick and smooth.  
 
My only complaint is that I didn't actually know the package would be coming Wednesday because they didn't actually send me the shipping notice with a tracking number until the day after the hard drive arrived. I was left squirming for a couple days because I needed that hard drive to complete a system build.  
 
In the end it all worked out fine so I was happy with the order.
